Hola, hace unos mese compré un equipo y se actualizó a Windows 10. Después de un inconveniente con el equipo por error volví a Windows 8.1. ¿Cómo hago para nuevamente volver a Windows 10 ?

Hi All,

I am using windows 10 for a very long time now and when i started to use it, i searched for skype app in windows store as i was using the skype app in windows 8 as well, but came to know that windows store doesn't have the skype app .

it has a skype preview which redirects me to download the skype pc version and i had to use the same but i am more comfortable to use the skype app for windows but 10 doesnt have it.

so my question is that is it about to launch or already launched or any other way to use the same in windows 10?

Einrichtung von outlook.de-Adresse funktioniert nach Umstellung nicht mehr in Outlook 2016

Hallo Community,

ich habe eine outlook.de-Adresse, die sich seit der letzten Umstellung nicht mehr in Outlook 2016 einbinden lässt. In Windows 10 Mail funktioniert es allerdings problemlos. Online sehe ich, dass mein Konto auch tatsächlich bereits umgestellt sein müsste (es steht Outlook-Mail drüber)

Wenn ich versuche die Adresse in Outlook 2016 automatisch einrichten zu lassen, dann kommt die Fehlermeldung:Es steht keine verschlüsselte Verbindung mit ihrem E-Mail-Server zu Verfügung. Eine unverschlüsselte Verbindung klappt dann allerdings auch nicht.

Wenn ich dann statt dessen die Einstellung Outlook.com oder Exchange ActiveSync kompatibler Dienst bei der Einrichtung verwende und als Servereas.outlook.com oder m.outlook.com angebe, wird das Konto erstmal angeleget. Allerdings sehe ich nur eine einzige Mail (nämlich Verknüpfen Sie Outlook 2016/2013 wieder mit Outlook.com, damit Sie weiterhin auf E-Mails zugreifen können) und keine Kalendereinträge. Es gehen auch keine neuen Mails ein.

Das habe ich jetzt auf 3 verschiedenen Systemen ausprobiert in der Kombination Windows 10 und Outlook 2016 und Windows Server 2016 und Outlook 2016, aber das Verhalten ist immer das gleiche. Übersehe ich irgendwas? Kann mir jemand helfen?

No me llega ningún mensaje a mi correo

Hola, tengo problemas con mi correo hotmail, ultimamente no me llegan los mensajes a mi correo, la bandejas estan limpias, y no tengo idea a que se deba, tengo contactos que me mandan mensajrs pero estos no llegan, ya verifique que este correcto el email, pero no sucede nada. En fin, espero una pronta solucion a mi problema. Saludos

I get a message saying "we can't sign into your account" It says this problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out now, any files you create of changes you make will be lost.   Then it gives you a box that says  Sign OUt  and another that says  Dismiss.

I have done all this but nothing happens.  I can't get in. I hit the Dismiss option so I could get on to do thisl

Min dator kommer inte ihåg lösenord och användarnamn. Jag är Tvungen att skriva in detta varje gång jag besöker en sådan sida som kräver detta. jag läste att Microsoft Edge har en sådan inbyggd funktion men det fungerar inte på min dator. Hur löser jag detta?         Med vänlig hälsning

Hello,

I currently am running Windows 7 and I want to audit "EVERYONE" for certain FAILURES.  I understand how to how to get to the "Advanced Security Settings for McAfee" folder and select what features I want to be audited but I when I hit apply, I get an Access denied message.  I am the Administrator and I don't understand why I do not have permissions.  So I then tried to modify the owner and was given the same access is denied error message. I am not very technical in IT and would appreciate some feedback from the windows community.

My Journey with Microsoft’s Support

The Journey

Last August I purchased a Microsoft Book loaded with Windows 365 and Office 2016. I got assistance on how to upload documents to the OneDrive.  For months I kept getting messages that the Outlook file is too big to upload to the OneDrive. I recently purchased a new Android phone and wanted to ensure my computer’s data will sync with the phone. I decided it’s time to get help from Microsoft.  There is no phone number for Microsoft help so I had to go on-line to get someone to call me. 

 

On January 23rd, I spoke to Kathleen.  I told her the problem. She got into my system.  She told me I can close the session at any time. Sort of a silly thing to say to someone who’s not technical.  I haven’t a clue what she’s doing when she’s on my computer.  So how can I say respond back to her when I really don’t understand what she’s doing and if I’m “uncomfortable” with what she’s doing. I have to trust she knows what she’s doing.  So, I let her continue. When she finished, I was told to leave my computer running until it gets fully uploaded to OneDrive. She ended by giving me Case#1371671710.

 

The computer ran all night.  On January 24th, I went into my office, opened Outlook and it behaved sporadically, not always opening emails, wanting to shut down, and so on. So, early morning I went on-line to get Microsoft to phone me.  Allan contacted me.  He couldn’t connect remotely to my computer (another problem I started to have since yesterday’s session with Microsoft). He suggested I shut down and keep my computer turned off till he phones me back in a couple of hours. I worked on another computer, waiting for him to phone.  I waited 4 hours. He never called me back. 

 

Late afternoon I connected with Microsoft chat.  I thought I’d try that rather than the phone. I was connected to Roland.  Again, explained the problems. He tried, but couldn’t fix the problems.  He didn’t even say anything – he just ended the chat. 

 

I tried to connect with them again.  Spoke to Arturo. He recognized that I probably needed Level 2 support.  He transferred me. I was on hold for 5 minutes and then the call was disconnected.  I didn’t have any more time to devote to problem solving with Microsoft.  I have a business to run. 

 

I was completely jammed with work for the next 3 days and had to wait until January 28th to contact them again. At 10:15am I got on a chat with Ameera.  She created a new outlook file and uploaded it to OneDrive. The chat finished at 1:30pm.  Before ending I checked the Outlook. All my emails, contacts and calendar were old versions.  All inbox folder emails from September to the present (about 6 months) were missing. She couldn’t fix these problems so decided I needed Level 2 support. But I’d have to wait until Jan. 30th 

On January 30th Reymark, level 2 support, phoned me.  The call started at 10:15am. She managed to get my calendar and contacts fixed. However, she couldn’t locate my missing Inbox folders.  But now everything from August to the present was lost. Somehow, she managed to worsen the situation.  As well, she tried to help me get my computer’s outlook to synchronize with my mobile’s outlook. She created a profile on Outlook.live.com.  She wasn’t successful in getting anything to my mobile so we arranged to have another call on Feb. 2nd.  Maybe she can find my old files?  The call finished at 3:30pm and we ended the remote session. 

 

I was exhausted and had a ton of work to get to and neglected to check the functioning of my outlook before ending the session. It would have been nice if she suggested it.  When I did open my Outlook it was no longer functioning. It wouldn’t receive or send emails.  None of my history was there. So now I had no functioning Outlook for 2 days. 

 

On Feb. 2nd, I received a call from Allan at level 2 support. He started by saying he reviewed my file and in his 3 years with Microsoft support he has never heard of uploading Outlook to OneDrive. The fact that other Microsoft support had managed to do this, which he didn’t believe, I said there was no point continuing with him and asked that he pass me to someone who does understand. I didn’t trust that he had the ability to help with my issues.  I asked if Reymark was there.  At least she understands the issue. That call lasted 5 minutes and he transferred me to Reymark.

 

I started with Reymark at 10:10am.   She deleted the outlook.com account and created a new one. I did some research before this call with colleagues.  Despite what Microsoft said, my colleagues advised that unless our website host company uses Microsoft server for emails (which it doesn’t) Microsoft won’t be able to get emails to synchronize to my mobile - only calendar and contacts.  I told her to work on the calendar and contacts only.   

I also asked if she could again search for my missing Inbox folders. I thought the advantage of OneDrive is that everything is backed up to it and therefore can be retrieved but she couldn’t find it anywhere. Clearly I don't understand the point of OneDrive.  She did tell me that when we are finished, I must leave my computer running all night to finalize the upload. The call ended at 5:30pm.  The next morning it appeared the uploading was finished. I closed the computer and re-started it.  Everything had changed. The home page, the look and feel of Outlook – all screens had changed.   

I give up.  I’ll live with the changes to my home screen, etc. I don’t want to phone Microsoft to find out how to fix it.  Every time they fix something I end up with a worse problem than I had before. My initial question was simple.  The result has been horrendous. I’m not certain how outlook.com is of any value. 

It’s been a couple of days since that call.  I just learned that if I send an email and they “respond to sender” I won’t receive them. They go to outlook.com.  When I go to outlook.com they’re not there. Where are they?  I’m terrified to contact Microsoft about this. What will they screw up next?  What new data will be lost? So, I’m searching for a technical person who can help.  What a challenge. I pay for Microsoft to help and now I’ll have to pay for someone to help me with Microsoft.

Microsoft Service?

At the end of each call or chat I wasn’t always given a case number. They didn’t say they continued with my original case file so I never really knew if I should have new ones. Many of my calls and chats were ended by the technician – not me.  Each time I spoke to a new technician I had to restate all the problems because the previous technicians didn’t record anything. Only my very first conversation was recorded. 

At the end of each telephone call or chat I wasn’t given a survey. I think it’s because they knew how I’d respond.  I wonder how Microsoft measures the service and quality of their support technicians. Is it the amount of time on a call or chat?  Maybe they get bonuses based on the number of calls/chats they manage per hour. This means there’s no standard or measurement for the quality of these calls or chats. It’s only based on volume.

Does Microsoft have standards for the delivery of service?  Do they train their technicians?

Sally bought her Surface Book at the same time as me.  Her story is even worse than mine. I think she’ll try to capture it and get it posted.  After 3 weeks, her issues continue to multiply and remain unresolved. Her problems are with multiple applications.  This confuses Microsoft support technicians because each one specializes in either outlook or word or office or OneDrive, etc. They don’t have anyone who has a holistic view and capability to assist. She’s really stuck and incredibly frustrated. 

Sally also has an IPad.  Anytime she’s needs help she gets an immediate response from Apple. She can phone them directly.  Doesn’t have to go through a website. They are nice and knowledgeable.  And they fix the issue without creating new ones. 

I know that in speaking with my clients, we’re not alone.  I hope that through this synopsis and other postings it’ll impact Microsoft and they’ll recognize that they have an opportunity to increase customer loyalty. Right now, they’re missing that opportunity.

Bonjour , j'espérais une aide et finalement on m'envoit sur un forum . Bref  j'ai un LUMIA 950 XL il rentre du sav déjà et il a été réinitialisé et donc j'ai perdu tous mes réglages mais surtout ma sonnerie de téléphone , j'ai réussi à la télécharger mais impossible de l'installer sur mon téléphone sans être obligé de passer par l'application groove music qui veut me faire payer 9€90/mois juste pour peut etre récupérer ma sonnerie d'avant son départ en SAV si quelqu'un à une solution à me proposer je suis preneur , également existe t'il une application à télécharger sur mon pc qui est en windows7 pro pour qu'il reconnaisse mon téléphone ?

My son as been permanently banned for just being a normal teenager , he as had a bad year losing his dad to cancer , so when kids are nasty and say things he bites back , don't get me wrong explained to him the reason why he should bite his lip but very hard when someone says your dad deserve to die. If you look back now how long my son as been on xbox one you are talking over 5 years plus and this is his first bad year with home life situtions and other kids not thinking about my son feelings but cause he says stuff back he gets permanently banned , now you tell me the enforcement team is actually fair

2. E-Mail Anhänge:

Ich kann nicht mal mehr E-Mail Anhänge über Outlook.com ansehen oder herunterladen!

Ich habe verschiedene E-Mail, Browser und PC's ausprobiert, der Fehler kommt immer! Als Workaround muss ich den Anhang auf OneDrive abspeichern, dort kann ich ihn dann herunterladen oder ansehen.

Es kommt folgender Fehler beim download und beim anzeigen lädt es, aber es passiert nichts!

3. Pseudo-Mailalias:

Mir ist noch ein merkwürdiger Mailalias aufgefallen.

4. Geburtstagskalender:

Der Fehler bei der Sprachumstellung existiert noch immer. Zusätzlich habe ich versucht den Geburtstagskalender zu aktivieren, auch hier erhalte ich eine Fehlermeldung.

5. Kontakt kommt von alleine wieder:

Außerdem kommt immer wieder ein Kontakt wieder, obwohl ich diesen schon x-mal gelöscht habe (auch aus dem Papierkorb)

Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass bei der Migration meines Accounts für das neue Outlook.com etwas schief gelaufen ist und ich daher diese Probleme habe. Was habt ihr mit meinem Account gemacht? Es wird nicht besser, es wird immer schlimmer! Es nervt einfach nur noch!

Ich warte jetzt bereits seit Oktober 2016 (!!!) auf Klärung und beheben der Fehler und nichts passiert!


Mijn normale emails komen in unwanted terecht.

Hallo,

Ik heb een probleem met mijn outlook/hotmail account.  Mijn normale mail komt binnen in 'unwanted' zie (1) in de bijlage. 


(2) en (3) zijn de juiste 'unwanted' mapjes.


Ik ontvang mijn mails dus niet meer. Ik heb alles geprobeerd. Bijvoorbeeld de tips van : https://answers.microsoft.com/nl-nl/outlook_com/forum/osettings-oemailset/e-mails-van-veilige-afzenders-worden-continu-in/67f693d1-2a94-412a-a50d-8886c0bbf03a


Ik ben er nu al een week mee bezig. Wat moet ik doen?

Problemer med å sende/motta epost i office 365/office 2016 på min mac

Jeg har satt outlook med de samme innstillinger (imap), både på min mac, iphone og ipad.

På både iphone og ipad funker alt, det har det også gjort på min mac.

I senere tid sliter jeg med mottak/sendig av mail på min mac, får hele tiden beskjed om å sette passord (dette er da blitt borte).

Noen perioder har jeg ikke dette problemet, andre perioder skjer dette hele tiden...

Noen mener jeg bør slette epostkonto og sette denne på nytt?

Hva vil skje med alle mail som ligger i Innboks, Sendte elementer og arkiv m.m...

Vil sletting av konto påvirke mail på min iphone og ipad?

Er det evt. andre anbefalinger til å løse dette problem?

Windows 10 Suitable Display (Graphics) Driver HD

My operating system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.   The "Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500 driver" installed on my laptop has a maximum resolution of 1366 x 768.   I would like to know which Display Driver would be best to download to my laptop so that I can have a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

I did a work with video, but when i try to export the video, it don't show me mp4 or mov files, only jpg pdf etc.

it seems that i can only import videos but not export, what can i do??
