Can't get the Windows Defender team to analyze a potential incorrect detection
Currently, Windows Defender flags the EaseUS Todo Backup Free software installer executable as a Potentially Unwanted Software if you have enabled PUA Protection through PowerShell. It is a popular and widely used backup tool so I would like to get to the bottom of if it is a legitimate detection or a false positive. The response was they were unable to detect it and wanted me to reply with more info...Seeing no option on the page to reply I simply went ahead to create a new submission with more details.

As you can see in this second submission, whoever on the Windows Defender team that looked at this submission cannot read and thought I was submitting an inquiry for a new detection - it clearly says "Incorrect detection" in my submission. This is beginning to turn into a waste of my time and patience, I am asking if someone competent can help look into this?

Window keep crash and restart during window update - 17733.1000
Hi all,
MY current version of window is 17728.rs5_release.180727-1721 and I was trying to update it to the latest build (17733.1000 (rs5_release)). However, whenever the window is trying to update, the window just shut down randomly and restart without any update. Worst of all, I need to re-download the whole update pack and try again. But again with no luck, just keep shut down, restart and nothing change.
In addition, I was not able to roll back to the previous version and I also experienced some random shut down and restart after my 17728.rs5_release.180727-1721 build update, which is extremely annoying... anyone has any solution on that??

Office 365 Task Management
Hi Community
We heavily rely on Office365 Outlook's Task & running this as a share system.
Having roughly 10 email accounts for different departments, we like to have the ability to view and edit each others tasks. We are finding after someone has made changes to a tasks, some times half the team can se the changes, and the other half cant, or in some cases, the data is complete gone, even after saving the task.
We have been monitoring this along the way to see if its something we are doing that is causing this but its definitely not something we can clearly see we are doing wrong.
Sometimes task just disappear then re appear again, maybe the next day, we always check across completed task to be sure we haven't accidentally complete the task - however there never seems to be a reason for the disappearance of a task.
We are using this on Apple desktop Mac's, laptops & iPhones. With the iPhones though, we just cannot function editing, adding etc within the task software on an iPhone - its unusable.
Trying to understand if this is an issue with the way we are trying to use the software, are we asking too much of the the Task side of things?
I appreciate all feedback around the task side of things using office365 package on apple devices.

Hi, I have been having trouble with my pc, my taskbar lost its icons and its functions, my windows menu is also not working whether I left click or right click on it. My settings is also broken too, I cant open it at all, the cortana search bar is also
unresponsive, I cant type anything in it. This problem has occurred before and when I tried to restart it, everything would just turn black and I can only see my mouse. After, I tried unplugging the power source for 10 minutes and it worked, its like nothing
happened. Then it happened a second time, I didn't use my my computer for 3 hours and again，its like nothing happened。This is the third time it has happened。I have tried unplugging the power source for 30 min， sfc， dism，and none of it worked。 Please help。

Windows LiveMail で特定のアドレスへの送信メールが届かずリターンメールで戻ってきます・・・。
毎日業務でメールを使っております。
特定のアドレス(ドメイン)にだけ、メールを送ってもリターンメールで戻って来てしまい
大変困っております。
先様にその旨を伝えると私からのメール以外は普通に届いているとのことで
逆に先様から私にメールを送ってもらうと普通に届きます。
この特定にアドレスに再送をすると届く時もあるのですが、ここ最近は戻ってくることが多いです。
添付の有無は関係ないようです。
添付有で送信成功する場合もありますし、添付無しの本文だけでも戻ってくることがあり、この逆パターンもありました。
複数の同じドメインの方に送った際は、100％戻って来てしまい、個別に特定のアドレスの1名に送信が成功しても、
別の方は個別に送信してもリターンになってしまいます。
この原因や解決方法が分かる方がいらっしゃれば、是非ともご教授いただきたいです。
大変困っておりますので、助けていただきたいです。

outlookの複数ある受信トレーを同時に表示する方法
和田と申します。
首記の件、下記の内容になっています。
windows10のoutlookでメールアカウントが複数あり、現状は各アカウントの受信トレーを選択して見ています。
windows7では同時に見れるのにwindows10では見れないのか。
尚、outlookのバージョンはMicrosoft Office 365 ProPlusです。
アカウントの中には、iphoneで使用しているicloud.comが有ります。
ご教授のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。
