Живу в Украине во Львове. В приложении "Кино и ТВ" ("Фільми й телепрограми") нету онлайн фильмов и телепередач которые можна скачивать в самом приложении. Там можна разве что смотреть видео сохранены на устройство (использовать его как плеер).
Помогите решить проблему!

I recently suffered a MB failure and had to get a new one and added an SSD. I have a WIN10 Home Full Edition disc which I purchased online. When I reinstalled yesterday I was prompted to install either HOME or PRO. Not considering the consequences I chose Pro cuz, hey PRO seems better right? Well, later on I was prompted to NOT select NEW INSTALL since this was a reinstall. After several hours and the INSANELY slow creators fall update or whatever it is I finished and was able to start using my PC. I stayed up all night.
This evening I decided to go ahead and activate. Guess what, I can't. After hours of T/S and contacting MS "support" via chat they concluded that the only way to correct this is to reinstall WIN10 and choose HOME. Ok, well why was I given the option to install PRO if it wasn't actually an option?? I have been reading responses from MS techs that this shouldn't be possible from a OEM disc. But it is. I am the proof. After over an hour chatting with this support person and being GRILLED about my fully paid for copy I allowed her remote access which, to her credit, she did seem to try and fix the issue for me. But in the end she tried to reinstall windows when I already said NO I do not want to do that right now. She then disconnected the conversation without even saying thanks for chatting, good luck. VERY unprofessional.
So now I have to hope reinstalling from the disc will work and after 4 hours or so when I get to the activation point again. I do not feel confident that it will and MS will try to steal more money from me for a new license when I have a legitimate copy. Yes, I made a mistake choosing PRO but the option should NOT have been there or a warning should be given about switching versions. Seems very shady to me.
Oh, and by the way during my T/S steps I was prompted that to activate I MUST log into a MS account and then was FORCED to change my PC log-in password to my MS account password. I don't like being told what to do with my own PC. Makes me wish Ubuntu was more versatile. :(
Ich möchte gern zwei Fenster im "Split screen" nebeneinander anzeigen und anschließend die Größe beider Fenster gleichzeitig ändern (sozusagen die "Trennlinie" zwischen beiden Fenstern verschieben).
Dafür gibt es seit Version 1511 in den Multitasking-Einstellungen die Option "Bei der Größenänderung eines angedockten Fensters gleichzeitig die Größe aller angrenzenden Fenster ändern".
Obwohl ich diese Option aktiviert habe, sehe ich keine "Trennlinie" und kann die Größe von zwei angedockted Fenstern nicht gleichzeitig verändern. Wenn ich den Rand zwischen zwei nebeneinander angedockten Fenstern verändere, verändere ich nur die Größe des aktuell aktiven Fensters.
Wie kann ich beide Fenster gleichzeitig in ihrer Größe verändern?

I am using MS wireless keyboard + mouse for more than 10 years. Several years ago I purchased the MS Wireless 2000 set. The set is out of warranty.
Today A rubber film that covers the wheel of the mouse was torn and because of that the mouse wheel stopped to work.
Is it common problem?

I cannot seem to be able to get Gmail to connect with Outlook.
Settings on Gmail are:

When I enter my password I get:
'Something went wrong - We couldn't create the Outlook data file. Make sure the disk you're saving to isn't full or write-protected and that the file isn't being used.'
Any help would be much appreciated.

ve Windows10 při ukládání fotek z videa nahraného kamerou ve FullHD a formátu mp4, se začne ukládat a nakonec vyskočí hláška "něco se pokazilo". Fotka se samozřejmě neuloží. Zkoušel jsem stříhat z videa, které má 500Mb, ale i 40Mb.

Après un arrêt au milieu d’un visionnement de film m’enjoignant a communiquer avec Microsoft a un certain numéro de tel, pour une question de virus je me suis méfié et fermer mon ordi. HP windows 10 pro. Cependant en en voulant le réouvrir je me suis retrouvé devant une page bleue de Bitlocker me demandant de luii fournir une Recovery key, mais celle-ci a beau apparaître plus bas, il est impossible de l’inscrire puisque le clavier des lettres est bloqué. J’ai fait différentes manip (reboot, enlever la batterie, vèrifier le bios, tenter de booter en mode sécuritaire, sans succès) Comme je travaille avec cet ordi et qu’il contient des fichiers importants je ne sais plus que faire ni a qui m’adresser ? Merci

J'ai besoin d'aides car plusieurs problèmes sont présents.
Je suis dans l'impossibilité de:
- me connecter à internet avec Edge ou d'utiliser un service de connexion internet( IE..),
- sélectionner les menus dans paramètres avec ma souris
- sélectionner dans le panneau de configuration des actions à faire comme dans le menu "SYSTEME", je ne peux sélectionner la ligne "Affichage" ou " Informations système" ou "Stockage" et Idem pour le menu "Mise à jour et sécurité" et aller sur "Windows Update", "Récupération" ETC
je lance Microsoft Edge (pour me connecter à internet avec Qwant ou Bing), la fenêtre s'ouvre, tout est grisé et il n'y a plus rien, :
- mes favoris ont disparus
- dans le menus des paramètres de Edge, (les 3 petits points (...) avec le menu déroulant sur la droite de la fenêtre, je peux sélectionner par exemple l'onglet "afficher le paramètres avancés"--> "changer de moteur de recherche"--> et quand je sélectionne par exemple --> www.bing.com puis j'enregistre c'est ok. C'est là que ça se complique.
--> Tout disparaît et redevient inutilisable avec la souris, même fermer la fenêtre de Edge je ne peux pas, je suis obligé de passer par le gestionnaire des tâches pour fermer le programme
J'ai bien essayer de restaurer mon système mais impossible de le faire pas de sauvegarde présente avant mes soucis.
je ne peux même pas utiliser de système de remise en état constructeur car mes ordres fait avec ma souris ne sont pas réalisés et pour couronner le tout des temps de réponses qui sont dignes des délais entre un espace lointain (espace par exemple) et la terre.
Je ne sais pas si je suis clair mais c'est très frustrant d'avoir un ordi et ne pas pouvoir s'en servir parce que je n'ai pas de système de réinitialisation à son état initial.

I have an old netbook which I was trying to update for my mom to use Microsoft word only in it. Then I did a factory reset and now microsoft word is asking me for the product key license.
I have typed the key in the back of the computer, but it is not working, it seems like it's the one for windows and not for the office pack. Can anyone help me? How can i find the product key for microsoft word for this laptop?

I am running version 1709 (build 16299.309).
When I click on a video on my computer (.mov or .mp4) and I view it in the video app and click "edit in photos", "save photos from video" this sometimes no longer brings up the photos app.
Then when I open a video in the photos app it and save a photo that way, I can select the frame I want but when I click save photo it comes up with the error saying "Something went wrong, please try again".
Can anyone please help me resolve this issue. I am unsure if it was an update and I would rather not go back as I don't know when the backup would be, if I would have them and what info I would lose in the process.
