me compre una computadora que venia con Windows 10, como no se podía conectar al WiFi des instalamos el Windows 10 y instalamos provisoria-mente el Windows 7 pero no el original , como podría hacer para volver a tener Windows 10 sin comprarlo?

Claviers ne fonctionnent plus
Bonjour, depuis aujourd'hui mes claviers ne sont plus reconnus dans W10. Les diodes s'allument au démarrage et s'éteignent qqs sec plus tard.
J'ai ceci depuis aujourd'hui sur 2 pc avec W10. Claviers usb logitech: 1 Elite et 1 illuminated. La dernière mise à jour date du 14/02.
Que puis je faire ?
Les devices ne sont pas reconnues mais les drivers ne veulent pas se mettre à jours.
Nous sommes plusieurs dans le cas aujourd'hui. Tous avec des claviers logitech (jusqu'à présent )

Homegroup issue
I have two computers and a laptop with three different operating systems. One desktop is on Windows 10, another desktop is on Windows 7 Home Premium, and the laptop is on Windows 8.1. The Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 will join in the Homegroup, but the

My Surface Pro 3 screen goes black intermittently. It also gets really quite hot when I'm busy. I fear that a simple reset might not be the answer.
Mine is out of warranty, one of the early ones, now coming of age... I bought it mid year 2015.
NOW, out of warranty, is the time that we will find out the length of life of the average Surface Pro 3, won't we?
Don't forget: These machines CANNOT BE REPAIRED. (Yes, I've seen the YouTube attempts.) So when Microsoft say "we can replace it for say, $600" (or whatever), you have LOST the resale value on your machine. Average resale in Australia is about AU$550. (At least US$450?)
Speaking as a poor native, I do not like losing my resale value!
It happened to me early in 2015 with a Lenovo:
One of the hinges in my Lenovo laptop froze, and the constant opening of the clam-shell eventually CRACKED UP the chassis. It was out of the 1-year warranty by 3 months.
I asked Lenovo to get me a new bottom chassis, which should have cost maybe $150 odd, but they could NOT find one ANYWHERE in the world!!
THAT is the kind of support that manufacturers offer to the public, since they prefer we buy new, and DUMP the old one.
Their WORDS don't count, their ACTIONS do.
I'm off to the nice new Microsoft 'glass house' in the Sydney city centre early next week, to test the knowledge of the resident technicians.

I have been told that I have a corrupted mouse driver and that I will have to reload WIn10 to fix it. Is that true? Everything works on my laptop except my pci wireless or wired mouse.

Mi consulta es la siguiente. Tengo instalado hace poco una actualización de Windows 10 Pro versión 2017, anteriormente tenía Windows 10 Pro versión 2015, en la página de Windows update cuando comienza a buscar actualizaciones automáticamente, después de realizar la búsqueda aparece esta advertencia:
"Hubo algunos problemas al instalar las actualizaciones, pero lo volveremos a intentar más tarde. Si sigues viendo este mensaje y quieres buscar en la web o ponerte en contacto con soporte técnico para obtener más información, es posible que este código te sirva de ayuda: (0xc8000442)".
Me gustaría saber que significa este error, dado que las actualizaciones anteriormente a este aviso las buscaba y actualizaba automáticamente sin problemas.
Después otra consulta; yo tengo un procesador Intel Core 2 Dúo 4400 de 2.00 Ghz con 2,00 GB de RAM instalado, y el sistema operativo que tenía era Windows 10 Pro versión 2015 de 32 bits, después que actualicé a la versión 2017 ahora aparece en la descripción de sistema que el sistema operativo es de 32 bits y el procesador es de x64, y con la versión anterior de windows 10 no aparecía que el procesador era de x64 sino de 32 bits. Querrá decir que esta actualización es para procesadores de 32 y 64 bits, o que la versión anterior de Windows 10 no me detectaba que mi procesador es de x64?. Tendré que agregarle más memoria RAM para que trabaje a 64 bits?. Porque con 2 GB de RAM y la PC conectada a internet, me consume mucha memoria y se tilda mucha mi pc.
Espero sus respuestas a ver que me aconsejan. Desde ya muchas gracias y saludos para todos.

system boots back on shutdown
today I took help from Microsoft team to upgrade windows home addition to windows 10 pro. After that the system cannot shut down. On shutdown command it shuts half way and comes back alive

Office 365 Business Premium
I would be grateful if anyone can help with this problem.
Originally I set up 365 business premium with 2 email addresses and need to add a 3rd to Outlook.com However, I've found I have no admin access to do so. I've exhausted all FAQ's and am none the wiser. I believe there is supposed to be an admin tile to the left hand side of the screen with all the others but it is missing. The nearest I've got is to be prompted to go to https://portal.office.com/adminportal/home but get the following message:

I had a failure on my computer and the app won't work. I get a message, "problems with this version of skype" I can use web skype but need the actual download I had it in an email but those are gone now.

Mon SSD contenant Windows 10 est récemment décédé. Après réception du nouveau puis l'installation de Windows 8 (par DVD), j'ai voulu revenir vers Windows 10.
J'ai tout d’abord effectuer les différents mises à jour plus le passage vers 8.1 qui s'est bien passé.
En cherchant sur Internet, j'ai compris que la licence Windows 10 est lié à mon matériel et que via le lien : https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10, je pouvais le réinstaller.
On en arrive à mon problème. Tout se passe bien jusqu'à l'écran "Vérification que vous êtes prêt à effectuer l'installation"
Alors ça doit faire 4h que moi je suis prêt :) par contre le programme lui a pas l'air décidé. J'ai cherché sur Internet une solution. j'ai trouvé que ça sur le sujet mais ca ne marche pas.

Невозможность входа из-за смены номера телефона
Здравствуйте. Я регистрировала скайп находясь в Китае и соответственно номер телефона указывала китайский, а сейчас я уехала в Боснию, где китайскаяя симкарта не работает и я больше не могу войти в скайп, потому что требует подтверждение телефона.

USB device stopped working
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, latest update installed.
Everything worked fine. Then this morning I got a blank screen and power-cycled. The USB devices then all stopped working, mouse, keyboard.
I turned USB mouse into PS/2 and it's working. The keyboard is Microsoft USB Natural 4000. Device drivers shows 2 of them, 1 under HID and 1 under Other devices. 1 shows code 1 and 1 shows code 28. Neither is working. I tried to delete the device, uninstall the driver, but it won't work. I tried to remove the USB controller as well but that does not work either.
On the same hardware, I have another Windows 10 installed in a separate hard drive. I booted into there and everything just works fine. No issue of any kind.
Unfortunately, I don't have a restore point.
What can I do?
