Does anyone know how to recover a Word document that has disappeared from the folder it was in last week? It is still in my 'recent items" folder but when I click on it it says that it has been moved or changed and I am unable to access it.

When I set up my outlook.com email address I was setup on an exchange server. Recently I had to reinstall my windows and now cannot get back on the exchange server. As I have several devises I would like to be able to link them all with my calendar, email
and contacts. Does anyone know how I can set this up?

Estou com um Notebook que está dando problema, ele esta com idioma em Espanhol porém somente nas Configurações do mesmo.
Este problema é de software, já foi instalado o idioma Português porém ele não altera.
O Notebook está na garantia se for feito a formatação vai perder a garantia do Notebook? Por favor vocês podem ajudar a sanar este problema? Orientando de alguma forma.

Formatei meu pc 3 vezes e sempre ocorre um erro depois de ser utilizado uns 3 dias, ele começa primeiro a dar erro de tela preta, que antes achei que seria atualização de driver da placa de vídeo NVidea, e mesmo atualizada com o driver mais atual, o problema continuou com menos frequência mas continuou, principalmente quando fui fazer a busca de atualizações, a tele ficou quadriculada e agora não mais consegui reinicia-lo...tentei fazer a correção e nada, tentei restaurar a data pela opção do F8,mas também não consegui...tentei reiniciá-lo com o DVD do Windows, também não consegui...
Alguém poderia me dizer porque minha máquina perde o Boot do Windows e não mais consigo reiniciar o Windows?
Agradeço a ajuda de alguém da comunidade...

I have a problem with emails.
I use Microsft Outlook 2010 (Microsoft Office) on my laptop and BT as my provider, accessed via Google.
All my sent emails posted in late March and all of April have disappeared from my Microsoft sent folder and from my BT sent folder. I have found them in my BT junk folder. BT say it is a Microsoft issue.
At present emails arriving in my Microsoft inbox disappear after a minute or so and disappear also from my BT inbox and appear in my BT junk folder.
I operate 3 e mail addresses from the same account and the other two addresses appear to be working ok.
Any ideas what the problem is? Is there a setting that sends inbox emails to the Junk folder? Why would sent items be affected previously and now inbox items?

problemas al encender windows 7 con parallels 12
Llevo varios meses utilizando Windows 7 en mi ordenador Mac sin ningun problema, hasta ahora. Ayer utilicé ArcGis y cuando terminé apagué el windows y el parallels. Hoy, al intentar encender el windows, el ordenador intenta arrancar el sistema pero el
escritorio del windows se queda en gris, la hora y la fecha se han quedado paradas a las de ayer cuando lo apagué y ademas me deja hacer nada. ¿A que se debe el problema? ¿Como puedo solucionarlo?

Why does sentence flow change when converting from Word 2016 to PDF?
When I save Word documents to PDF, the flow of my documents change. For example, a word that appears at the end of the first sentence, when converted, will appear as the first word in the second sentence.
There are no hard returns. Why is this happening? I need the PDF to look exactly like the Word document.

Toshiba netbook NB520 running Windows 10 - partial keyboard failure
A few days ago a Windows 10 Home update was completed without any errors being reported but after a reboot my password was rejected. It took some time to realise that some of the keys on the left hand side of the keyboard were not functioning, namely q,w,e,a,s,f,z.x.c,1 and 2. Luckily a remote keyboard was available so I was able to log in and run a number of operations, all without success.
deleted driver for keyboard and touchpad followed by a reboot
downloaded a keyboard driver of the Toshiba website for Windows 7 (Windows 10 not available) but an attempt to load this resulted in a warning that the one I was trying to load was older than the current one so I backed off.
booted to safe mode but still no functionality of the keys
reset BIOS.
I have now run out ideas but suspect that the driver is not compatible with the latest Window 10 download (KB3150513)

Problems with Word for Mac 2011 v. 14.7.4
Today I updated Word for Mac 2011 to version 14.7.4 and now it crashes within seconds of opening word. I use a MacBook Air with MacOs Sierra version 10.12.15.
Anyone know what may be causing the problem, or how I can fix it? Any help would be appreciated!
p.s. Today I also deleted Office 365 from my laptop, as I do not use it, but now I wonder if that is causing my problem.

what do you do when the media player won't delete any music off the library?

Edge barely opens, then closes.
Following this big Win10 update yesterday (at least for me) Edge no longer works. It loads up the window for a few seconds and closes.
I googled this but found nothing recent and followed the removal of a folder solution but that didnt work.
Happy to give up and move to another browser but would be cool if there's a fix. I am fairly certain the update caused this.

Windows 10 - 1703 build 15063.296 freezes after 5 exactly 5 minutes
Be quick and click I have this problem too.
I did a fresh install UEFI secure boot. Tried sleep settings and USB settings, but having CTRL + SHIFT + ESC open I saw it was the whole system.... FORCED POWER DOWN and then you have another 5 minutes.

Hola a todos,tuve que hacer una recuperacion de w10.Tengo instalado KaspersKy Internet security 2017 y antes de la recuperación la extensión KaspersKy Protection se instaló en EDGE y en CROME,pero después de instalar otra vez W10,solo se instala la extensión en CROME,en KaspersKy internet security aparece una advertencia diciéndome que debo instalar la extensión en Internet Explorer,pero en la configuración de EDGE viene desactivado,asi como laa opción herramientas >F12.
La pregunta es como instalo la extensión?. EDGE me manda a la tienda para descargarla pero no la encuentro.
solo quiero usar EDGE con la extensión de KaspersKy.

Programa Outlook 2016 pede a senha a todo momento
Olá!
Utilizamos o Pacote Office 365 para trabalho, porém de uns tempos pra cá o Outlook anda pedindo login/senha frequentemente, a cada 5 segundos. Já vi muitos tutoriais pela internet, já tentei de tudo.
Já reinstalei o pacote Office, desinstalei com o programa que a Microsoft disponibiliza para excluir totalmente. E instalei via site do Office 365. Porém continuou não dando certo, já recriei perfil do usuário. Já fiz aquele procedimento "pesquisar: regedit [...]", localizar a pasta do Office e criar dados (não sei se fiz da maneira certa, mas não identifiquei erro no que fiz).

Hoje aconteceu com um colaborador depois de atualizar o Office dele, porém já havia acontecido com outro... O Office de todos da empresa atualizou, não faz sentido esse ser o problema.
Alguém da Microsoft poderia me ajudar? Por favor!
