I have purchase Office 365 Business Premium for my company. I have success change xxx.omicrosoft.com to my company domain.
When i tried to send emails to couple people and it's working fine (include hotmail.com, live.com ).
But it fail to receive email from Microsoft based email like hotmail.com, live.com etc. And the sender received bouncing email.
It happen to all our account,
Any suggestion to solve this problem are welcome.

We are installing SSO for existing O365 tenant. Existing user accounts are like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. We have configured own domain and configured ADFS for UPN like *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Now in SharePoint we need to merge the existing user information data with a new accounts so that all the authoring information and permissions point to the new accounts.
For example, user *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has created some document. He also changed permissions on the document so that only this account has write permissions and other users can only read. Now when we configure SSO we need to ensure that the new account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** will be specified as "Created By" and take editor permissions from the existing account.
Is there any way to do it in SharePoint Online for site collections, OneDrive, profiles, etc.? Is there a more common way of doing it in Office 365?

We are in the process of setting up Skype for Business and were wondering if there is any interaction between softphone and hard phone I.E can you answer on a softphone and move the call to a desktop phone seamlessly?
We were also wondering if you can integrate via an API from a piece of service desk software and get it to call out with a desktop phone?

I have Intune configured and have conditional access configured for Exchange online to only let Windows Devices that are domain joined to connect. I have not deployed AD FS as of yet, this is only for testing purposes. But without AD FS Windows 10 machines that have 1703 are able to get into Outlook with no problems. Any build prior to 1703 gets an error stating the your company has requirements.... My question is what did they put in this build to do this??

Ich habe die Insider Preview Build 16215. Ich habe mir selbst in den Explorer geladen und das Setup ausgeführt, weil ich schon längere Zeit keine Möglichkeit habe das Windows Insider Programm (die Einstellungen) zu ändern und seit dem Build 16193 keine neuen Updates mehr erhalte. Der grau unterlegte Buttom "reparieren" reagiert auf keinen Klick und das ist seit der Preview 16193 so.
Ansonsten habe ich mit 1625 überhaupt keine Probleme - alles OK. Ich möchte nur den Status als Insider im Fast Ring wieder herstellen.
Hat jemand eine Lösung, wie man die Einstellungen zum Windows Insider Programm wieder zum laufen bekommt ?
Been trying to get Office 365 support to help but so far no luck.
Last week one of our users could not send to specific clients. Now this week another user is having the same problem. Running a message trace on the failing messages gives the message:
Reason: [{LED=550 5.7.501 Service unavailable, Client host blocked using Spamhaus. To request removal from this list see http://www.spamhaus.org/lookup.lasso (AS16042849)};{MSG=};{FQDN=};{IP=};{LRT=}]
When I look up the IP address within the Message Trace it is indeed listed in Spamhaus. I haven't gotten much help with this yet due to the fact Office 365 support says the IP is not owned by Microsoft, which appears to be correct as it's listed as being owned by AT&T. However I don't see how this is anybody else's issue but Microsoft's as Office 365 handles all incoming/outgoing email for the tenant.
I've had a ticket open for almost two weeks, but have made no progress thus far. We just recently migrated to our entire company to Office 365 and are now dealing with this. Very frustrating!
Has anybody else had to deal with this? So far I've encountered two IP blocks that Microsoft uses that appear to be owned by AT&T that is currently listed in Spamhaus.

I have a question related to Post Migration using Staged Migration method... Following are the scenario.....
5 users migrated from On Prem Exchange to Office 365 (using staged method, Exchange 2007), Once Migrated, they stop receiving email in on prem Mailbox, but they don't want to move to Office 365 now, thus target address from those migrated User AD object has been removed, thus they started receiving emails. After 2 months, customer wants to move those users in Office 365, where as I know there is no way by which we can resync the user data & this will copy the delta part & migrate the Mailbox.
In that scenario, we need remove the migrated user existance from office 365 tenant, so that we can resync the user data as a fresh user. What would be the process to remove that migrated user from office 365 Exchange Online? SO that when we resync the user data or do the migration this will not give any sort of error, this will migrate smoothly?

Ihre Windows Lizenz läuft bald ab.
Sie müssen Windows in den Einstellungen aktivieren!
Unter Einstellungen steht jedoch:
Windows 10 pro
Windows wurde durch den Aktivierungsdienst ihrer Organisation aktiviert
Wer hat hier einen Rat??
I have windows 10 (chrome browser), '64 bit'. The windows update attempts to update for '32' instead of '64'. These fail. How do I get it to update for my '64 bit'? Or does it matter? I must have signed up for 32 by mistake?

Like many others I have a self inflicted Office 365 Account / Microsoft Account conflict issue.
I have the following setup:
Office 365 Account e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Microsoft Account e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I would like to change the Office 365 Account to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which will be the master account for my family.
How long do I need to wait until I can use *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my primary alias for the Microsoft Account before I stop getting the following error message? Basically how long does it take to dissociate *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from the Office 365 Account to allow it to be used as a Microsoft Account?
You can't add a work or school/university email address as an alias to a personal Microsoft account. Please try another.

We just received the latest update for Windows 10 (Version 1703).
Hmm it looks like MS has given this update a special name "The Windows 10 Creators Update".
I guess "Creators" means "creates problems" ;-)
Since receiving this update, our really old database program (Paradox for Windows 8.0) no longer runs. Actually it appears very briefly (for a fraction of a second) but then closes with no error message.
Obviously some new security measure with the latest Windows update is blocking it. A few days ago it was working perfectly well.
