I live in Istanbul now. I got a skype number from NJ area. Because I want people from states can call me from a local number. When my phone connects to internet, I can get the calls but when my internet is off on my mobile phone, I can not get calls even I made Call forwarding to my cell number? People says it seems my phone is ringing but it is not actually.
How can I solve it?

Уже несколько дней я показываюсь не в сети другим контактам хотя мой статус в сети. От меня приходят другим сообщения от других не приходят. Также Заметил что Контактам из России я показываюсь в сети и от них приходят сообщения. Контактам в Украине я показываюсь оффлайн и от них не приходят сообщения. Спасибо всем кто поможет разобраться в причине сбоя.

When trying to access a website that uses HTTP-authentication, IE will display a box where you fill in username and password. Suddenly I get this box displayed behind the IE-window so the users don't see it, and hence can not log in.
This is a site where about two dusin people log in every day. They use IE, and the site have been in use for a few years. It uses HTTP-authentication with encryptet passwords. As of a few days ago whenever somebody og to this website, they dont see the login box anymore. This applies to at least 10 persons on individual computers. I have myself tried on 3 different computers, all of them displays the login prompt behind, so to log in I need to move the IE window to the side, revealing the login box. I can then log in, and from then on the site works fine.
All the computers I have tried uses Version 11.413.15063.0 of Internet Explorer, in Norwegian Language.
Anybody else seen this behavior? Anybody know how to fix this?

J'essaie de désinstaller une mise à jour IE11 (KB4021558) sur un serveur 2012 R2 mais elle n'apparait pas dans l'historique des mise à jour.
Comment faire pour désinstaller cette mise à jour ?
Ce problème impacte toute une ferme citrix.

whenever i play a video on google chrome any other browser in desktop it doesn't produce any sound even when the volume is at full. The device i use is a tab(hp omni10) with windows 8.1

系统主分区无法识别了. 第二个物理盘分了两个逻辑盘, 内容可以访问.

My Surface Pro is effectively dead at the moment.
I had problems with the latest Insider build 16226, so I rolled back to the previous version.
When it tried to re-start, it only came back to the Surface UEFI Screen and won't shift from there.
I can play with all the menu items and change settings, boot order and the like, but it won't boot off the USB even. I can see it accessing the USB stick, but it won't actually load from it.
Any suggestions? I have a beautifully thin, glossy brick at the moment!
If I send message to my contacts they receive it but I do not receive any replies that they send.
My system show online but everyone see me as offline.
