Since the windows 10 latest upgrade in 2017 my task bar is frozen. I have tried all of the suggestions from the 2015 posts. None of them worked.

AV disabled. Same issue.
Would disable SmartScreen and Defender to test, but you **** will not let me.
File give same error when downloaded.
Can change setting in file properties to unblock this, but it only works for the local file.

I Cannot Access Windows Fax and Scan
Hello to all,
I was using Windows Fax and Scan and then had a problem (I can't remember what the problem was). I then installed fax machine, an application sold by Nico Cuppen, and then uninstalled it after it did not fix the problem. I then decided to go back to Windows Fax and Scan but I couldn't find it. Seeing that I was in trouble I tried to reinstall Fax Machine but I received the following error message: "An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code S. Access is denied.
I believe I have created a problem in the registry and need the assistance of an expert. Would someone please help me? I just want to get back to good old Windows Fax.

Missing Display Icon on Control Panel
Oh Where, Oh Where has the Display Icon gone? This has always been the first item on my Lesson Plans for new computer users. I have tried to resolve this issue with MS Tech help three times with no luck.
With the new update ( June 13) (Windows 10) the DISPLAY icon is missing in the Control Panel. This feature permitted the user to change the screen text and performed other display related tasks. Where is this important feature?
Screen Text SizeThe first thing a computer user wants to do is resize and select a different font and larger font size.
- Select the Windows key
- Scroll down to Windows System
- Select ControlPanel
- Select Display
- From the drop down list, select each heading
- From the drop select a text size for each
- Select Apply for the changes to take effect.

can not connect to xbox live parties from gaming pc that has windows 10
Despite me trying all the codes I saw on the xbox help forums none helped and every time I try to join a xbox live party it says I am disconnected and blocked from using the party. any help will be greatly appreciated thanks.

reversing the value axis on a chart but not the labels on the category axis
I have a slide with a line chart on it. The value axis on the left begins at 0 and goes up to 30, however, I want it to be reversed so it starts at 50 at the bottom and goes up to 0.
I have right-clicked, format value axis and reversed the order which does work, however, this also moves the headings on the category axis from the bottom of the chart to the top, even though I haven't asked it to. I'm only editing the value axis.
Does anybody know why it's doing this and how I can stop it? I need the headings to stay at the bottom.
I've tried reversing the category axis to go back to how it was but this changes the look altogether and isn't what I want to do.

Type Cover 4 on Surface Pro 3 touch pad erratic when plugged in (self.Surface)
Hi. I'm having a very weird issue. I thought it was hardware related but I'm on my third type cover and I still have the same issue. Here's what happens:
When plugged in and charging, the touch pad isn't working consistently. I have to touch it multiple times so it can react, sometimes it goes a few seconds working fine but most of the time it's all over the screen. The keyboard works, back lighting works, touch pad bottom clicks works but not moving on the touch pad itself.
I tried 3 different keyboards until I just realized it must be something else. Could it be my surface pro 3? Could it be my AC / charger? It's not the stock one but it's an identical one with the same wattage, etc.
Any ideas or suggestions? I found a few similar thread on Google about the same issue but not much and no solutions at all except for a few resolved by replacing the hardware which isn't the case for me so it must be something else.
The surface pro 3 itself is working great, connectivity with the type cover is great. I don't see any driver errors popups, the back lighting is consistant meaning the connectivity must be okay I guess.
EDIT: Also I'd like to add that the issues immediately go away once I unplug the charging cable. That's what's weird about the whole thing.
EDIT2: It seems to be worse on heavy cpu load / when sucking more power I guess. Might really be my power source, I'll have to look for a stock charger to see if it fixes it.

He restaurado el portátil y evidentemente, tengo un 8.1 home, ¿como he de hacer para recuperar mi windows 10 pro perfectamente legal?

Проблема с OneNote 2013 классическим.
При создании вырезки экрана с помощью горячих клавиш Win+Shift+S, вырезка попадает в буфер обмена, но нигде не сохраняется в записных книжках.
Если сделать вырезку экрана не горячими клавишами, а через экран "отправить в OneNote", то все работает, как надо: вырезка экрана сохраняется на новой странице в указанной в параметрах записной книжке.
Как восстановить работу этих горячих клавиш?
Проблема возникла после того, как я пару раз запустила плиточный OneNote, который мне настойчиво стали предлагать после обновления Windows 10.
Запуск восстановления Office по быстрому не решил проблему.

Outlook 2011 (14.7.5) on MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 keeps hanging and spinning wheel periodically freezing outlook
It doesnt freeze on account synch. I've done nothing really but recently read KBs saying to upgrade office which i did and nothing changed. I put it in Offline mode and i dont have issues. It also appears that emails i look up in the deleted folder also sit and take time to redownload the content.
I have 2 accounts from google via IMAP. i dont think it's a synch issue with exchange but putting it in offline the problem disappears. Any help would be greatly appreciated or if this is a known issue. I can't find anything other than upgrade (did it no bueno) and export and recreating my accounts.
