Hello, community:
If I download an attachment —picture, video, PDF...— from a message received in my Outlook account, and after the download I try to open another message, I would receive the following announcement: "Error: your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later."
Eventually, after getting "Error: your request...", any deleted —during that searching session— message would appear back in the inbox.
I have to sign-out, then sign-in again in order to continue checking my e-mail.
How can I solve this?
(the suggested solution, in this forum, that indicates erasing any cookie in the browser, did not work for me; besides, apparently it is not a problem in the browser —from a similar question in the forum you can read the same happens with Safari, Firefox...—, but in the e-mail server).

Adding two Outlook email addresses to one profile
I have outlook as part of office 365 personal subscription. I am trying to add a second outlook email address to one profile so that I can see all my email addresses in one pane. Every time i try either using the automatic function or the manually to add the email address the operation crashes and closes.
Is there a way of doing this? i have tried looking at the help in the community but every time i find something that looks like it may help it is written in technical language i don't understand.

windows10 creators update でクラウドのページが開かないのですが
あんまりパソコンに詳しくないのですが、ネットでの仕事をしています。
先日、windows10 creators というのにバージョンアップ？をしたのですが、
クラウドで管理されているもののページを開こうとすると chromeだと 真っ白になって開けない、
explorerだとログイン処理中 の画面で止まったまま動かない、という事態になっております。
ネットで調べても出てこず、こちらにたどり着きました。
解決方法をご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら、アドバイスいただけると助かります。

Le parametrage d'extinction d'écran et de mise en veille automatique est inopérant depuis un certain temps sur mon ordinateur.
Mon système est de type PC tournant sur Windows 10
Mon ordinateur ne réagit plus au réglage des paramètres d'extinction d'écran et de mise en veille automatique.

Я не слышу собеседника а собеседник не слышит меня

У меня возникла проблема, около 2-ух месяцев назад, не знаю из за чего, при подключении меня в конференции не появлялась кнопка подключения к ней. То есть я не мог попросто подключится туда, хотя с мобильного телефона всё получалось. Но суть не в этом. Через некоторое время перестал работать звук. То есть собеседник не слышит меня, хотя динамик в порядке и настроен правильно и шкала показывает что он работает но собеседник всё равно не слышит меня. Так же я не слышу собеседника, хотя динамики настроены правильно. Я в отчаянии, прошу помочь

Activate Windows problem on an upgraded Windows 10 copy
Hi. I've been using my copy of Windows 10 that was upgraded from Windows 7 for free when it was still available. Today I started getting "activate windows" watermark after a series of updates(that I've been slacking to proceed with) from Windows on the
right bottom side of my screen. When I try to troubleshoot, it states that the digital key I own is for Windows 10 Home edition and the version I'm running is Pro so I need to reinstall Windows 10 Home or buy a key for Pro version. What gives?

Hello,
I would like to know why windows suddenly kills my program,i think its because not enough RAM but it doesn't show any warnings,it just kills it,and from task manager,i could clearly see the memory usage by the program is not that big.
And i would also wanted to know why,when every time i load a program or the program is in a loading state,System will use the disk more than the program does,slowing the loading process,sometimes freeze it.For example,i am loading a game,i observe task manager, game disk usage... 5 MB/S,a few moments later,System... 15 MB/S,the game freezes,if the loading is done the system will no longer use the disk,why?

windows10 Home、Microsoft Excel2013を使用。
先日windows10をアップグレードしてから、Excel2013のブックが勝手にExcel2007形式に勝手に変換されて保存されるようになってしまいました。
パソコンにあったブックは全てExcel2007形式に勝手に変換されてます。
今まで使っていたExcel2013のブックはファイルの種類Microsoft Excel Worksheet (.xlsx)だったのが、トラブルのあるパソコンにブックを移動するとファイルの種類Microsoft Office Excel 2007 ブック (.xlsx)に変換されてしまいます。
onedriveに入ってるExcel2013のブックも全部Excel2007形式でしか表示されてません。（もう一台のＰＣはwindows8.1です）
Excel2013でブックを新規に作って保存すると勝手に変換されてExcel2007形式で保存され、そのブックはExcel2013では使用できなくなります。
勝手にExcel2013のブックをExcel2007形式に変換されないように、対応方法がありましたら教えてください。宜しくお願いします。
