Surface bookを初期化しようと回復ドライブから回復を実行したところ
「PCの回復中に問題が発生しました」と表示され初期化出来ませんでした。
現在はwindowsを起動しようとすると
surface UEFIが起動してしまい何度やってもwindowsが起動しません。
手順は以下を行いました。
1. USB 回復ドライブで PC を起動します。
2. トラブルシューティング > ドライブからの回復
3. ファイルの削除のみ行う
上記で失敗したため、3を
ドライブを完全にクリーンにする
にしましたがまた
「PCの回復中に問題が発生しました」
と表示されました。
Surface bookは2017年4月に購入したものです。
どうすればいいかご助言ください。

21 yıllık mail adresimi 15/06/2017 03:00 sularında sildim ve o günden beri uğraşmama rağmen alamıyorum. Destek emaili de yazdım. Şu ana kadar gelen cevapta sorunun geçici olduğu söylendi ama burada gördüğüm makalelerde silinen hesapların geri alınamadığını görünce çok endişe ettim. Olay şöyle gerçekleşti.
Gönderdiğim maillerde görünen adımın baş harflerini büyütmek istedim. Bunun Outlook 2016'da yapmaya çalıştım ve yapamadım ve destek makalelerinde exchange hesaplarının görünen adlarının değiştirilemeyeceğini öğrendim. Ben kurumsal bir exchange hesabı kullanıcısı değilim. Office 360 Home kullanıcısıyım. Outlook livedan Outlook 2016'ya geçmeye karar verdim ve geçerken hiçbir ayar yapmadan kaybettiğim email adresimle giriş yaparak Outlook 2016 kullanmaya başladım.
Outlook 2016'da görünen adımı değiştiremeyince, accounts.microsoft adresinde fotoğrafın altında bulunan ismimi değiştirdim ad ve soyadımın baş harflerini büyüttüm ama bu da gönderdiğim maillerde görünen adımı değiştirmedi.
Sonra profile.live adresinde fotoğrafın üstündeki adımı düzelttim bu da emaillerdeki görünen adı değiştirmedi. Bu işlere saatlerce uğraştım. Sayısız destek makalesi okudum ama hiçbir çözüm yolu bulmadım.
Daha sonra outlook.live üzerindeki seçenekler/bağlı hesaplar hakkında bir şeyler okuyup oraya gittim. Varlığından bile haberim olmayan bir ikincil email adresinin hesabıma bağlı olduğunu gördüm. O adresi birincil yaptım. Daha sonra belki asıl adresimi silip yeniden eklersem amacıma ulaşabileceğimi düşündüm ve sildim. Ama sildikten sonra maalesef geri ekleyemedim. Eklemeye çalıştığımda da "bu e-posta adresi ayrılmış bir etki alanına sahiptir....." uyarısı aldım. Kaybettiğim email adresiyle giriş denediğimde de "Bu ada sahip bir Microsoft hesabı yok. Başka bir hesap girin ya da yeni bir hesap alın." uyarısı alıyorum.
Bu adresi geri alamam benim için büyük bir kayba neden olacaktır. Hatta şu ana kadar geçen 60 saatlik sürede yaşadığım kayıp bile büyüktür.
Lütfen "silinmiş hesap geri alınamaz" ibaresiyle kastedilen şeyin bir hesaba bağlıyken silinen adresleri değil, komple silinen microsoft ve live hesapları olduğunu söyleyin.
I had an issue with MBPR (OS Sierra 10.12.5) and was forced to do a fresh install of the MacOS (MacBook Pro HD wiped clean) and reinstalled the software I need back into the MBP - supposedly it should be easy to recover from the backup (Carbon Copy Cloner 4.1.15).
Reinstalled MS Office 2016 (365 subscription), and when it came time to recover the Outlook 2016 for Mac I am having issues with the recovery of my local folders.
I followed the installation/recovery notes I found elsewhere in the other forums and am still unable to recover the local folders.
I have copied the contents of the backup (~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile) onto the new installation, but for Local Folders all I get is for On My Computer a folder named backup PST...
Anyone has any tips for the recovery?

6月上旬ごろの大きな自動更新の後、自分の使い易い並びで置いていたデスクトップのアイコンの位置が勝手に変わる。開いている間自分なりに直しても、一回閉じて立ち上げ直すと又勝手に場所が変わっている。今まではこんなことなかったのに、これでは使い勝手がめちゃくちゃ悪い、最悪です。治す方法はありますか？

Bonjour, j'aimerais remettre 1 MDP pour ouvrir ma messagerie outlook aussi bien sur l'ordi fixe que sur tablette androïd, dès que je mets en route l'un ou l'autre, la messagerie s'ouvre sans mettre de MDP, et ça m'embête ! j'ai fait des recherches sur le net, mais bof bof !

advpack.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.So,i deleted the advpack.dll but it didn't work

Just upgraded to Skype for Windows 10 and the option to see your own video screen during a video call has vanished. I also don't see anywhere how to change this. Now during a video call I have no idea if the other persons actually sees me or the ceiling...
Does anyone know how to change this?
I'm really tired of these constant changes to skype without considering the basics...
