mi cuenta de hotmail no funciona
hola, mi outlook.com no funciona en mi navegador de Google Chrome pero en otros navegadores si, como Internet explorer por ejemplo, igualmente Google Chrome me anda bien con cualquier pagina. solo tengo problemas con outlook.com.
lo que ocurre es que me deja ingresar pero no me deja leer mail, mandar mails ni hacer algún tipo de configuración personal. en ambos caso me pone un cartel que dice:
-"error: no se puede completar tu solicitud en este momento, vuelve a intentarlo mas tarde"

Lenovo P2 suddenly stopped working with Skype ( no mic)
Right I cant beleiv ethis and it may soud off but here goes : Suddenly i cant Skype on my Lenovo P2 phone the mic is not wrking , no one can hear me. I factory reset the phone redownloaded latest Skype from playstore and its still the same. Now I go on to my computer and its doing exactly the same thing. How can my Skype account in effect be entirely muted ?

Failing call transfer
When I do not answer in Skype and the call transfers to my cell phone, the connection breaks as soon as I answer the phone. Not good. My account is in good standing with credit to spare and I have a subscription on top of that. What's up?

Expired Security License AND MORE!
Well, first off let me just say I thought I was smarter than this but here goes... Back in January I received a phone call - this is what I wrote at that time.....
This morning I received a phone call from someone who I thought said he was from Windows or Microsoft. He had my Computer license number and showed me where to go to verify this was a legitimate all. He showed me where many of my programs had stopped running, including Windows Defender. He showed me where many of my programs had stopped running. He then showed me where many of my emails had threats with red exclamation points.
He proceeded to remove the threats and get my programs running again. Now mind you I was very suspicious from the beginning and continued to tell him so. He always assured me he was selling nothing and that Windows monitored computers all over the world. He also showed me something that said my computer would shut down TODAY!!
Looking back I KNEW this was a scam but he convinced me it was NOT! I don’t know WHY I fell for it but I did. He also had me download the program that they can control the computer to my Husband’s computer!! (HOW could I be so stupid???).
He was so convincing that I agreed to the LIFETIME SECURITY for any and all computers we Have or will ever have!!
At that point he took control of both computers. I had to take my Husband to Urgent Care and by the time we returned, both computers had information from them on them but nothing would work.
After having a few hours to think about what I had done, I contacted Norton to find out if what I thought I had done was true. I began a Chat session withHimanshu – reference number 3297364. Case ID 29822477.
Himanshu instructed me to connect to Norton.com so he could take control of my computer. It’s obvious to me that they have done something to BLOCK anything I try to do connected with Norton. Nothing I do will work. Himanshu instructed me to reboot in Safe Mode – that didn’t work either. Himanshu suggested right away that I change our passwords, which I have done.
The names of the companies involved with this scam are: CYBER COMPATIBLES INC. (*** Email address is removed for privacy *** ANDCNG SERVICES LLC (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***). My next step will be to TRY and get my money back. I will also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
SO, now what do I do? I can’t seem to get back in touch with Himanshu. I tried the Power Eraser – that showed nothing.
I am pretty desperate at this point! I hope you can help.

SO, I know this is long but I've not been able to find a number where I can actually TALK to someone. Reading all of the letters from people who have also been scammed doesn't help me fix my CURRENT PROBLEM.
TODAY I received a call from the SAME PEOPLE -they knew my password and my computer. AGAIN they are saying my computer is infected with things worse than a virus, etc etc because my MS Security License is expired and for ANOTHER
$349 TO $700 (depending on number of years) they will renew my security license and depending on how much I pay, will continue to protect my computer. When I pointed out we had paid ( A LOT!) for lifetime protection, he said that was for VIRUS PROTECTION!!
SO, after all of this, here is my question.. can I renew the Security License myself and how do I get rid of all the programs they have put on my computer?
I am sorry for the length of this post but I really need an expert opinion on what to do next!

Can't find "Follow Up > Add Reminder" menu option
I was watching a tutorial on Outlook 2016 related to Follow Ups. One topic was "Set a Reminder." It said to set a Follow Up reminder, select Home > Follow Up > AddReminder. In Control Panel, I have my mouse to set to scroll at a single line at a time rather than normal 3, but when I'm reading an Outlook message and want to move to the next message, I scroll, and it bumps up 3. How can I change Outlook to only scroll one message at a time?

Mac XL 15.35 (170610) won't open files from Finder
Howdy,
I did Office update recently and now when I go to launch an XL file from Finder it does not work. I can browse to the file from File > Open (or Recent) and things are fine.
Anyone else running into this? The files reside on the local drive.

Outlook 2016 keeps prompting for password from Exchange 2010 - 2 Active Directory Domains w/ 1 Exchange Server
Hello,
I've done a lot of searching and tried every method I have found, but I cannot figure out what is going on.
Here is the scenario. We have Exchange 2010 in a domain at our main site for Email. All users that are logged in to this particular Domain (Domain A) have zero problems with being prompted for passwords. We have one remote site also setup as a Domain (Domain B) and have been setup like this from a long time ago before all sites were linked.
At Site B, we are having issues with Outlook repeatedly prompting for password in Outlook. In this example, the users at Domain B have two accounts: Site A is for email only and Site B is their local login. When I setup Outlook 2016 to connect to Exchange, I am able to successfully get the mailbox configure in Outlook and it downloads the email. However, everytime Outlook is restarted it keeps prompting for username and password. I input the correct credentials for Exchange (Site A user info) and it works fine, but it does not remember the password. The OS on the machine with the issue is Windows 7 Pro.
I have tried deleting all entries in Credential Manager and I have also created a new Outlook profile and the issues persists. I setup a Host record so that the Exchange server in Site A so it resolves correctly. This one is really stumping me. Any other ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!

Why does 2017-06 cumulative update for windows 10 version 1607 for x64-based systems (kb4022715) fail to install? I have tried to download via, the HP Envy computers regular update process, by downloading the update directly from the Microsoft update website as suggested on the blog, I have tried the Windows 10 "trouble shooter" as suggested but nothing seems to work. I have checked this blog and Googled the problem but nothing seems to correct the problem.
Anybody tried something different? Apparently I not the only one having this problem.

The person has blocked me or Just offline, If I see the messages shows "sent"?

I have been wondering if someone have blocked me on Skype (not for business) chat by chance how I will know that I am blocked.
Well, In my case I am seeing the person offline, I can see the profile pic of the person and the contact that person have in Skype.
When I sent a messages from my phone to that contact on Skype, it is showing message sent.
Can you please confirm if I am blocked or that person is just offline? If you can give me any sure shortcut to know that how do I know if that person has blocked me or Just offline?
