can not copy some movie files to ntfs 500g flash drive
1st...I copy a movie to my desktop & check that it plays in WMP
2nd...Open the movie in File Viewer & check that it plays ok, this also shows all
the codec info ( very useful ), so I take a snapshot Before copying to my flash drive.
3rd... Copy & paste the movie to my flash drive & check it plays in WMP.
At this point if it plays GREAT. If it fails to play I Repeat step 2 & take a snapshot.
The results are as follows.

Try to Export my Notebook as ONEPKG.
Error: Something went wrong
I tried reinstalling Windows 10 Pro 64 and Office Home and Business 2016, same Error.
Windows 10 Pro 64 is up to date and Office 2016 is up to date ,too.
Have this error for 1 Year now.

Comprei um Office 2013 e instalei em meu PC. Necessito, agora, formatar meu computador e estou na dúvida se vou conseguir instalá-lo, por conta da chave do produto.
Com essa chave única, posso instalá-lo novamente no mesmo PC?
Osb.: Lembrando que não houve nenhum tipo de troca de hardware. Apenas a formatação e reinstalação do sistema operacional.

здравствуйте,у меня появился вопрос.установил вин 10,уже привык к ней.в ней есть оне драйв. с началом моего знакомства вин 10,я начал знакомство и с оне драйв. теперь не могу без оне драйв.не удобно без него,но возникла проблема. я не могу его запустить
с момента переустановки операционной системы. значок есть,показывает,что оне драйв есть на компе.но при попытке открыть его-ничего не происходит.пытался удалить через командную строку,дабы установить по новой : выдает код ошибки 0х80070057.что делать?как удалить
и сделать по новой?возможно он не до конца установился или с ошибкой..64 бит вин 10.

Windows 10 Installation Problems
I wan't to install Windows 10 to my computer. So I wiped my hard drive and I'm trying to install it. After I choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced) and choose which drive I want to install it on I get to a screen where it says Copying Windows files
0%. I haven't been able to get past this screen because it freezes every time! Please Help! I wan't to be able to use me new desktop!

My PC is set to update automatically.
I frequently get this error message:
Security Update for Microsoft Access 2013 (KB3085584) 64-Bit Edition - Error 0x80070663
The KB reference changes for each failure - Access, Excel, InfoPath etc.
I have Office 2013 Professional Plus running on Windows 10 64-bit on a Dell desktop PC.
Can anyone advise how to get the updates to install automatically instead of always failing?

Windows 10 beschädigt
Hallo,
mein Acer Laptop startet nach einem fehlgeschlagenem Windows Update (Windows 10) nicht mehr richtig. Das Update dauerte Stunden und ich ließ den Laptop einfach laufen und ging schlafen. Jetzt erscheint beim Einschalten das Acer Logo, aber der Startvorgang
wird beim Versuch Windows zu starten abgebrochen und läuft in Dauerschleife. Mit der Festplatte ist alle in Ordnung, glaube ich. Windows 10 ist wahrscheinlich beschädigt. Was kann ich tun?

Can't open encrypted files
Hi,
Recently I just reset my laptop. And I transferred all of the important data to my hard disk. And when I'm done resetting my laptop, and try to watch one of my video, I cant watch it.
Then I look further of the files; Properties > General > Advanced. And I cant 'uncheck' the 'Encrypt Content to Secure Data'. How do I 'uncheck' it?? is this the caused of why I can't open my video files?? How do I decrypt the file??
On VLC it said this:
File reading failed:
VLC could not open the file "E:\...................." (Bad file descriptor).
Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'file:///E:/..................'. Check the log for details.
On Windows Media Player is said this:
"Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct."
P.S. please dont be too technical, I don't have high understanding of computer/laptop. and if you kindly give me the step-by-step guide to do it, it will be very helpful.

XBOX ONE and MISSING COMPATIBLE DOWNLOADS
Well, great. We were given an XBox One for Christmas which pretty much made all the games I play obsolete. But I had downloaded backward compatible games (Mirrors Edge, I Am Alive) so I decided to load those. But when downloaded they can't find me. And they show up as a blank screen on the XBox site. And the other thing I did when we installed XBOX ONE? I changed my gamer tag.
Anyone have any ideas? Or do I just plug in the Gamecube? Thanks!

Vor einiger Zeit habe ich meinen PC zur Reparatur gebracht.
Dieser wurde zurückgesetzt - und trotz meines Wunsches Word und Co nicht zu löschen, wurde es nicht eingehalten.
Beim Kauf des PCs war Office bereits vorhanden.
Wie kann ich Office wieder kostenlos downloaden?

Bonjour.
Je viens de récupérer mon PC suite à une restaure par un professionnel. Mon problème est que je n'ai plus de mot de passe à l'ouverture de celui-ci. Du fait qu'il y ait des accès avec mots de passe enregistrés sur certains sites, j'aimerais réinstaller cette protection de mot de passe à la mise en service du PC. Comment faire ?

Messagerie COURRIER de Windows 10 - Affichage des liens dans les messages
Bonjour
Dans les messages recus des liens apparaissent qui renvoient vers d'autres informations. Dans la messagerie COURRIER ses liens comportent beaucoup d'infos souvent incompréhensibles et qui perturbent la lecture du mail lui même.
Comment peut on faire pour réduire ce lien à une seule ligne?
