Excel VBA to convert documents to VBA
Hi All,
I am new to VBA and looking for help. This macro will save me lots of time daily.
In excel 2013, I would like to create the following VBA.
In Cell “A1” I have written of the directory where all the files are saved.
I am now looking for a macro, which open the directory as mentioned in cell “A1”.
Let say the directory mentioned in cell A1 is: U:\Testing Macro\Macro testing
Now on that particular directory, I would like to convert the: *.xlsx; *xls; *.docx; *.doc; *.png and *.jpeg files to .pdf
The converted files should be saved on the same directory and with the same name, only now as a PDF file
I googled a lot and read a lot but cannot find this VBA.
Please please help me out here.

Modify Vlookup Formula to find MIN across sheets
I'm currently using this formula
=VLOOKUP($J6,INDIRECT("'"&INDEX(SheetList,MATCH(1,--(COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'"&SheetList&"'!$D$7:$h$14"),$J6)>0),0))&"'!$D$7:$h$14"),{2},FALSE)to return a matching cell across multiple sheets. How could i alter it to return MIN value across sheets? Currently i'm using
=MIN(MIN(IF('Manu.#1'!$B$7:$B$18=SUMMARY!B6,'Manu.#1'!$C$7:$C$18,$C$18)),MIN(IF('Manu.#2'!$B$7:$B$16=B6,'Manu.#2'!$C$7:$C$16,$C$18)),MIN(IF('Manu.#3'!$B$7:$B$15=B6,'Manu.#3'!$C$7:$C$15,$C$18)))
but as you can see, it requires me to add a new string for each new sheet included. I would like to reuse the "SheetList" reference so it sorts thru all sheets, as this workbook will grow to about 50 sheets reporting to a summary sheet.
Also, the Vlookup formula listed first doesn't ignore empty cells. So if there is an incomplete row in one of the sheets, it returns N/A instead of the matching value. What do i need to add to the string to ignore blank cells? Thanks for looking!

Skype for Business Crash when Disconnecting Headset
I use Skype for Business on a Windows 7 machine daily, since I work from home. I have a USB headset that I use for 99%+ of my calls. About 2 weeks ago I started to notice that Skype for Business would crash and restart like the image below, almost inexplicably.
Over the past couple weeks I've tried several things and finally realized that I could recreate this error, at will, whenever I disconnect my headset from my computer while Skype for Business is running. One work around is to never disconnect my headset, but that seems ridiculous because this software should not be so unstable that simply unplugging or turning off a USB headset would crash it. Has anyone seen this before? If so, is there a patch or something to fix this issue?

Skype Android App not connecting to Mobile Data
Skype android app is not working on mobile data, it works only on wifi connection. I have a nexus 6p, android version 7.1.2 and the Skype app is updated to the latest version. I have contacted microsoft
support, they tried helping me but of no use. I have changed 2 step verification and app passwords. If anyone have a solution, kindly, share it with me.

Skype freezes Windows 10 following Anniversary Update
Prior to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update being applied to my system, my PC and Logitech C920 webcam worked great. Now, when I launch Skype my entire OS freezes. If I unplug the Logitech C920 webcam and plug it into a pre-Windows 10 system, it works great - even using plug and play drivers.
How can I fix this?

The last time my Windows Updated was on May 29th and since then it doesn't update. I have tried to get it to update but I keep receiving and error code: 0x80080005. Nothing else is stated but just the error code number. I have tried researching this
but am a bit confused. Hopefully I can get help here. Thank you.

Mi usuario principal de windows fue borrado y no puedo recuperar toda la configuración
Hola, tengo un problema con mi usuario de windows.
Hoy en la mañana tenía planeado usar la Asistencia Remota de Windows (primera vez que lo usaba) para no instalar el TeamViewer.
Empecé a activarlo pero al final no lo hice, solo modifiqué algunas cosas en propiedades del sistema para activar: Permitir conexiones de Asistencia remota.
Luego quise entrar de nuevo a propiedades del sistema y no habría, y tenía otras cosas que no podía entrar. Pensé que era un bug y solo cerré sesión para volver a entrar, cuando coloqué mi contraseña no me dejaba entrar. Reinicié el equipo y el problema persistía.
Intenté reiniciar la contraseña desde Linux, pero tampoco podía, no aparecía el usuario. Luego de hacer muchas cosas pude entrar a cuentas de usuarios y me doy con la sorpresa que no había ningún usuario en el equipo, por eso no podía entrar con ninguna contraseña.
Creé otra cuenta con permisos de administrador y vi en la carpeta C:/usuarios , aún está mi usuario anterior; sin embargo, no puedo volver a entrar, creé una cuenta con el mismo nombre pero no lo reconocía, solo agregaba el nombre del equipo luego del nombre de usuario.
Cuando le doy a propiedades de la carpeta / Seguridad en Nombres de grupos o usuarios:
*SYSTEM
*Cuenta desconocida(S-1-5-21-877413362-1581114822-274105774-1001)
*Cuenta desconocida(S-1-5-21-877413362-1581114822-274105774-1008)
*Administradores(DESKTOP\Administradores)
Solo llegué a leer que cuando borras el usuario se mantiene la carpeta pero el ID asociado desaparece por ello no puedo ingresar.
¿Cómo puedo volver a tener toda mi configuración en un usuario o volver a tener el mismo?, ya que no puedo abrir archivos desde otro usuario y quiero la misma configuración que tenía.

Warum kann Windows x86/x64 keine 16-Bit Programme starten?
Ich habe ziemlich oft bemerkt, vorallem wenn ich mal eine .exe datei teste(von .txt auf .exe z.B) erstelle, das Windows, egal ob 32bit oder 64bit, mir mitteilt, das Windows nicht berechtigt ist 16bit Anwedungen zu starten... Warum teilt mir Windows x86
und Windows x64 diese Nachricht mit obwohl in dieser .exe Datei garnichts drinnen ist?

Начиная с windows_98, которой я когда-то пользовался операционная система активно развивалась. Однако функциональность некоторых модулей осталось на прежнем выше-указанном уровне... И это немного удручает. Я довольно часто разрабатываю различные модули или утилиты, впервые у меня есть что-то для операционной системы. Дело идёт о функциональности папок, а так-же о вложенных (любых) в них файлах. И действительно начиная с появления windows на рынке, функциональность папок как для обычных пользователей так и для профессионалов осталось той-же - ни чего особенного просто раздел для хранения файлов. Однако время не стоит на месте может спустя 20-ть лет настало время им "чуточку" измениться.
P.S. Просьба не беспокоить меня простым пользователям. Только разработчики утилит или программного обеспечения. Я подожду ответа 2-3 недели, далее обращусь к другим компаниям.
В сообщество я больше не зайду, отвечать нужно только на мою почту - которая указанна при регистрации, или можете прислать мне "sms" сообщение (всё это доступно только сотрудникам).
P.S.S. Хоть платформу выбрал ПК, но это дополнение коснётся и мобильных устройств.

Xbox clubs don't work
My Xbox account is a child account with all the privellages i need for clubs but it just says unable to join club due to privalleges or please sign in to xbox.com for more indo but rhere isnt any! Please help!

Icons/thumbnails have disappeared entierly on Desktop, Explorer, and Taskbar
I booted up my computer after coming home from work today only to find that all of the icons/thumbnails on my desktop, in the taskbar and in explorer have disappeared. The files and objects are still there, but the icons are missing entirely. I can only
click on the text. I am also unable to open to properties window for files. All icons in the start menu are unaffected.
I have tried everything from deleting the icon cache (in both places), using Disk Cleanup, to switching around settings. I can't seem to find anything to remidy this. MalwareBytes and BitDefender came up with nothing after a full system scan.

GCard: EVGA NVidia GTX 660

OneNote Mac crashes Mac, stops responding on a daily basis
Subject says it... Love OneNote... don't love frequent incidents of it stopping responding or clicking on something and having my Mac restart with "there was a problem" splash screen.

Files for Office365 group not accurately syncing for all users.
I'm having chronic problems with OneDrive being usable because files that we know are in OneDrive will show for one member of the group and not another.
My latest example is that a file that shows in my OneDrive installed on my Windows laptop does show in Explorer and when I log into the portal and go to OneDrive. (See image that shows OneDrive at the top and 2 files in the list.)
However, when I go to that group in the portal and click files, the 2nd file does not show up.
Additionally, the last modified date and person are different, and neither is correct. I took these screen grabs right after modifying the file in Excel online.
My other users are having similar issues, and have tried searching for the documents. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it does not. And I have verified that all users are members of the group. Additionally, we've tried direct user sharing with no success.
I realize I may have this set incorrectly, but I'm at a loss and losing OneDrive adoption quickly, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unlinking an online ID from a local sign-in

I'm having this same issue with Windows 10.
I can't sign-in to the XBL app or even play any games (like FORZA 6: Apex, or Killer Instinct) unless I make a second sign-in account, since XBL won't allow multiple sign-in instances. I linked my Live-ID because I thought it'd automatically sign me in to stuff like that, but nooooo, it has to treat the Admin as a separate instance from XBL, and there's no option to unlink the Admin from a Live-ID.
This is infuriating, and MS is of no help whatsoever on this issue.
It's also a pain to find help for Windows 10, because the Bing search results always return with stuff for Windows 8 (how I found this thread).
Heck, even as Admin, I STILL need to use 3rd party software to grant me ownership of my own goddamn computer. It wouldn't even let me make changes to my mass storage until I used a program that forces ownership to me. Just who TF did MS design Windows for anyway?! If I wanted no access to system customization and management, I'd have gone with Apple, which makes products aimed at the techtarded demographic who thinks a CD tray is a retractable cup holder. I bought Windows so I could get my hands deep into the guts of the machine, not to be told I can't do something as simple as unlinking an online ID from a local sign-in, but here we are, still trying to figure out how to force that separation.

I was on my other account ABUJOUDEH89 and I tried going to my other account XxSuPeRxBoYxX9 it took long to load so I unplugged my xbox and put back in the wires then it took long to load like never don before then it went to a black screen people have been saying I need a flash drive and laptop or computer is there any other way to fix it??????
