Bonsoir,
mon PC est sous Windows 10 version 1703, j'ai fait une analyse complète de Windows Defender, rien trouvé, et une analyse de AdwCleaner qui lui trouve : Service trouvé: DsSvc.
J'ai fait quelques recherches qui indiquent qu'il appartiendrai à Windows.
Dans le doute et ne sachant que faire je demande de l'aide à la communauté, j'ai mis ce DsSvc en quarantaine et je joint une capture de AdwCleaner.

System Error, 0x8000ffff
There was an update on 5/21/2017 and after that update, I've been UNABLE to access my Microsoft Office 2013 applications. I've been using this software for 3 years with no problems until now. Was the recent update corrupt? When trying to open Microsoft Office Word, I'm getting a message that I need to activate my product by entering my email address and password associated with my account. After entering the data, I still can't access my Microsoft applications.
Error message: "Sorry, we ran into a problem while trying to install the product. If this keeps happening, you should try repairing your office product."
I clicked on the 'Repair Now' option but that does NOT solve the problem. This software is very expensive and I need to use it. Please help. I've tried 'Running as the Administrator' and that didn't help. I have a Windows 7 desktop computer.

WMI Provider Host (High CPU Usage)
Hello guys, I have a problem. My cpu usage is high because of WMI Provider Host. I saw in an another thread that I need to uninstall the program that causes the problem, I did that but I still get the same error and I don't know why.. The problem was Discord,
I entered in the command prompt and I searched for the procces id, and it was Discord.. I uninstalled it, and I still have the same errors.. Down you can see a photo, I really appreciate if someone could help me! Thanks.![]()

Falla de Teléfono.
Mi equipo presenta diversas fallas las cuales describo a continuación:
1.- Cuando estoy en una coversación telefónica, el equipo automáticamente marca otro número y/o se reinicia el equipo.
2.- El quipo se bloquea automáticamente, esto aunque no ingrese el PIN para el uso del equipo.
3.- No me premite abrir las redes sociales.
4.- Algunas de las aplicaciones al momento de abrirlas, no muestran el puntero.
5.- El sistema se traba y tengo que reiniciar el equipo.

Bluetooth funktioniert nicht mehr
Auf meinem Lumia 950 XL funktioniert Bluetooth auf einmal nicht mehr. wenn ich es an- oder aushalten will, geht es nicht und und wenn ich nach neuen Geräten suchen will, kriege ich ein Verbindungsfehler.
Ich habe mein Gerät schon auf Werkseinstellung zurück gestellt. Hat nichts genutzt. Problem besteht immer noch.

SYSTEM RESTORE FEATURE NOT WORKING
Hi- Sorry if I posted this question in the wrong forum, but I am trying to find out why system restore fails. I have tried different restore points, tried using safe mode, etc. and am getting a message after computer restarts as shown in the attachment. It had been working right until the laptop computer was upgraded fromWindows Vista to Win 7 Home Premium last month.
Please help as I need to get System Restore to work again.

Can anybody explain this to me about dropbox please?
I found this after I tried to disable Dropbox typing in C:\Program Files (x86)\Dropbox\client\Dropbox.exe.log and got an error message on desktop to check this file after starting my computer and do not understand what came up on Notepad?

Skype for Business for Mac and Outlook 2016 for Mac
I am using Skype for Business for Mac 16.7.175 with Outlook 2016 for Mac 15.34 (170515). I have a couple of issues:
1. Calendar status does not automatically update in Skype for Business for Mac. This is with both Skype and Outlook open.
2. When I try to create an online meeting I get "The Outlook and Skype for Business (Lync) user accounts do not match. You must sign into both applications using the same account." I am using the same username and password for both Outlook and Skype for Business. I have tried creating a new Outlook profile but it didn't seem to make any difference.
Our company is quickly moving forward with new Microsoft technologies and it's starting to leave me behind on a Mac. While moving to Windows is not an option at this time, I'd really appreciate any help in getting everything working properly. We will be adding Microsoft Teams shortly and I have a feeling it's going to be borky if Skype and Outlook aren't talking to each other.

Bluetooth misteriosamente scomparso?
Salve, ho un pc acer Aspire V 15 Nitro VN7-571G-70AE con Windows 10 qualche giorno fa ho riavviato il computer quando si stava riaccendendo ho visto che ha fatto gli aggiornamenti e misteriosamente da quel momento è scomparsa la notifica per poter attivare il bluetooth o qualsiasi altra possibilità di attivarlo nuovamente. Frustrating. I have an interview in 2 hours via skype business. I wanted to test out the audio and video to confirm its operational. Hmmmm... I was provided 2 links, android and pc, was given the option to connect via lync, joined the meeting, recieved

Problema accesso all'account universitario di Office
Ciao
a tutti,
provo ad entrare sul mio account universitario di office (che avevo creato tempo fa) ma mi dice che email (non privata ma istituzionale) e password non corrispondo. Cosi clicco dove dice "verifica il tuo account" e mi mandano il codice , il quale mi arriva correttamente (sull'email istituzionale inserita sopra), inserisco il codice dove mi chiede e si apre una pagina che mi dice di creare una nuova password. Metto la nuova password (corretta e valida) e un link mi reindirizza alla pagiba iniziale che mi dice di accedere ad Office. Inserisco di nuovo l'email istituzionale e la nuova password appena creata ma niente , mi dice di nuovo che email e password non coincidono nonostante la password l'abbia cambiata 5 secondi fa. Vi invio lo screen per farvi vedere cosa mi esce
Qualcuno mi può aiutare ?

Storage of files
When I create a document and press save as every single time it tries to make me store my file in one drive is there a way to stop this as every time I have to go to Documents then to the appropriate folder and this has to be repeated every single time
and frankly it is a pain is there a way round it so it shows Documents at each save

estou com problemas pra me conectar pelo icone do skype, porém pelo e-mail eu consigo me conectar, meu login e senha estão corretos. Aparece uma mensagem: Não reconhecemos seu detalhes de conexão. Verfique seu nome no skype e senha e tente novamente. Como posso resolver isso?
