my file explorer crashes when i open it. when i open file explorer there are times it will crash immediately. but most of the time, it crashes when i click in file explorer to go to a different page. like, i open file explorer then click "documents" to go to documents page, it will crash. this happens a lot, and im unable to access my files because of this. i tried sfc scannow, creating new user profile, problem exists in safe mode. i've tried many ways but the problem is still there.
