I have been locked out of my Hotmail account – when I try to sign in, it says that "it looks like someone might be using your account"
I get the option to use a recovery email but I don't have this anymore, so I have to do the Account Recovery Form.
After multiple attempts, and filling every single answer in the form with a correct answer, I still get an email saying "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership using the information that was provided"
I've tried calling but they keep directing me to the form again.
I’ve been sent all the tips and tricks for passing the form.
I've filled the form with 100% correct answers and it still won't let me in, no-one seems to be able to tell me the next step towards recovering my account.
