Report Message Add ins

Hello Team,

Need help on newly launched 

On this Add-in there are below 3 options;

Select one of the following options:

    Always send a copy of the message to Microsoft

    Never send a copy of the message to Microsoft

    Ask before sending a copy of the message to Microsoft

My requirement is uses should get  only option "  Always send a copy of the message to Microsoft" and renaming 2 should be grayed out. As per the below article it shows that this is something possible by the admin.

"If you're using an Exchange server email account, your Exchange administrator may have chosen one of these settings for you. If so, you can't reset the option yourself"

Any help would be highly appreciated.
