This morning I was able to save a file I was working on and then when I went to save it I could not because the popup was too big. The Popup covered most of the page and the save button was under my toolbar on the bottom. I cannot reduce or move the popup. I only widen or narrow it. This is a not a problem with the printer popup or with powerpoint.
