Please help me. URGENT issue!

Dear Microsoft,

For the last month now, I've been having continued issues with my Outlook E-Mail which I am using via the web browser. I have tried phoning Microsoft on numerous occasions, and trying to get help on the 'Chat' but to no avail.

I'm currently behind on some of my work because of this issue, so I'd be incredibly grateful if someone could help me!

PROBLEM:

When I send an e-mail, everything appears to be fine and it appears in the 'Sent' folder straight after sending it off. However, none of my e-mails are reaching their destination. I've asked numerous friends and colleagues, and none of them are getting my e-mails.

Today, I even closed my Microsoft account, and set up a brand new one with a new e-mail. But, guess what? The same problem still occurs! I can receive e-mails, but nobody is receiving mine when I send them.

I even set-up a Gmail account and sent an e-mail to that, but nothing. I then sent an e-mail from my Gmail account to my Outlook account, and of course it received it right away so I presume the problem is a Microsoft one? My parents are able to send e-mails from there respective accounts with no hassle, but everything that I send from my Outlook account is not been received.

I must stress that this issue is INCREDIBLY frustrating, and has gone on for too long. I love the Outlook e-mail service, but I'm afraid if I can't resolve this issue, I'll have to use Gmail instead because I need to get on with my work.

I apologise if this came across a little aggressive, but I need to fix this problem. I have also found the Microsoft phone number for help completely useless as you don't actually get to speak to anyone for help.
