I am locked out after updates ( well my client is and I am helping her recover her computer )
1. no microsoft email and can not retrieve through microsoft in anyway
2. it is an old windows 7 turned into a windows 10 - no recovery disk available
3. no pin was ever designated
4. I need all documents and data
5. admin account and user account has same password and both are inaccessible
6. can not add new account
7. can not at all get into computer and change settings ect.
All I want to know is how to "actually" get into the computer with out a
Password reset
recovery disk
admin account
Please Please Help
