I'm having this issue on my second laptop, which is that most of actions i need to perform require administration permission, the second problem that it requires username & password, and unfortunately, i forgot my admin user password, i tried to set a new account using cmd.exe, but it gives me that access is denied be cause i'm not an admin, i'm using a normal user account aswell.
how can i solve this problem? to set a new admin account or remove these permissions without being an admin?
Help appreciated.
