Following a recent upgrade from Windows 7 pro to Windows 10, I recently checked for scapst.exe in Office14, and found it had disappeared (yes I have the right settings in file explorer)
My attempts to rediscover it for download on MS sites lead to offers to buy this service from third parties.
Is this a new feature of Windows 10 ???
