Yesterday I downloaded and installed Kaspersky 2016 because my license was up. Last night everything was fine. This morning I ran a virus scan because that was what was suggested after installing. Now there is no sound either on the internet or the whole computer. I don't see any yellow warning in the device manager. The properties says "this is working fine" I also have a request in to Kaspersky.
