Ｅｘｃｅｌを開いたら、以下エラーメッセージが出て、ＥＸＣＥｌが起動できない。
Windowsのタスクマネージャーで OfficeClickToRun.exeをすべて閉じて、
また起動できます。
このエラーはなぜよく発生されますか？
発生されないの対応方法を教えてお願いします。

0 gamerscore account spamming/friend requests should be a thing again.
So here recently I've been getting random notifications letting me know that someone has added me as a friend. Without any hesitation I immediately block whomever adds me without first messaging and/or contacting me first and I'll tell you why. One day
about a year ago I get this out of the blue friend notification and following it was a message. "Hey, I saw you on my suggested friends and I thought why not". My first thought was ok cool, no biggie. Further down the conversation it begins to lead to me getting
asked if I wanted to check out a "live stream" that this individual was a part of and proceeds to send me a link. First red flag goes up. I then go and check out this person's profile and see that they have nothing but a big 0 gamerscore and little to no bio.
I then block this person without saying anything more and put it behind me. The next day and a couple there after I get these brand new accounts spamming me with saying that I've been added as a friend. I've blocked each one. Now, after a while I started to
find this highly frustrating that I have little to no say on who can add me. Yesterday as a matter of fact i get one and immediately block them as well with again, no gamerscore, 981 friends and 28 followers... and today same person but different account and
still no gamerscore and 1k friends and few to no followers. I had contacted a xbox live support personnel before and all I was told to do was block them. That's it... so after saying all of this, can we please try and push for the old friend request system
where you have to have permission before adding someone as a friend? Is there a setting I dont know about to keep this kind of thing happening? Is anything even being done to keep this from happening? I dont mind blocking someone if need be but do I really
want an endless list of people that I've banned when it was totally pointless to begin with? And I feel someone will tell me "oh just go through setting and have it to where only friend can message you" so I'll ask this, does it stop those who have added you
without your consent? I'd very much like the friend request system back...

Xbox one controller for Windows with wireless adapter. Controller won't sync.
Sometimes, at random it seems, when I push the home button, it will blink while I hold, it won't sync, and when I release the button, it will not keep on blinking and shutdown. I have changed battery, updated the controller, unplugged the dongle, restarted
the PC... Nothing seems to work when that happens and I sometime the problem just fix itself at random. Please help!

Disappearing email (hotmail)
Some of my emails from the last month have disappeared. Looked in all folders and tried recovery from "deleted". Looking online seems this is on-going but I can't find even a temporary solution. Any ideas, please, as to how to retrieve them?

Sound turns off when I turn on my mic
So I have had Windows 10 for a while, and I just built my first desktop. I purchased the iDeaPlay V206 headphones to go with it. Whenever I turn on my my mic is being used, my sound cuts out. I have OBS on my computer because I love to record and edit videos. I don't use my mic, but today a friend told me that I should use it in my videos. I enabled it in OBS and the music in the background stopped playing. I went to the tab thinking it was paused, but the video was still playing. The volume was at 28% and the YouTube volume was at 100%. I turned off the mic again, and the music immediately started playing again. Does anyone know how I can use my mic and the sound at the same time? Thank you so much.

We couln’t verify the domain “xxxx****” Please close the wizard and refresh the page, then try again
So the we get the above error when trying to verify our domain which is regestered and hosted by godaddy.
We had office 365 initially with go daddy. And are in the porcess of trying to migrate directly to microsoft. We have been met with this error for a week. Needless to say this has been a nightmare and there doesn’t seem to be any end insite. Microsoft initially blamed godaddy. Godaddy says it’s micorosft’s issue. After many hours with godaddy and microsoft. I ended up haveing to do a 3 way call so both sides could talk with each other. Ends up microsoft says its a bug on their side and they are working on a solution. With no time line.
I can’t be the first person to have encounterd this issue. If anyone has an answer, your help would be extemely apprciated as microsoft has not been able to solve this. Being down for a week, I am getting a lot of heat moving us and it is tremedsouly affecting our company communication.

Some Software (even windows trusted software) cannot show its GUI
Hello there,
I face a problem that my laptop cannot showed the GUI (i guess it was).
I face this problem when i trying to install "Skype Meeting App", after installation complete, i just see a blank white Skype Meeting App windows. Image are attached below
I was happened too with my HP PC Hardware Diagnostic Windows that cannot shows its GUI when i tried to requested an assist from service center.
My Windows are updated well.
Laptop :HP Pavilion Laptopn 14-bf1xx
OS : Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134)

activating windows 10 on my new used surface pro 4
Hi! I recently purchased a Surface Pro 4 from a seller in the Facebook marketplace. The copy of Windows 10 its currently running says its not activated. I dont have the product key, and cannot get in touch with the seller. All troubleshooting has failed. Any ideas?

Laptop not going into sleep mode at times
I've created a shortcut to put my computer to sleep. This will work a number of times then when I go to wake it up, I find the computer has completely shut down. I noticed the Power Button was giving me the same grief so I switched the Power Button from shutting down to simply going to sleep.
Tonight I put the computer to sleep with the shortcut on my Taskbar. When I came in about 2 hours later, I noticed it hadn't shut down at all but the screen was black with the fan going at a fair good speed.
Obviously, I've got issues somewhere but googling the problem, I can come up with no solution. Anyone on here have an idea what might be causing this and how to overcome it? I am using Windows 10 on an ASUS.

Forum says the MS Desktop Apps should be uninstalled. When trying to uninstall i get the errorcode 0x80080204.

Game Pass Paypal Bonus Month Promo Not Honored

Hi there! I was requested by chat support to make a post here.
Initially this bonus month promotion was advertised as being available to "both new and current" subscribers. I'm a current sub and made a 1 month purchase on the 6th of October via Paypal for the purpose of qualifying.
After a lengthy time on chat support I'm now informed that no bonus month code will be forthcoming. Microsoft apparently made an error in their advertising of the promotion and subsequently altered the conditions on the 10th of October to retroactivelyexclude current subscribers.
Which I feel is exceedingly poor form. At the time of accepting the promotion it explicitly stated current subs were eligible. The purchase was made in good faith. I feel Microsoft should honor the terms of the agreement as presented by them at the time they accepted payment.
I was offered a refund but I'm not inclined to accept due to the time expended in following this issue up. I also feel it's incredibly impolite to tell customers to wait patiently for 2 weeks for a notification to arrive but then not bother to extend the courtesy of informing them they're no longer eligible.
Anyway I was informed an offline team would look at it in due course and that I should make a post here outlining the circs as well!
