アウトルック2013を使っていますが、デスクトップに置いてあるアウトルックをクリックすると、タスクバーに移動して、そこをさらにクリックしないとメールが開かない。
二度手間になり不自由してます。解決を方法を教えて下さい。
マイクロソフトに確認しましたが、今の所、解決できないようです。

windows 10 battery saver
hey guys i just got a new laptop with windows 10, and in the battery settings menu we have a nice little feature that we click in and it allows battery saver mode to automatically activate, however the setting its self wont save, i always have to re-click
the check box.... how do i get it to save it so i dont have to do it everytime? thanks

Button clicks not working in IE11 from 2/15/2018
Our external web site is working fine in IE11, but from last week 2/15/2018, the button clicks are not working. But if I refersh the screen then it starts working. Also this is not happening with all the buttons, we are using ASP: Image button
I am having issue only with IE11, all other browsers it is working fine.
Appreciate if you can provide any pointers to resolve this issue.

replacing Windows Education with Home
I am an American teacher living in China. Three years ago I bought a Lenovo computer. My understanding was that I had a properly licensed version of Windows 10.
I took the computer to a Lenovo dealer for repairs. They had to reinstall Windows. They installed a bootleg copy of Windows 10 Education. It doesn’t work properly.
The only solution that I see is to buy Windows 10, Home of Pro online. If I do that, can I just install that over the Windows Education that is currently installed? Or does the current OS need to be removed and start from scratch?

Windows problem with the taskbar
I have problem with my taskbar. The windows logo(start menu) is not working, the search bar, the wifi bar and the notifications... I tried restarting the pc, the cortana proces but nothing worked... I try to reset this pc option but it said an error and

Major windows 10 crash! I have a contract for Microsoft support, but it seems they keep leading me deeper into the woods. And I made a major goof up myself. Bottom line is after my computer would not start up that is after windows will not boot up, and

My laptop operating system is WINDOWS 10 Pro. I download new updates. But it's not install. I see the status: Awaiting install
when I Press win+R, type gpedit.msc then show "You do not have permission to perform the operation" (in the group policy error)
How can fix it?

Has anyone created a Windows Recovery Disc and had problems? To add insult to injury, after Windows 10 crashed my computer, I put in the Recovery Drive that Windows of course created, to only get halfway through it to have a screen pop up telling me that
there was a problem with the Recovery Drive and that it was closing now. When it did, it left me with nothing. The computer turned off and when I turned it back on, the message was that there was no OS to be found. It completely wiped it out. Yes, if there
is a class action law suit, I would be very happy to get involved. They kicked me in the teeth twice and will not even talk to me about it. Now they tell me that I can go to The Windows Software Download site and with a key code I can fix my computer. WTH

Intel HD(r) Graphics 3000 not working properly cannot adjust the brightness of my Laptop(HP 2000_2128TU Notebook PC) earlier it used to work propely but after installion of pre.release version (BUILD 17101) it is showing some errors also the driver is not updating through windows update kindly help me how to configure this issue...

EXCELエクセルを使用時に「英数」・「かな」の切り替えに支障があります
EXCELエクセルを使用の際に、「英数」・「かな」の切り替えに支障があります。
使用環境
【OS】macOS High Sierra
【Officeのバージョン】Office mac 2016 / 16.10 (180210)
詳細内容
エクセルを使用の際に、セル内で英数字を入力、同一のセル内で「かな」へ切り替えた場合はかな入力へと切り替わりますが、
セル内で英数字を入力後、違うセルを選択しセル選択後に「英数」→「かな」へ切り替えても「かな」入力できずに英数字のままです。
その後英数を１文字でも入力し再度「かな」へ切り替えるとしっかり切り替わります。
また逆も同様に「かな」→「英数」もセルを移動してはすぐに切り替え出来ず、１文字でも入力しないと変わりません。
「英数」⇔「かな」がセルを移動（変更）し最初の１文字目の入力から切り替えたいのですができません。
＊同一セル内で入力途中は切り替えできます。（１文字でも入力すれば）
＊違うセルへ移動してからのすぐの「英数」⇔「かな」の切り替えができないです。
＊Officeのワード、パワーポイントやその他アプリやChrome、Safariなど検索入力も全く問題なく、エクセルのみです。
試みたこと
エクセルの再立ち上げ
コンピューターの再起動
Officeの再インストール（アンインストール後にインストール）
キーボード入力ソースの変更（既定の入力ソースから「Google日本語入力」へ変更）、また既定入力ソースの削除など
どなたかお詳しい方、対処法などございましたら

WIndows 10 pro - Connessione desktop remoto
Quando cerco di connettermi ad un server windows Server R12 in rdp ricevo messaggio di errore "errore interno".
Il server è perfettamente raggiungibile , ho provato ad utilizzare un altro pc con win10 pro si connette senza problemi.
Ho utilizzato lo stesso file rdp per i due pc su uno funziona tutto perfettamente e sull'altro messaggio "errore interno".
ho anche provato a connettermi al pc che da errore e la connessione riesce senza problemi.
quindi il problema è specifico di un singolo pc quando tenta la connessione in uscita

Do not want OneDrive backed up to Google on Android Phone
Hello,
I bought an Android phone for the first time after having Windows only, and I put my Microsoft Account on my new Android phone; however, I noticed, after pressing some buttons -- not sure what I pressed -- a message popped up on the phone that said "Your backup has been complete." Again, not even sure what that means, but I do not, under any circumstances, want my OneDrive account, which is linked to my Microsoft account on the phone, to be backed up in Google.
I logged into my Google account on my laptop, not phone, and I could not find my Onedrive documents, photos, etc., which is a great relief, but I'm not even sure I was looking in the right place.
Bottom line: how do I tell if I backed up, or copied, my OneDrive info onto Google? And how do I avoid do so at all costs?
