Hi guys,
I have recently upgraded from windows 7 to 10.
I decided to remove all previous programs and opted to maintain personal data only during upgrade.
However now my start menu is filled with all my old programs.
When I click on any link it advises the program is no-longer there and if I want to remove the shortcut however the icons and shortcuts reammin.
How do I clear them from the registry?
They do not show in add/remove programs and not visable on C:/
Muy buenas tardes tengan, mi computadora tiene un problema en mi audio, todo inició un día que quise conectar mis audífonos a mi PC no me los identificaba y me aparecía que estaba desconectado cuando estaban conectados a la entrada. Lo deje asi.
Ahora, desde hace 1 semana o más, mis altavoces empezaron con problemas, pues al abrir una aplicación (cualquiera) que utiliza el sonido, a los 5 minutos se deja de escuchar y a la hora de cerrar el programa se vuelve a escuchar normal.
Mi controlador de audio es AMD. Tambien creo que es Smart Audio Conexant.

Do i need to upgrade windows 7 home to windows 7 premium in order to download windows update?
My windows update is not working therefore i can't install any updates. Is there something wrong with the windows 7?

Trying to write a vlookup with 3 criteria, and although getting results for some values after a certain point the formula starts giving reference error !REF.
I have a table where I'm trying to find the price per unit when the org, product and cust type are matching from price sheet.
I've got this far with B2 = Product and A2 = Org ID; didn't add the 2nd Match condition as after about 120rows I started getting the reference error:
=VLOOKUP(B2,'[Price]PriceSheet'!$H$2:$J$47181,MATCH(A2,'[Price]PriceSheet'!$A$2:$A$47181,0)*3,FALSE)

Multiple failures to install latest update to Win 10 since forceful, demanding prompts began appearing a few weeks ago. I used the MS troubleshooter which reported correction of registry errors (Fixed). Afterwards, I decided to manually download and install the offending update. Everything smooth in download, but Install balked at 50% and directed me to contact Microsoft Support and invoke error code 0x80070652. How can I eliminate those annoying, seemingly omnipotent blue boxes demanding that I install the latest update, which then repeatedly fails after I have lost 2 hours? My internet connection was upgraded a couple of months ago with new router etc, and I have only used Windows OS that I purchased from Microsoft. Computer is 4 year old Dell Studio desktop with Intel processors. Help?

But HD crashed after Windows 10 forced Update, had to buy new HD, they installed Windows 10 on it as well but they didn't have Activation Key obviously.
Do I have to pay? I already bought the Dell with Windows 8 on it. Windows 10 probably caused the HD to crash anyways!!!

At least once a day my computer decides to completely freeze and I have to hold the power button down and restart.
I have run Memtest, says no errors.
I have updated BIOS for my motherboard.
My pc stays cool enough.
An when I look at the reliability history, it used to say the errors were related to this file: MSIDDRservice.exe, So I uninstalled my msi control center, and now when it freezes it just says wasn't shut down properly.
Im at a complete loss, and I can't even work most of the time due to the freezes.
I'm using windows 10, my motherboard is MSI 970 Gaming, my GPU is a MSI Gaming GeForce GTX 1070 8 GB.
And my Processor is a AMD FX-6300 6-core.
This problem has come up for me a lot and in the past I've been able to fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, but this time it doesn't seem to be working. When I start to draw a line or curve, the cursor sticks at first before moving smoothly. What should be a smooth curve winds up looking like the pic below...
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?? I feel like I've tried everything. I have Windows 10 and usually draw with Paint Tool SAI.
