Windows has tried repeatedly (at least 15 times) since May 9 to complete 2 updates: KB 3150513 and KB 4019472. I have WIN 10 version 1607, build 14393, x64 based-system.

Here is what occurs: "Download" completes; "Prepare to install" completes; I click "Restart Now"; Message "Getting Windows Ready"; then "Restarting"; PC successfully restarts and I log in; go to settings, update, and message after KB 3150513 is Error 0x8007371b; no message after KB 4019472; go to history and message is that both updates have failed; I ran troubleshooter and message is "Potential Windows Update Database error detected - possible issues may prevent Windows Update from keeping your system up to date."

I manually downloaded KB 4019472 but the result is the same. I can find KB3150513 on the list of recent updates.

At this point I don't know what to do.

Office won't activate?

I have an MCT Services Subscription from which I am trying to activate Office 2016. Whenever I start any of the office programs, it brings up the screen to activate, so I enter my product key, it looks successful, no errors. However, the next time I go into that same Office program, it asks me to activate again, even though the product shows as activated. What gives?

Using Windows 10 in May 2017.....none of the existing previous remedies mentioned here seem to work. What is the updated method to disable this nuisance error message? Upfront, please be aware that any advice to do it from Visual Studio or Control Panel will not work because there are no options listed to disable using the current OS or program versions as described in other posts on this subject. Any updated assistance is really appreciated. Thanks!

In my office, we have a network printer, and I can't print to it.

What the exact problem is, my computer doesn't say. I get vague errors such as "There was an internal error, and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document.", "The RPC server is unavailable." (from Notepad) etc.

However,

The printer is there, and it's in working order
My colleagues in the same office can print to it
I can see the printer in the Devices & Printers control panel, I can set it as the default printer etc
I can even print a test page from the "printer properties" dialogue

So I don't know what other troubleshooting I can do. Can anybody give me some pointers?

I am running Windows 10 version 1607. Windows Update says I am up to date. I want to get the Creators update so I follow the instructions and run the Windows 10 Update Assistant. Every time I run it, I get through all the download, then part way into the install and then it errors out with error 0x8007047e. I just spent 45 minutes talking to three different people regarding the billing of my account. I had cancelled my subscription three months ago (so I thought). I went through the steps as there is a link on the monthly email I get for payment. Soon after cancelling I quit receiving the monthly emails so I can only assume it was done properly. However, I noticed today that my debit card had been charged for the month of May which then created an overdraft fee of $27.50 on my checking account. When I called they sent me to three different people just trying to determine which department I needed to talk with. Once they determined who I needed to speak with she informed me that the cancellation must not have gone through because she still showed the subscription active. My computer crashed three months ago which is why I cancelled. I have not been able to access the subscription in any way. Now she did offer to refund my checking account for the $6.99 just charged in May but explained that the system will not let them refund anything past 30 days. She would if she could but physically cannot. Now nevermind that I am getting a refund of $6.99 from $48.47 that should have never been charged. At the very least they should refund the three months which still only covers half of the expenses in my checking account. I have dwelt with bad customer service and greedy companies as everyone has I'm sure. But what sent me over the edge and lead me to this post is the ridiculousness of their response. They want to help but the system wont allow them to! So I asked to speak to someone who has the authority to handle system errors to which they explained no one. So I asked who handles billing errors or complaints when customers have problems. Two (yes two) of the customer service reps said no one because they don't get complaints from customers and have not ever had any billing issues. WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So hypothetically speaking, if a customer called and Microsoft had charged them in error for instance they should have been charged $10 but they were charged $100 in error who would have the authority to correct that error and refund the customer? The same two Microsoft employees said no one. So I asked basically you would say to me sorry about your bad luck we have to keep your $90 because the system won't allow us to fix it? AND YES THEY REITERATED THAT IS EXACTLY THE CASE. SO WHEN I DO REPLACE MY LAPTOP REST ASSURED I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MICROSOFT AND I WOULD SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER. I LOVE MICROSOFT AS A PRODUCT AND WOULDLN'T DREAM OF TRYING TO USE ANYTHING DIFFERENT. BUT I WORK TOO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO SPEND WITH A COMPANY THAT IS WILLING TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. I WOULD BE STUPID TO SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM AGAIN, KNOWING THAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN THE FUTURE (WORTH MORE THAN THE LITTLE $20.97) THEY HAVE NO WAY OF MAKING IT RIGHT AND OBVIOUSLY NO INTENTION.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue; however, my Office 365 mailboxes that have been migrated, already has the @onmicrosoft.com alias.

For some reason, during the migration, my test account doesn't have an on-premise @onmicrosoft.com alias.

Is there a step I'm missing?

Is there a script that allows me to add the @onmicrosoft alias to all my on-premise accounts?

I need to create a recurring event on every second and fourth Wednesday in month based on first full week.
The problem is: when the month starts with Tuesday or Wednesday, the event is one week too early.
How can I configure that recurring event?

my office is trying to start using the outlook app on android, and we have a problem - no one seem to be able to share calendars via their phone.... this is very important because not everyone has access to PCs and many are working outdoor.

is there a way to share calendars with the phone app? or do i have to use the PC?

I am using Visual Studio 2017 and Office 2016 on a Windows 10 platform (all recent upgrades). When using VS 2010 and Office 2013 on a Windows 7 platform, I frequently copied VS files or portions of VS files to Word documents to back them up. The formatting and color-coding always pasted just fine, and I did not have to use Paste Special.

Now, with VS 2017 and Office 2016, the Normal style from Word takes over and removes any VS formatting. In the Paste Special dialog box, only "Unformatted Unicode Text" is available.

How do I get Word to behave and do what I want: just paste the VS file in its original format and styling? Thanks.

Outlook 2016 Windows 10 desktop - Scroll bar not working

If I go to an old email and highlight to read it my scroll bar will go back to the top and immediately jump back to the old highlighted email. Even using the mouse wheel I have to scroll up aprox. 20 emails highlight one scroll up 20 highlight one scroll...... until I make it back to the top.

突然すべての画像ファイルが開けなくなってしまいました。

エクスプローラーのウィンドウなどから画像のファイルをダブル****ックすると、カーソルの待機マークがぐるぐるした後、エクスプローラーのウィンドウごと勝手に閉じてしまいます。エラーなどのメッセージは出ません。アイコンを右****ックした場合も同様です。

新しく保存した画像も同じく開けません。

画像ファイルをInternet Explorerにドラッグ＆ドロップすると表示可能でした。

ＯＳはWindows8.1です。先日windows Updateの更新を行ったのですがそれが原因なのでしょうか？
