Using Outlook 2016 with POP access.  Is there a way to prevent it from downloading messages older than 30 days or whatever number of days I choose?

My reason if needed... We have been using POP access for a single email address on multiple computers.  We now have IMAP access that I am still getting straight but not sure if everyone else wants to switch to IMAP (dont have to convince me, I WANT IMAP!). I just found that our POP account had the option set to delete messages older than 30 days.  So now when I log into the webmail version, all that older stuff is gone.  I found that since I have it all downloaded already through POP, I could manually drag and drop all older messages into the IMAP inbox and everything will go back up!  The problem with this, it will then redownload all these messages as duplicated into the POP inbox again, several years worth and on everyones computer.  Is it possible to do this and have it not redownload all this back through POP?

Met versie 16199 valt de Wi-Fi hotspot na 10 min steeds uit.

Moet dan elke keer opnieuw weer aanzetten.

Iemand een idee hierover hoe dit op te lossen?

Zit continu op een verkeerd netwerk.

When I start Outlook, it starts normally but then I get a dialog box (Outlook Data File) that says, "The path specified for the file J:\contacts 5-24-17.pst is not valid."  Yesterday I was trying to save a  copy of my contacts to an external device, thus the J drive.  I just click on OK in the dialog box (Outlook Data File) and it then another dialog box (Create/Open Outlook Data File) opens.  I then close that dialog box and Outlook opens normally. 

I just want to know how to eliminate these dialog boxes and the need for them.

bonjour j'ai acheté un ordi avec Windows 10. je veux rentrer office 2003 je rentre la licence avec le CD que j'utilise depuis plusieurs années. ce N° de licence n'est pas pris en compte. avant W10 j'utilisé W7et çà fonctionné très bien. que puis-je faire ?merci de votre réponse.

Estou com problemas para conseguir adicionar meu computador uma conta microsoft, possuo o windows 8 pro, e quando clico em alterar para conta microsoft aparece uma tela azul escrito aguarde e não sai disso.

I recently did a windows 10 upgrade that deleted all of the past fax information, and in addition I received the following error message when trying to send a fax:

the message could not be sent! 

there is no account configured in windows fax and scan.

what happened to the configuration?  why would an upgrade delete the past history from the account?  where is the spell check feature in windows fax and scan?  additionally, why is there no spell check feature for this site?

The Ricoh SD/MMC device rimmpx64.sys is properly recognized and functional inWindows 10 1607.

On upgrade to 1703, on first boot, the upgrade fails at 32% with the following:

System Thread Exception Not Handled.

What failed:  rimmpx64.sys

The system is then restored to 1607.

Mi spiego meglio , accendo il computer , in automatico si collega alla rete wifi , per qualche minuto riesco a navigare e poi niente. 

Non mi funziona ne il browser​ ne i vari programmi che usa la rete e nemmeno i torrent.

Cercando su internet ho provato vari modi, ma tutti senza risultato:

Ripristino modem,

Formattazione computer,

Aggiornamento driver ,

3-4 comandi netsh per ripristinare la rete ,

Flushdns,

Ripristino della rete da impostazioni, 

Disattivazione risparmio energetico,

Ecco le specifiche del pc:

Ram 8gb DDR 4

Es que no existe una notificación personalizada para Skype en Android? Tal como lo tiene Skype en Windows Phone. Esa notificación que tiene suena muy pasito.

Hello,

We're on the latest Office365 ProPlus build as of May 2017.  I have a user whose Excel and Word were freezing occasionally when trying to save.  After much troubleshooting I realized that it only happened when she tried to save to her Downloads directory. Her downloads directory was very full with large files.  Once I moved all the files out of Downloads into another directory, it saved to Downloads no problem.  I thought maybe it was special to Downloads, but when I tried saving to the new directory, Excel froze again.  I did sometimes see a 'Working on It' when it tried to show the contents of the Downloads directory (before it froze).  So it seems that the Office Apps have trouble processing the file dialog box and have a limit.  I don't know if it is number of files, the size of the files, but there's definitely an issue.  FYI, it is a decently powered I7 sixth gen with plenty of RAM Windows 10 (Creators Edition)

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know of what the limit is to watch out for?

Hi, I have the Grammarly plugin installed in Word365. I would like to assign keyboard shortcuts for the handful of commands it handles, but I can't find how I should do this. I've looked in the assign option window, but can't bring up the Grammarly commands. Is there a way to collect them outside of the dropdown window?

Ik heb net contact gehad met microsoft via de telefoon maar die kloothommel wil me niet verder helpen en gooit zo de hoorn op de haak

wat een onbeschoft volk

geld innen daar zijn ze goed in maar ik weet nu genoeg hoe microsoft werkt

terwijl Zij de oorzaak zijn dat ik niks meer op een normale manier kan delen door hun updates

ik zoek het nu zelf wel uit en anders instaleer ik windows maar opnieuw

maar ik hoop in ieder geval dat die onbeschofte kloothommel die ik aan de lijn heb gehad ontiegelijk de schijt krijgt

Bonjour,

Je dispose de deux adresses et je souhaiterai changer mon alias principal.

Je suis la procédure une demande de vérification d'une de mes adresse est demandé, je reçois le mail de validation, ci-dessous.

Hi - I've been invited into a Work networking group, but every time I try to go the group from the email link, it takes me to a page which says "Welcome to the ### Network!", and when I click on Join Network, it takes me into my company's network, but the group I've been invited to isn't there - even though others have received the same invite and are now active in the group.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Wasn't this supposed to be the big deal available to people on Insider Fast right?   On build 8201, and was excited to test this out.  But, it always shows the doc is locked with multiple people on this build trying to open it from OneDrive for Business.

Am I missing something?

I am having troubling uploading a video I have taken on my tablet to Facebook. Is there a specific way to do this? Do I need the facebook app downloaded on the tablet? Help please. I can upload them from my phone to facebook but when I try from my tablet I get an error message or the video just never uploads.
