Bonjour, depuis quelques temps un message d'erreur apparait très souvent à l'ouverture d'outlook :

"something went wrong ;Sorry, we can't get that information right now. Please try again later."

Bref connexion impossible, avant même de s'identifier... Parfois une journée entière d'indisponibilité. Que se passe-t-il avec outlook ? Cela devient ingérable ! Quelqu'un a-t-il une info svp ?

Is anyone else having problems with the Creators upgrade? I have tried it twice and both times, all text disappeared from my desktop. The icons are there, but no filenames or other text. The same happens with my app programs - the pages' forms load with no text in them. Also, Word and Excel files open with blank pages.

I have had to uninstall twice.

Ever since the latest update of Windows 10 Mobile the Maps app in my Lumia 950 XL refuses to use my location as start position for directions. Is this due to this unfortunate update or is it now a question of settings?

I upgraded to win 10 from 8.1 and i have an HP Bluetooth USB 2.0 adapter that i want to install,I've found the drivers on HP drivers and support,tried to install the drivers and got the following.

 I then clicked Learn more and got the following.

Please can any one help me to install the drivers or will this definitely not work on win 10.My system details i am running are as below,The first using control panel and selecting System and the second after upgrading to win 10 using settings and selecting System and then about.My previous system was win 8.1.MANY THANKS.

I have a windows 10 pro system that is a standalone PC driving a video wall that is completely

off the network.   I have turned off Windows update and corresponding services - at least I thought so.

looking at the msinfo logs i continue to get these two errors below - constantly looks like once a second.  they  fill up the systemlog; then the video wall application slows down.  How do I turn of these mechanisms OFF so they stop filling up the windows error reporting log.

Now, when i restart computer, nothing change. Every time when i turn on my computer, he ask me for restart. What is that Pci bus? I can not find and remove it :S What is shoud do with that?

Bonjour,

Savez vous si il est possible de faire un zoom avec les doigts sur l'écran tactile de la surface pro 4 ? et si oui comment l'activer.

Je précise, le zoom en pinçant les doigts sur le clavier "type cover" fonctionne très bien , mais je ne trouve pas le même mécanisme directement sur l'écran.

Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Que tal. 

Poseo una PC notebok HP envy 14 u-100; y tras actualizar a la mas reciente versión de windows 10 al momento de escribir esta consulta (Creators Update),  sucede que en diferentes ocasiones el equipo al entrar en modo de suspensión (ya sea automáticamente o manualmente cerrando la tapa o bien seleccionando la opción en el menú de inicio), el equipo ya no responde al querer activarlo de nuevo, el botón de encendido/apagado queda activo, sin parpadear como lo haría en el modo suspensión y los ventiladores funcionando. 

Por lo que tengo que apagarla manualmente. 

Ya me ha ocurrido varias veces en el transcurso de la semana, y de igual forma ya actualice los controladores de vídeo, del BIOS, de la pantalla y demás; junto que ya revise las opciones de energía del equipo para la suspensión y uso de batería, pero eso tampoco ayudo al problema. 

De antemano agradezco sus prontas respuestas y tiempo para atender la consulta.

Hola instalé kaspersky. No me gustó y lo desinstalé, pero tras esto no puedo activar windows defender, es como si kaspersky siguiera activo pero ya no existe .  La desinstalación fue forzosa pues el instalador se quedaba congelado y tuve que recurrir a programas alternativos para su eliminación. 

Como puedo hacer que windows defender se habilite?

로그인화면에서 PC가 매우 느려진 뒤 로그인 시도하거나 방치하면 검은 화면이 나옵니다. 

검은화면 나온 뒤 모니터 절전모드 되는것으로 보아 아예 화면 출력이 없어지고

이후로 네트워크로 접근도 안됩니다.

초기화할시 한동안 정상적으로 사용 가능합니다

Olá, tenho windows 10 e meu pc as vezes executa um leve travamento como um disco "vinil riscado" no áudio quando ouço musicas ou ao assistir video, no começo acontecia a cada hora, mas agora raramente acontece. Depois de alguns dias sem internet percebi que sem conexão com internet os riscos não acontecem. Já entrei em contato com o suporte do fabricante mas sem êxito, pensei que poderia ser um bug do windows ou algo parecido.

Sinceramente quero resolver, mas se for algo que não preciso me preocupar não quero quebrar a cabeça! Pois não é algo que me incomode, só fico preocupado que seja algo crítico!

Se alguém puder me ajudar ótimo, mas se não for algo grave gostaria que alguém me dissesse por favor!

一直处于此状态，过夜后无变化。强制关机，重启后还是如此，进不了系统。已经很多次了，只要更新，就如此。必须恢复系统，丢失一些安装的软件，才能继续用。此问题极为严重，影响工作效率。

En una consulta que realizó otro usuario, comentó que sale a menudo una ventana que indica que Powershell dejó de funcionar, en las respuestas nos pedía entrar al admin de tareas: ctrl+shif+esc e ir a inicio y deshabilitar powershell, pero dicho programa no aparece en inicio, ¿qué hacer para solucionar esto?, ya que cuando pasa esto, se nota que el rendimiento del pc baja.

ultimamente he tenido problemas con mi lapto es una Asus, la acabo de adquirir hace 5 dias y presenta problemas al reiniciar o apagar windows no es de siempre pero ya van dos veces que me pasa, se queda en un titulo de "preparando windows, por favor no apagues el equipo" y se queda muchisimo tiempo asi y he tenido que apagarla manteniendo presionado el boton fisico de apagar. tengo window 10, hay alguien que le pase lo mismo y si me pueden ayudar estare muy agradecido

I had this problem for a while now and I began to ignore it but now I want to do something about it.  When I move,add,delete something in my desktop (including desktop in file explorer) it freezes for about 10 seconds then does what I want it to.  Sometimes it crashes and restarts.
