Build 16199 does not install
I have my HP Notebook and build 16193 on fast ring. I tried about 5 times and it got stuck on 99%. I ran Windows Update Trouble Shoot, and also Stores Trouble Shoot, Restarted and deleted files inside download folder in softwaredistribution. Still I am
not able to upgrade the build to 16199. What can I do to upgrade it? Must I wait for ISOs to get released? or any other fix.

Simplismente Não Lança uma pequena atualização com o Idioma português Brasileiro? Pode ser feito! E para uma empresa dessas não e dificuldade alguma.

32-bit Access App Works Everywhere I've Tried Except One User's Windows 2012 R2 Server
Hi,
I'm a Microsoft Access developer (small budget, nonprofit), with a 32-bit Microsoft Access application (developed in Access 2000 so it's compatible with all versions from 2000 up to 2016) used at 60+ various locations across the country running various platforms.
A few of my software users are running Windows Server 2012 R2, and all were running without problems. At one of those sites (Windows Server 2012 R2 with Access 2013 32-bit), they had a power outage, and have been getting various reference-related errors ever
since ("ActiveX component can't create object," "Can't find DLL entry point...comdlg32.dll," ...). Note that the problems are not specific to just one dll. They reformatted and reinstalled their server, reinstalled my app, even tried my dev copy in /decompile
mode, and are still having those problems which are not being experienced at any other sites. I checked the References in VBA and none are showing up missing, it just appears to be a registry problem. Any ideas of what else we could try?

Impossible de supprimer d'ancien périphériques bluetooth réapparus suite à la dernière MAJ Windows 10
Bonjour.
Mon Lumia 650 est passé à la version 10.0.15063.297. Depuis d'ancien périphériques Bluetooth sont réapparus (ils étaient supprimés depuis longtemps).
Il est impossible de les supprimer : rien ne passe.
Une idée ?

externe Festplatte lässt sich nicht öffnen ( Windows 10 )
Meine externe Festplatte ( Dateien - Fotos - Videos ) Intenso lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen ( Windows 10 ) , ich erhalte die Meldung : Der Pfad ist nicht verfügbar. Auf E:/kann nicht zugegriffen werden. Auf fremden PC kann ich die Festpl.öffnen. Es wurden keine Änderungen vorgenommen , auch habe ich kein fremdes Antiv.Programm , ebenso kein Update.
Würde mich über HILFE sehr freuen.

Windows 10 Apps Store - unable to restore failed apps
I have Windows 10 home updated to KB4016871.
Recently some apps have stopped working (skype, twitter, stick notes etc) . On the start-menu scrolling selection panel, they do not have a logo (but have their names OK) and when pressed nothing happens.
The list of installed apps is also corrupted. For example:
I have tried sfc /scannow. Some errors were detected but could not be fixed "Resource Protection" found corrupted files. I am trying to work through that. I can provide a CBS.log to admins.
I have tried the App Diagnostic package : Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab without success. Fault is cannot find "purgecaches"
Tried WSReset.exe with same result (above)
I have tried manually resetting the apps one at a time in "Apps and Features". No use.
I have tried the fixes suggested in this post: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-windows_store/how-to-fix-windows-cannot-find-ms-windows/a88b796d-30eb-4f6f-9af1-fca09779cf6f. The various powershell fixes did not work, for example:
I have many versions of appxmanifest.xml but they are all in sub-folders like this:
I have tried rolling back to previous restore points but they all fail.
I've created a new admin user account, but the same apps are broken there too.
I am running Malwarebytes and Avast Premium. Sometimes I have them disabled, but not always, when running the above.
Some suggestions, please.

mi toshiba satellite c855-254 venia de fabrica con win 8.0, tras poco tiempo actualiza a win 8.1 y mas adelante a la actualizacion gratuita de win 10, despues de un año he tenido muchos problemas con el wifi (este portatil no esta en la lista de los que
toshiba da soporte para win 10) no lo reconoce en muchas ocasiones y no veo la forma de volver a win 8.1, en configuracion/actualizacion y seguridad/recuperacion/restablecer este PC, no esta la opcion de volver a la configuracion de fabrica, he probado a descargarme
desde la pagina de windows una version de win 8.1 y me pide le clave de registro que perdí, ¿como puedo volver a win 8.0 ó 8.1?

But the way ubisoft is handling this downtime is unacceptable 십구닷컴.
I mean we are paying customers. In 6 and a half hrs it will be a full 24 hr downtime!
