Hi all,
recently my colleague's outlooks have been crashing randomly with no action associated with the crash, it seems to be random.
I've also received a lot of complaints about the inbox completely refreshing (emptying itself and downloading all mails again)
All inboxes are Exchange accounts.
I've tried safe mode (still crashes), I've tried disabling all the addins, and one-by-one without luck (Still crashes and refreshing entire mailbox) and repairing the office installation.
Reinstalling didn't help, creating a new profile didn't help etc...
I've also noted that in appdata\local\microsoft\outlook outlook keeps writing new .nst files called 'inboxname (1).nst' and writes a new one each time it refreshes the inbox.
I've been searching for a solution for over 3 days now and trying just about anything I could find.
The only "edit" we've made to outlook is a registry edit to allow a larger number of inboxes.
does anyone know what could possibly be wrong with our installation and what I could do to fix this?
Also, the systems are all windows 10 pro, with 8GB RAM, 500GB SSD's, 100 mbit connections, quad-core i5's etc... so it shouldn't have anything to do with system requirements. Another thing to note is that the systems are all brand new, been installed 2 weeks ago.
