I have problem with my keyboard. I'm using English QWERTY keyboard and Slovak QWERTY keyboard. But after the last update, always when I turn to sleep mode and than start the computer again I have set there English QWERTY, Slovak QWERTY but also Slovak
QWERTZ keyboards. I need to switch fast between them so I need to turn off the QWERTZ keyboard but when I do it, always when I turn to sleep mode and then start again it is there.

language compatibility issue with macros
I have created a macro with Turkish characters such as ç and ı. This was in my old computer which had an English user face with Turkish language pack. When I created a macro name with Turkish characters there were no issues. Now I'm using Office 365 and
the Turkish characters are not as they should be and instead a skewed character appears which causes the macros to malfunction. I was able to change the VBA characters through tools>options however this did not resolve the problem. I installed Turkish pack
and still no solution. In my previous computer which was running on Windows 8 and Office 2010 the issue never happened. What should I do?

Signature électronique
Bonjour,
je souhaite utiliser la signature électronique des documents Word. Sur mon ordinateur j'aila possibilité de signer avec le certificat associé à mon compte office 365.
J'ai demandé à des collégues qui ont également un compte Office 365 sur le même domaine de tester cette fonctionnalité mais ils n'ont pas de certificat instalé sur leur poste. Ils obtienent le message suivant :
"Pour signer un document Microsoft Office, vous avez besoin d'une identification numérique, ..."
Je ne trouve pas la solution pour récupérer leur identification numérique.
De mon coté j'ai testé la signature depuis mon ordinateur portable, même message alors que le configuration est comparable à celle de mon ordinateur de bureau.
Quelqu'un sait-il comment installer le certificat d'indentification lié à un compte office 365 sur un poste ?

Podczas zapisywania plików nie wyświetla się przegląd folderów

Ostatnio podczas zapisywania pliku przypadkowo wcisnąłem jakieś klawisze na klawiaturze i od tamej pory w oknie zapisywania zniknął mi przegląd folderów. Co ciekawe podczas wybierania pliku, np podczas załączania do poczty, wszystko działa normalnie

Sway probleem
Ik ben bezig met het maken van een portfolio, waardoor ik meerdere sway's heb gemaakt met elk hun eigen onderwerp. Nou heb de linken van deze Sway's samengevoegd in een aparte sway (een soort van beginpagina), waardoor ze dus op de link kunnen klikken
om naar een volgende Sway te gaan. Tot zover is er voor mij dus geen problemen, maar wanneer ik de "voorpagina" met al die linken naar iemand opstuur dan kan hij alleen de voorpagina zien en op het klikken van een link moet degene ineens aanmelden voor Sway.
Ik ben al maanden bezig geweest met de voorbereiding van deze portfolio en zo goed als klaar. En nu loop ik dus vast, want ik kan deze dus niet opsturen aan mensen om mijn portfolio te laten zien. Als hier geen oplossing voor is dan heb ik maanden werk voor
niks gedaan. Wie kan mij hierbij helpen en uitleggen wat er niet goed gaat, zodat ik de Sway kan gaan delen. Mijn dank zou heel groot zijn, want anders moet ik op zoek naar een andere oplossing voor mijn Portfolio.

Latest Windows update has TOTALLY MESSED with my photo albums!!
So, I installed the latest update on my computer and now all my photo's have been removed from their folders,that took me forever to sort (there is just a grey square with the album title), even though some are still there, unnamed with just a handful in. They are not in chronological order, even though it says they are as well. This is super annoying.
Does anyone from Microsoft have an answer for this? I would be even more p***ed if they had been permanently deleted.

Windows 10 Search Bar not working
Hi all
Recently I purchased a new Bluetooth adaptor for my PC, Since then the search function in the windows bar doesn't work after typing in more than 2 characters, it either freezes until i escape out or closes automatically
Seems like a really weird error, the driver for the Bluetooth adaptor is up to date, and when i take it out and restart the search bar works fine.
I'd like to continue using the Bluetooth adaptor so if anyone has any solutions that would be really appreciated

What's the difference between English version and Chinese version about office?
I found out that the code may be different between Chinese version and English version. My colleague has English version, while i changed it into Chinese version, and when we opened the same excel file, he cannot replace all English comma while i can! Maybe there are many differences among multi-languages....

mon lecteur DVD/CD ne fonctionne plus. Dans le gestionnaire de périphérique il est toujours là mais il y a un triangle jaune avec point d'exclamation et il me dit que le pilote est absent ou endommagé code 39. J'utilise Windows 10.J'ai essayé de réinstaller
le pilote mais rien à faire. En allant sur votre forum quelqu'un de chez-vous conseillait d'aller dans le registre et en face de la clé supprimer la valeur upperfields ou/et lowerfields. Qu'en pensez-vous ?

File System exFAT o FAT32
Salve,
volevo avere se possibile una conferma.
girando qui e là su internet mi sono imbattuto in un articolo: "File System exFAT riesce a gestire file più grandi di 4GB" Mentre il FAT32 ha il limite solo fino a 4 GB.
Quindi è giusto utilizzare exFAT su chiavette USB da 8GB in poi?
Esempio: per creare Recovery Manager HP il file è più grande di 4GB e devo utilizzare una chiavetta USB da 16GB è giusto formattarla in exFAT o devo lasciare in predefinita a FAT32.

My inbox emails pre 2014 are missing. I can still access the sent items but the inbox items are missing. I am sure I did not delete them because they are important emails that I normally refer to. Any idea of what has happened to them?

Ik heb een vraag over Microsoft Office 2010, ik heb een bestand van ongeveer 80 pagina's waar ik paginanummers bij wil zetten, maar als ik dit doe, dan begint het document bij pagina 39 weer opnieuw met het nummeren van de pagina's. Ik vroeg me af of iemand misschien weet hoe ik dit weer normaal kan maken?
