Beste,

Ik ondervind meerdere problemen rondom mijn mail en de synchronisatie daarvan. Ik gebruik de Windows 10 Mail-app (versie 17.6525.42271.0) op mijn Surface Pro 4. Echter synchroniseert deze mijn @live.nl e-mail sinds 1 dag niet meer. Op mijn Windows Phone (Lumia 950) synchroniseert hij nog wel. Ik krijg de volgende melding:

Er is iets foutgegaan
Er is een probleem met de verbinding met eas.outlook.com. Neem contact op met ondersteuning of uw mobiele provider.

Verder gebruik ik een Google account die ik graag wil koppelen aan mijn Mail-app. Dat lukt wel op mijn Surface, maar niet op mijn Lumia. Ik heb zelfs geprobeerd om de postvak in te koppelen, maar dat was uiteindelijk niet wat ik wilde. Dit heb ik in de browser weer ongedaan gemaakt, maar de mappen van dat mail-account zijn nog wel steeds zichtbaar in de app op zowel mijn telefoon als mijn surface, terwijl ik deze mappen via de browser heb verwijderd uit mijn mappenlijst. Ik wil simpelweg dat deze mappen niet meer zichtbaar zijn in de mail-apps. Hoe krijg ik dat voor elkaar?

Ik kijk uit naar eventuele oplossingen! Alvast bedankt.

At random, I receive the audio, which says "I gotcha now". How do I get rid of this. It happens only when I have AOL open.

Tengo una laptop Toshiba Satellite L45Dt con Windows 10 Home Single Language. Actualicé a Windows 10 desde Windows 8.1 en agosto del 2015. Ya han pasado casi 3 meses desde que salió la actualización de noviembre de Windows 10 y no la he recibido. Me gustaría tener mi equipo actualizado pero no se me ha proporcionado la actualización a través de Windows Update.

¿Por qué no recibo la actualización?

1. I successfully installed Windows 10 from Windows 7, but reverted to Windows 7 owing to a problem with a MIDI device. The routine told me that I could re-install Windows 10 at any time.

2. I decided that I could resolve the device issue in Windows 10, and so decided to attempt  a re-installation of Windows 10.

3. However, since reverting to Windows 7, there are four "failed updates" in Windows Update, and these keep demanding a reboot, and Windows 10 is blocked from re-installing until this is resolved.

The failed updates are KB2970228, KB342058, KB2861208, KB2742613.

These updates are NOT installed, so do not tell me to delete them from the Installed Update as they are not there!

I need to know how to stop Windows from insisting that I reboot to complete their installation, only for the installation to fail and requesting that I do that over and over again.

System: ASUS P8H67M Pro, Intel i5, 32Gbyte RAM, Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

I did not ask to be updated to the new outlook.  I need access to emails i saved from my MSN acct from two years ago up to the date they switched the account to outlook ~ what can be done?  None of my emails transferred over.  I had to set up a new email address and now I cant log into the previous one?  Please Help!!

I haven't been having this problem until now but Word "has stopped working" when I try to open some files.  I can't pinpoint which type of files.

Bluetooth issues..on.71 the bluetooth action bar shows not highlighted, when bluetioth IS on.

the Driving mode icon will Nott clear after leaving the car, and another bluetooth device is connected to the phone..in my case its the Band2.

Note to insider programmers. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I have been reporting this issue since 8.1days!!!

Please i was on build no. 63 and i had received a cumulative update when i updated it my phone live tile disappeared which i make phone calls throught it and i can't pin it again to my start menu

Please i want a help to bring it back to the menu

The file I uploaded has a lot of formulas that is connected to the sheets. It is doing well until today. I added more items with the same formula and re-uploaded the file. However, whenever I try to update the values, it does not update anymore. It does not do any calculation or whatsoever. Please help!

Hello

i have a brand new MacBook Air, I have installed office 365 home edition on this Mac.

i run word, excel and outlook on it.

 The issue I am having is quite simple yet nobody to date has been able to help me. In outlook I select calendar, from there I select print and when I print only the times on each date I have appts come up. No appointment details at all. When I print on pc all my appt details came out when I printed. I've tried changing printer settings it's not working

i need help with this ASAP I run a business and need to be able to print off the monthly calendar properly in order to be effective

When I have an existing text box in a Visio file and I attempt to change the color of the text within the box, Visio 2016 crashes; however, if I copy and paste the text box, I can change the font color without Visio crashing.  The only problem from that point on, is that any time and with any change to the text's properties Visio will crash (e.g., font, size, etc.).

This is occurring on clean 2016 files, in addition to ones created in 2013.

when I try to open some of my programs, they open on the background instead of opening where I can see them.  This happened after windows most recent update.  Could you tell me how to fix it?   

When I delete the update and restart the computer, it work fine.  But, once the computer auto updates, it happens again.

I have a PC running office 365 which includes Outlook.

The following folders are missing trash / deleted items, sent mail.

As a consequence of this, if I accidentally delete an email I cannot recover it. Main problem is that when I reply to an email using the reply function  the reply email disappears. If I send a complete new email it can be found in the  Outbox but those sent via reply from email just disappear.   There is just a message  i  you replied to this message on   "date"

I have two computers sitting right next to each other. Both have the same win10 install. The mail app on the computer that I mainly use does not sync but the other one does. I receive the error code: 0x80070003.

Things I have tried:

The mail app is set to sync with calendar

sfc

dism

reinstalled calendar and mail
