Cannot open Outlook Office 2007. First it was pst file. Did repair. Then XML problem. Did new profile. Now cannot open folders. Suggested next step.

Windows 10: Windows key not working, task bar icons and start presentation screen missing
After the most recent OS upgrade the above functions disappeared. I downloaded and ran the Start Menu troubleshooter and it could not repair the problem. It did tell me the following files needed to be replaced : 'Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost'
and 'Microsoft.Windows.Cortana'. These appear to be system files so where do I get them and how do I replace them? I have checked updates and KB4019472 failed to install successfully twice . Update status says up to date. I can't reset Windows software
because VSSAPI.dll is missing. Operating system is Windows 10 Home and version 10.0.14393 Build 14393.

Windows 10 | No pudimos conectarnos al servicio de actualización
Mi problema es el siguiente, ya hice un par de instalaciones limpias de windows 10 y todo sigue igual, lo que pasa es que al buscar actualizaciones me muestra una leyenda que dice algo de que no se pudo establecer comunicación con el servicio de actualizaciones, que compruebe si tengo internet, y la tienda igual al querer descargar alguna app, me sale la leyenda que "surgió de problema de nuestro lado" algo así, internet si tengo, puedo navegar con chrome y edge, no sé que pueda ocurrir :/ espero su ayuda, de antemano gracias.

BitLocker Key
I don't remember ever getting a BitLocker Key when I set up my PC. I'm not on a domain. This is just my PC at home and I am the administrator. I need to unlock a drive so I can back up a file to an external drive and the PC won't let me. Was it installed
automatically when I set it up?

My laptop - windows 10 cannot find my Bluetooth Oontz speaker
I have followed others instructions, But I still cannot get my laptop (Windows 10) to recognize my Bluetooth Oontz wireless speaker. It worked previously. I did run a Malwarebyte scan, and a cCleaner scan. However, I've done both of those previously and not had a problem. I hope someone can please give me some "simple" advice how to correct this problem. when I go to the Bluetooth folder - it says it is empty..

Handling multiple accounts with different users
I have 2 companies, with an office 365 account for each. I have a 3rd account which I do not use.
I login as 2 different people, with different email addresses.
I am not sure if it always did this, but I just setup teams for one company/license.
I logged out and logged into the 2nd company.
I went to setup teams in my 2nd company. It showed my 1st company teams. I could not select the people in my 2nd company.
Onedrive and sharepoint were unique for my 2nd company.
I checked mail, planner and tasks and even though I was logged in as the 2nd company, it showed the lists from 1st company.
I did download and install the desktop team application while logged into the 1st company.
I have confirmed that the account is my 2nd company as per the account and subscription information.
I logged out and back in and it is still the same.
My 1st account is a enterprise E3
My 2nd account is a Office 365 Business Premium.
I would have thought the applications would be unique for my account. Does anyone know if this is the case, and suggest ways to use it so it is.

Windows 10 | No funciona Flash Player en Microsoft Edge
Buenas tardes necesito ayuda.
El flash player viene incorporado en el Windows Edge, después de la última actualización hace 4 días no me funciona y antes iba a la perfección. Está activado.
Se me ocurrió eliminar la última actualización pero sigue sin funcionar.
Trato de descargarlo y me dice que está instalado.
Si lo busco en los programas para desinstalarlo y volver a instalarlo, no aparece.
Ya no sé que hacer

Update 2017-05 (KB4019472) fails to install multiple times

Just to add my experience with this KB4019472 , I have four Win 10 computers and three of them updated. One failed once then succeeded on the next try, the other two updated without failure but one took quite some time (laptop on WiFi). The fourth one that has failed now 5 times was upgraded with the free Win 7 to Win 10 deal. The other three were fresh Win 10 installs. The one that fails also dual boots with Linux Mint but then so does one that successfully updated ( the one that failed once).
They all have the same security software running, Bitdefender Total Security 2017. I did not have to turn off my security software to install KB4019472 on the three that have successfully updated. It seems a bit counter-intuitive to drop your security software to install an update especially given recent events. I'll probably try again in a few days on the one that has failed 5 times. Until then I'll only boot to Linux on that system.

Windows Updates
I have Windows 8.I have not done Updates fora few months.
I have tried to look for Updates available today but the Green scrolling just keeps going and that's been about two hours now,It does not progress to show me available Updates .It just says Searching for Updates.
Any advice will be post welcome.Thanks

На Рабочий стол регулярно (~ раз в две недели) приходят картинки-сообщения-предложения от Advansed SystemCare, аналогичные приведенным на рисунках (см.ниже).
( Сейчас вид картинок изменился - скан не стал делать, суть та же).
Также регулярно мною эти предложения от Advansed SystemCare игнорируются.
Вопросы:
1. Полезна ли Advansed SystemCare? Стоит ли ее пользоваться или лучше игнорировать?
2. Если Advansed SystemCare бесполезна или даже вредна, то как избавиться от ее предложения раз и навсегда?

Text in page element with focus displayed in smallcaps font
I am editing documents stored in SharePoint using Microsoft Word Online and my current paragraph or other textual element (heading, table caption, etc.) is being displayed (but not actually reformatted) to a font that uses small caps, which is very distracting. This only occurs when the cursor is ready for text entry a single point in the text element. If I select an area of text instead, the entire element displays normally again until the selection ends and the text entry prompt reappears.When focus changes to another element, the text returns to its normal display and the now-current element displays in small caps. As far as I can tell, it affects any page element: headings, paragraphs, captions, table cells, etc.; it does not affect the displayed font for comments.
According to the font and style menu items, the text is normal Calibri Light - it is just being temporarily displayed in a completely different (and annoying) font. I do not see any settings that would cause the current text element to be displayed in a different font, so I have no idea why this is happening.
I have tried using Chrome and Safari; it is occurs regardless of that choice. I have tried ending my SharePoint session and creating a new one, also to no effect.
Any help in figuring out how to turn this off would be much appreciated.

Уважаемые ГУРУ!
Нужен совет по алгоритму действий для грамотного выхода из программы Windows 10 Insider и наведения порядка на ПК.
Исходные данные:имеется стационарный ПК с SSD и HDD
- на SSD установлена Windows 10 домашняя, обновленная с Windows 8.1 по акции. Система неоднократно переустанавливалась, все активировалось автоматоматически без привязки к учетной записи. Все документы на Windows имеются.
- на HDD установлена Windows 10 Pro зарегистрированная в программы Windows 10 Insider, привязанная к учетной записи . Как система устанавливалась не известно. Никаких документов не осталось. Можно поискать, но проблематично.
Задача:выйти из программы Windows 10 Insider без потери активации и поменять операционные системы местами т.е.
- на SSD поставить Windows 10 Pro
- на HDD поставить Windows 10 домашняя
Все это желательно сделать через чистую установку с флешки, без потери активации.
Заранее благодарен за грамотный алгоритм действий от практиков.

My sony laptop comes up with error SMART press esc to continue. Periodically says no operating system found. This started happening last year after upgrading to Windows 10. Can't even perform recovery. Is there another way to fix this ? Thx

I'm really mad right now because i kind of hate windows defender and it wont come off i just updated my computer and it stays on there and it wont come off and i tried to turn off real-time protection and it still didn't work it just turned back on a lot of others have problems to because I already have a protection software...

SUMPRODUCT formula criteria
Hello, I am looking to ammend a SUMPRODUCT formula.
If under the packing column I want tasks (in column L, sheet 1) with not only the work 'packing' to have its hours summed, but the hours of tasks with the task description 'construction of packaging' (in column L, sheet 1) to be added to the same Packing column, what would the formula be for this?
I have tried (unsuccessfully):
=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIFS(Data!$M:$M,Data!$J:$J,$B7,Data!$E:$E, $B$1:$I$3,Data!$L:$L,"=Packing",Data!$L:$L,"=Construction of packaging"))
but it is not working...

Signing in to office cloud acct
I have a office cloud account, or whatever it is called, for which I'm billed monthly. Got a new computer, try to sign
in, never recognizes my email to sign in. I did manage to somehow get to it, changed my password, still can't figure out how
to use excel, word, etc. Trying to find an answer through to this simple problem through the blizzard of Microsoft marketing is a nightmare. Microsoft - It Just Works - is a good best practice, try it.
