File Explorer and External Drives
I recently purchased a new HP desktop with Windows 10 as the Operating System.
I have an external hard drive connected that I use for file back-ups with Karen’s Replicator software.
It appears as though Windows is polling the external drive, and when that occurs, it automatically opens a File Explorer window at the root of the external drive.
A File Explorer window opens every time the OS polls the external drive.
While not critical it is extremely annoying because it goes on throughout the day.
Even if I leave the File Explorer windows open they will pop to the forefront, and take focus, whenever the OS does it's polling.
The only way I've found to stop this behavior is to shut down the external drive.
What is causing this behavior; and is there a setting I can implement that will prevent it from happening?

Récupération de données lorsque la tablette ne se rallume pas
Bonsoir,
Je vous écris car ma tablette ne se rallume plus. Je pense que cela tient à la batterie et par extension au chargeur, mais au cas où, connaitriez-vous une solution (je pense qu'il faut au minimum démonter la tablette pour accéder au disque dur) pour récupérer les données qui sont dessus ? Il s'agit de fichiers très importants.

Lost files
I have been having trouble with my phone and I did a backup on my phone to the cloud and then did a restart (back to manufactures settings) on my phone. While checking settings, found someone else's phone number was attached to one of my Gmail accounts. I corrected the phone number in the settings and changed my passwords. I also changed my password to my Hotmail account which is attached to my computer at home with Windows 10.
When attempting to open windows on my home computer, my new password wouldn't work. So, I changed the password again. The new one opens Windows, but I cannot find my files. All my desktop files, everything is gone.
No also that the backup from my phone was apparently not successful as I have not been able to locate those files either. Not sure what to do now.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Cannot conect with the microsoft account
I rebooted my phone and then I did everything you do when you start up the phone, i connected with the wifi and then i had to connect with my microsoft account. The phone said that the connection is poor and it failed. So i change from wifi to data and
it failed again. I turned on and off the phone but it didnt help. So i rebooted the phone for the second time, but the same accured. Any help please?

Change "From" Account
I have Office 365 Outlook running on a Win10 Pro Platform.
Outlook has been set up with my main Microsoft Account, several other MS Accounts plus several IMAP Accounts from a separate provider.
When I "Reply" to an email in one of my IMAP Accounts, the "From" account defaults to my main MS Account, not the IMAP Account that received the email.
What do I need to change to make each of the IMAP Accounts reply using their own account, not the MS Account?

Is there a way to prevent excel 365 from interperting a fraction in an existing table as a date?
The only way I have found is to create a new table. Change the Options Advanced to Lotus compatibility Settings to "Transition formula entry". (check the box) And then paste the fractions from a .txt file.
The following do not work:
Formatting cells as Fractions before pasting, or text before pasting, or a formula in a new column =VALUE(with the referenced cells as text fractions), or any other formula or format I could find.
Is there a simpler way?

Me apunté al programa INSIDER desde que salió.
He instalado todas las actualizaciones sin problemas hasta la versión
A partir de esta versión, no me deja seguir actualizando, entre el 70 y el 80% de la instalación se reinicia el equipo y vuelve a restaurar la versión anterior. Sólo tengo Windows defender y estos son mis datos técnicos. No he echo ningún cambio de Hardware. Gracias

Exchange - Hybrid to Exchange online, is it possible?
I have AD sync running on SBS2010 with exchange 2011 and a hybrid setup.
I have migrated one user just to test things and get it working.
In a hybrid setup I need to keep and exchange on prem to edit exchange properties.
My ultimate goal is to decommission our current sbs and install a small AD server for local AD
If i do this i lose the ability to easily manage exchange properties for all users.
Is there a way to convert the hybrid mailboxes to native office 365 and manage them all online while maintaining AD sync to a new AD server?

Excel multi fenètres
Ma question va sembler ridicule car je suis un utilisateur relativement habitué de Excel.
J'ai la version 2010 de Office et lorsque je travaille sur Excel je ne suis pas capable de travailler en mode multi-fenêtres, il me les ouvre dans la même page.
Pour les ouvrir dans des fenêtres séparées, il faut que j'ouvre Excel le nombre de fois désiré et "Drag" le fichier à ouvrir dans la page.

Não consigo baixar aplicativos na loja
Windows Phone Lumia 435 novo, porém, não consigo conectar à minha conta Microsoft.
Meu aparelho ficou preto e branco, segui as orientações do suporte para restaurar as configurações de fábrica e normalizou. Só que em partes. Porque agora não consigo baixar nenhum aplicativo na loja e nem sincronizar meu e-mail. Estou desde sábado tentando resolver e não consigo. Já tentei de tudo, mas não estou conseguindo resolver. Desliguei, religuei, restaurei, tentei criar novamente minha conta, mas continua erro. Detalhe: sincronismo do e-mail é infinito, não conclui nunca.

Morph Transition powerpoint 2016
Beste,
Graag zou ik willen weten waarom de " morph" functie niet gewoon standaard in powerpoint 2016 zit en je daar een office 365 abonnement voor moet hebben? Het is een erg mooie tool binnen powerpoint maar vind het wat overdreven dat dit alleen in een cloud versie beschikbaar is.
Ons bedrijf werkt met office 2013 en gaat helaas niet alleen voor de morph functie het gehele office pakket aanpassen, maar zijn wel bereid om enkel powerpoint 2016 aan te schaffen.

Aplicação Outlook não faz download nem reconhece a existência de anexos
Há cerca de uma semana recebi um e-mail no Gmail, e uso como cliente a App Outlook. Neste e-mail só eram visíveis os anexos em PDF, os anexos DWF que também vinham nesse e-mail, só eram visível na página do Gmail. Depois de alguns testes, pensei que seria algum "bloqueio" da parte da Google...
No entanto, hoje recebi um e-mail com anexos em PDF na minha conta Outlook (Hotmail), e apenas recebi o texto, nenhum anexo. Tive que ir à página do Outlook para os poder abrir. Não sei qual a utilidade de uma aplicação assim então...

cambiar la carpeta local de OneDrive

Pues el caso es que anteriormente he tenido la carpeta local de OneDrive, la que hay en mi disco duro, en una partición del disco duro distinta de C:\Users\... Recuerdo haberlo hecho sin ningún problema. El caso es que después de volver a instalar Windows, la carpeta me aparece en C:\Users\... y no consigo encontrar como moverla a otro sitio.
Creo recordar que en la opción de "Seleccionar las carpetas de OneDrive que quieres sincronizar" ahí aparecía donde estaba la carpeta local (esto sigue siendo así), pero cliqueando ahí te permitía cambiar la ubicación (ahora no se puede).
Podéis indicarme como se hace? O es que ha desaparecido esta funcionalidad?
Mi ordenador tiene Windows 10 Pro, 1607, 14393.693. Y la versión de OneDrive es la 2016 (compilación 17.3.6743.1212)
