I thought that if I removed antivirus and let Defender take over that my laptop would be faster.
However, Defender has not taken over protection- just periodic scan as before.
Any advice?

Mapas Offline
Descarreguei no meu Lumia 635 alguns mapas offline. Uso bastante e estava satisfeito até nem eu nem o gps conseguirmos aceder aos ditos mapas.
Aparece uma mensagem a sugerir tentar mais tarde.
Gostaria de saber o seguinte:
Ha mais alguém com o mesmo problema?
Ha alguma solução para isto?

Completely resetting File History
I want to completely reset File History and remove my SSD from the drive list. I save my files externally so File History isn't necessary.
I merely wanted to test File History to see what it can do for me. But if i can't remove a drive or completely reset it to all defaults (including no drives on the list), I have to re-install windows 10. And if i have to do that, I'll put an axe through this laptop.
How can i do this? have tried a win10forums solution but to no avail.
I use the old backup system to back up anything that may be of use including application data. Something i see that File History doesn't do.
Fired off an angry tweet. I'm really loosing my patience here.

Problème de changement de résolution sur l'un de mes écran au démarrage de Win10
Bonjour. Depuis la MAJ 1607, au démarrage de Win10, après l'apparition du logo Windows, l'affichage de mon écran principal change de résolution. Je retrouve la bonne résolution en effectuant un M/A de l'écran. Ma config qui fonctionnait parfaitement avant
cette MAJ est de 3 écrans sur une carte graphique GEFORCE GTX1060 et le test a aussi été réalisé sur une GTX760. Même la MAJ des drivers ne résout pas ce problème. J'ai cherché plusieurs heures sur le net... sans résultat. Merci de m'adresser une solution
ou un correctif. Cordialement.

Hello Microsoft Community
I'm a first time user here, so hope someone can help . . .
I'm using Word for Mac v15.21.1
My QAT menu option is greyed out when I click on the arrow on its toolbar and I can't customise QAT
When I go to Preferences, the Ribbon and Toolbar option is not showing.
As far as I am aware, my Mac is completely up to date with both Mac OS and Office updates.
I have deleted normal.dotm and reopened Word, to no avail.
Does anyone know the fix for this please?

Miałem na swoim windows 10 działający program antywirusowy bit defender. Potem postanowiłem go usunąć i używać windows defendera. Niestety program nie działa informując ciągle że mam inny program antywirusowy. Pojawia się przy tym błąd 8x8050800c.
Można coś z tym zrobić?

윈도우10 ssd디스크 활성 100% 프리징
에일리언웨어 17 R2 노트북 사용자입니다
현재 윈도우10으로 업그레이드하여 사용중인데
영상이나 게임 등을 실행중에 자꾸 위의 그림과 같은 상황이 일어나면서 실행중인 모든 창이 멈춥니다.
1~3분후에는 다시 정상으로 돌아오긴 하지만 원인이 무엇인지 모르겠습니다.
검색을 통하여 홈그룹이나 윈도우 서비스도 사용 안함으로 바꿔봤지만 아무 소용이 없습니다.
물론 전원 옵션도 건드려보았고 가상메모리도 변경해보는 등 안해본게 없지만 여전히 이런 현상이 발생하고 있고
지금 이 글을 쓰는 와중에도 일어나고 있네요
뭔가 해결방법은 없는건가요?

Paramètres ma famille
Bonjour,
Je viens de récupérer l'ordinateur qu'utilisait ma famille. Mon père avait configuré les paramètres "ma famille" pour pouvoir limiter le temps d'utilisation.
J'ai réinitialisé l'ordinateur pour faire de la place sur le disque. J'ai rentré mon compte Microsoft (qui n'appartient pas à une famille). Cependant, l'ordinateur continue à me limiter le temps d'utilisation. Il se verrouille à 22 h et m’empêche donc de travailler. Comment faire pour enlever ce paramètre ?

Windows 7 is corrupting my MP4 files when moving or renaming it!
Hi,
I have a problem with "windows 7 family premium". I have some mp4 video that work well. However, when I move them or rename them, Windows 7 corrupt them.
I have done a binary comparison of the original video and the corrupted one.
I can see that windows has done some slight changes in the MP4 header. It has added a field called "Xtra atom" in the header. This is this field that prevents from playing the file.

but it is annoying to have this problem all the time! This only happens when renaming or moving a MP4 file.

Word 365 borders: the options 'left' and 'right' 'from text' don't work at all
I am using Word 365 on Windows and want to change a style to add a border above the text; however, I want the border to be centered in the page and to be long about half the length of the page. If I
got to style name -> modify -> format -> borders -> options, I get to a window with options for the distance from the text: top and bottom work properly; left and right do not. Whatever value I put in left and right, it does not make any difference at all.
Is this a bug in Word? Is there another way to do it? Thanks.

Win10新建、重命名文件夹导致资源管理器卡死无响应
网上无数人反馈过这个问题了，每次都要清除资源管理器历史记录，过一段时间又出问题，还没有彻底解决方案吗？

对于部分Windows 10 用户来说，可能会遇到这样的问题：使用一段Windows 10 系统后，当新建或者重命名一个文件夹时，文件资源管理器就会卡死，要等上20多秒以上才会恢复正常。具体表现为：没有响应，整个文件管理器都会变成灰色，鼠标在这个界面上也没有办法操作，就像死机了一样，如果没有耐心等待20多秒的人恐怕都强制关机了，十分的让人不舒服。那么该怎么去解决它呢？
解决办法解决这个问题比较简单，只需要打开文件资源管理器，点击右上角的“文件”，并选择“更改文件夹和搜索选项”；
在打开的窗口中找到隐私中的“清除文件资源管理器历史记录”旁边的“清除”按钮即可。
完成以上操作后，再重新新建或者重命名一个文件夹试试看，是不是已经正常了呢？
并不是所有Windows 10 用户都会遇到这个问题，但看上去又并非硬件问题导致，极有可能是Windows 10 系统中存在的一个BUG，由于历史记录存储过多而导致的异常，恐怕这个问题只能靠微软去解决了。

I tried almost everything.. but I can't find the "No-Width Optional Break"
Its not in "special characters"...
OS X 10.10.5 and Word 2011 and Office 365 Home
