When I open my system (Windows 10) I get a message that I need to fix my Windows Mail account. When I try to 'sign in' to fix it, I always get a message box that asks me : 'Ask a parent to help with this', and sometimes I see : 'You need a parent's permission before you can sign in to this Microsoft account and use it with the Microsoft websites and services'. My Parent's permission ?  So I try to change my Birth Date but I am asked for a Credit Card. I do not have a Credit Card. I have no kids either and I am the sole user of my new Dell.  (I took Pa Bears advice and went to a completely new system and a brand new  Windows 10). So Microsoft thinks I am a child. ? It's so vey irritating. So how do I fix this ? Will anything fix this child problem, so I can use my system ? I am locked out of 1/4 my settings. But in all, I really need to modify my Birth Date in my main Microsoft Windows

10 Account - That will fix this child issue.  Microsoft is taking this privacy issue a little too far in Windows 10. Can somebody help me with this ? I tried many things but all did not work.

How do I transfer Apps from the windows ph  in to my sim card. some don't show up n are unable to move, need more space on my phone. windows 10

Bonjour ! Je suis abonné office 365 sur Mac. J'attend depuis bien longtemps que les compléments (add ins) puissent être activés sur Outlook pour mac. Mon principal usecase est la sauvegarde des mails sur Evernote. Ce n'est malheureusement pas encore le cas. Je me rabat donc sur la version ios (iphone/ipad) qui en théorie le permet depuis la dernière maj. En tout cas c'est ce que les notes de mises à jours promettent. Je me suis donc précipité pour faire cette maj. Sauf que rien n'apparait dans les paramètres ! à l'exception des calendriers (qui étaient déjà là avant). Il est indiqué que le déploiement sera progressif en commençant d'abord par les abonnés 365 ce que je suis.

Pourriez vous m'aider ? Y a t'il une configuration à faire particulière pour que les compléments apparaissent enfin sur mes applications outlook iphone et ipad ?

Ma config :

- Abonné Office 365,

- Iphone 7/Ipad air 2

- Macbook pro

Tout est à jour !

Hallo,

ich habe gerade mein Lumia 930 per Windows Device Recoovery Tool zurückgesetzt weil bei der Windows 10 Insider Version ein paar Kleinigkeiten nicht rund liefen.

Jetzt habe ich es im Auslieferungszustand nun ist es nicht mehr möglich mein Hotmail Konto einzurichten, ständig kommt " keine Verbindung möglich "

Mehrmal Soft und Hardreset ausgeführt oder versucht ein neues Konto einzurichten nicht geht.

Langsam aber sicher verliere ich den Spass an WM.

Witam.  Posiadam laptopa HP pavilion G6 laptop pracuje na systemie Windows 10(zostal zaktualizowany z WIN8 ) Laptop lezal teraz przez okolo 5tygodni w szafie,  ponieważ nie byl mi potrzeby aż do wczoraj.  Włączyłem go bez wiekszych problemow,  chwile tylko pulpit sie lądował ale po 5tygodnich zbierania kurzu mial prawo,  komputer pracowal przez okolo2/3h po czym przełączyłem go w "Tryb uśpienia " i od tamtej pory na nic nie reaguje,  wyciąganie wkładanie bateri awaryjne uruchamianie,  tak jak by nie mial zasilania pomimo tego,  ze ładowarka jest podłączona.  Proszę o jakies wskazówki czego moze dotyczyć usterka,  z gory dziekuje

Goedemorgen,

Het lukt mij niet ondanks speurwerk op internet mijn mappen te verwijderen en een map een andere naam te geven.

Er staat alleen een + bij mappen om een nieuwe map te maken.

Ik wil een aantal verwijderen en eventueel een andere naam geven om voor andere doeleinden te gebruiken.

Wie weet hoe je dat anno nu kunt doen?

Vorrei cambiare la pagina iniziale di Edge, ma dopo aver optato in "Apri Microsoft Edge con" per "Una o più pagine specifiche", proprio non mi compare un elenco in cui poter indicare "Personalizzato" come da istruzioni che leggo dovunque su internet. Che posso fare?

Hallo MS Community!

Ich habe erst vor wenigen Tagen mein Surface komplett neu aufgesetzt. (Laut Update sind alle aktuellen Updates installiert)

Ich habe nun das Problem das ich mit dem Internet Explorer gewisse Seiten nicht mehr nutzen kann. Darunter sind Google und auch diese MS Community Seite. Das Problem äußert sich folgendermaßen:

Bei Google erscheint auf der Startseite ein leeres, weißes Fenster in dem nur eine Art Ladeanimation zu sehen ist. Ich denke das Fenster soll mir die aktuellen Google Datenschutzbestimmungen anzeigen, denen ich dann zustimmen muss. Dieses Fenster bleibt aber auch nach mehreren Minuten weiß und ich kann Google nicht verwenden.

Das gleiche Problem habe ich nun auf der Suche nach Hilfe auf answers.microsoft.com festgestellt.

Nach der Suche zu einem bestimmten Thema erscheinen keine Suchergebnisse, sondern nur die Ladeanimation in der Mitte der Seite.

Ich vermute dahinter ein veraltetes oder nicht mehr funktionierendes Plugin oder ähnliches?

Wie gesagt, laut Windows Update habe ich alles installiert. Die Kompatibilitätsansicht im IE auf dem Desktop bringt leider auch keine Abhilfe.

Hat irgendjemand eine Idee, wie ich mein Surface wieder normal benutzen kann?

Office2013がインストールされているPCに，PowerPoint2016をインストールしようとしたのですが，エラーコード30029-39でインストールできませんでした。ヘルプを参照して，PCに入っいるOffice2013をEasy Fixというアプリでアンインストールしました。

その後再起動して，再度PowerPoint2016をインストールしました。2013を再インストールするには，どうしたらよいでしょうか。

I am on Windows 10. Whenever i try to print anything either from web browser or any other applications like word I was unable to get to even print preview.

In devices and printer when I right click on any printer to make it default the devices and printer window crashes.

Всем привет! Столкнулся с очень интересной ситуацией.  Подключал к телефону Lumia 640 несколько разных скажем приблуд (типа колонки, наушники) через блютуз. и заметил что эквалайзер для них не работает. Функция вообще не доступна. Хотел написать разработчикамв Microsoft , но не нашел где и как .Если кому то интересна эта тема , могут присоединится. Может как нибудь и доведем до сведения разработчиков и они решат эту проблему. Телефону не хватает функции поддержки всех и любых подключаемых аудио устройств.

Здравствуйте. При запуске системы со временем начинает грузить систему процесс "Windows Defender User Interface (32 бита) в среднем на 15% и в этот момент повышение нагрева видеокарты с 50 до 72. Помогает закрытие процесса в диспетчере задач ( выключается и снова запускается и ЦП не грузит)

Всегда стоит Касперский, в поддержке говорили что этого процесса вообще быть не должно с этим антивирусом. Ведь он отключает его.

Поискал в диспетчере задач где находиться этот файл. "Windows Defender User Interface (32 бита) это MSASCui.exe, который находиться у меня в пути .../AppData/Roaming/ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC/Windows Defender/MSASCui.exe

и там же еще есть 2 странных файла [ decred.cl (файл cl) и decredGeForce GTX 680gw256l4tc4032(файл bin) ]

Вопрос в том разве там он должен находиться?

Über dieses Thema wurde bereits einiges berichtet. Ich habe jedoch eine Variante, zu dem ich keinen Artikel gefunden habe.

Der Fehler liegt offensichtlich an einer Email mit einem zu großen Anhang. Outlook versucht wiederholt diese Email zu senden. Aber ich kann diese Email nirgends mehr finden - weder im Postausgang noch sonst wo. Wäre sie noch im Postausgang, würde ich sie einfach löschen.

Weiss jemand, wie ich diesem Spuk ein Ende bereiten kann?

Weiterhin heißt es in der Outlook-Meldung: "Timeout beim Warten auf eine Antwort vom Postausgangsserver (SMPT). Wenn Sie diese Meldung weiterhin erhalten, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Serveradministrator oder Internetanbieter. Antwort des Servers: 55O 5.1Q <> sender rejected #AUP502".

I have a hp pavilion. I recently transferred my iPhone videos onto the pc.  However, some videos play perfectly and some don't.  Whenever a video won't play Windows media player tells me that there is a problem with my video card.  I found out it has to do with missing codecs.  I found out I'm missing codec mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC.  I have no idea how to download it or if it is actually the codec I am missing.  I would really appreciate any help.

Hello MS.I have been facing a difficulty since 10 days.Everytime I click something on my mozilla/chrome an extra tab opens up automatically whose url is preaddictivenetwork.com,.Ihave attched the screenshot ofit.I have turned on popup blocker,re installed firefox/chrome,but still the problem persists.Its so annoying to close so many  tabs which i didnt intend to open in first place.Kindly suggest solution to this problem.
