When I first open internet explorer and ait for it to load, most times it doesn't fully open because the Y yahoo tab keeps flashing between yahoo and toolbar yahoo.com so I have to start all over again and this can happen a few times till it stops and then I can get into my emails. also when I click on a link of something it also sets it off again so I have to go back and click IE again. please help if you can, I am a senior who can use the internet but cant get fir of this problem.

MS Project 2003 Resource Pool Problem
Hi, my problem is, data from several linked projects appears to be dropping out of Resource Pool for no apparent reason. I have to manually reopen the specific project file, simply save again and all is well, until next time it happens which could be in 10 mins or the next day. This has happened around 15 times over the past 4 weeks and cannot relate the event with any action by user (updating of schedule of change in settings). The weird thing is the Resource Pool and the project file always shows the link is still in place even when no data came through!
In our organisation we use one MS Project file as the Resource Pool to set calendars and manage resources. VB code within Excel interfaces with the Resource Pool (with thanks to Rod Gill's most informative book) to extract data on demand. The tool has been in place for over two years and is working well with over 100 projects connected to the pool and around 30 users managing their linked projects. The Resource Pool has never 'crashed' as some people had suggested, maybe because there is no 'master project' used in our process (?).
At first it was one particular project file. Working with the project owner we tried to identify why this file was 'dropping' in and out of the pool, apparently dropping out at random. After a few weeks we got nowhere, could not find anything amiss with the file the schedule within, network issues (mapped drives) and continued to use the work-around to keep all data in the system. Now there are two more files starting to show the same problem. Three files, three different users. While the tool readily identifies which file's data was dropped after the update, I am getting concerned the work-around may become impractical and start affect reporting deadlines.
For your information, we are using Microsoft Office Project (standard) 2003 updated to SP3, Operating system is Windows 7, with users on the network. I expect your first response is why are you using MS Project 2003! I suspect the pre 2000 program may struggle with today's networks, but upgrading around +50 users is not an option at the moment.
I found some forums that suggested there may be practical limits to the number of files that can connected to a pool, so to be safe I disconnected and archived over 30 project schedules to get the number linked to pool to be less than 100. Could not see any improvement as a result.
Has anyone got any suggestions as to why this could be happening?

Windows 10 Spotlight Image Subjects
Does Windows 10 Spotlight use any image content other than landscapes? It quickly became clear that Spotlight was presenting only landscapes. I started to use the "Not a fan" feature. However, its all pretty much still landscapes. I have found only two
images so far for which I selected "I like what I see". One had a small section of biplane wing in the foreground. The other was a panorama of a heavily stared sky. I think I'll try to find an app that can set the lock screen to , say, NASA's image of the
day.

Software install issue
Hello,
My boss was having issues with Adobe Acrobat DC. I uninstalled in and when I was reinstalling it the program would download, but when I clicked on run it would not prompt for the install. Somehow I ended up in the downloads folder and was able to get it to install from there. The same issue was happening with the program, so I uninstalled it again. This time I tried to install Foxit Reader. The program downloaded, but again when I clicked on run, it would not prompt for the install. I tried to click on the download folder and I got this message "This file does not have a program associated with if for performing this action. Please install a program or if one is already installed create an association in the default programs control panel." I did a search for this message and found an answer in the Microsoft Community. It said to run Microsoft's program "Automatically diagnose and repair Windows file and folder problems." I was able to download it, but not run it. I then when to the default programs control panel and did not see how the programs listed there would had anything to do with the download folder.
I restored the PC to an earlier date and that didn't solve it. The hard drive is new. There are earlier restore dates, but then after that are Windows critical updates and I am worried if I go to an earlier date, then because of the install issues I am having the updates that will have to be reinstalled won't install.
Any help is appreciated.

Excel "IF" Formula
I would like to create a formula with these parameters:
If the cell value <=3 "Light"
If cell value >= 3, <=11 "Light to Moderate"
If cell value >=11, <=19 "Moderate to Severe"
If Cell valule >=19 "Severe"
Because it is >= or <+ i realize the number may need to be more detailed such as 3.4 or 3.5 based on rounding?

W10 IPreview 15025
Due to some hardware problems I had skipped W10 IP 15002 thru 15019.
So now I wonder: if I install 15025, will it include all the features/updates from the previous releases 15002 thru 15019. In other words, is 15025 inclusive of all previous releases?
IF not, how do I get a copy of the releases 15002 through 15019 so I can install them before proceeding with 15025.

Entonces seguí los pasos para verificar mi cuenta. Ninguno de las dos opciones funcionó: nunca me llegó el código de seguridad a mi celular ni tampoco funcionó el enviar todos mis datos, entre ellos contactos de Skype y poner todos mis datos personales.
Ayuda por favor, es mi primer correo electrónico y hay información altamente valiosa y necesaria ahí.

There is an issue with PCC’s subscription of Office365. Looking through our users, all users are marked as having ‘trial subscriptions’ with no licenses shown that can be allocated/reallocated (see screenshot below).
While most of the functionalities I’ve tested seem to be unaffected, please resolve this immediately as we still have users to allocate licenses to and, I believe, a new set of subscriptions incoming which might be adversely affected by this.
