Windows 8 Issue: PC did not shut down properly
I need help! I'm using Windows 8 Professional and my computer has an issue, when I opened my PC while starting up it had diagnosed and then after that I see this message said "Your PC did not shutdown properly". I tried many method to fix this issue like:
Method 1: sfc/scannow command
Method 2: Safe mode
Method 3: Boot Configuration Data
I execute this at command promt:
bootrec /fixmbr and then press enter
bootrec /fixboot and press enter
bootrec /rebuildbcd and then press enter
exit and press enter
Method 4: I disabled the antivirus
I selected the advanced options and then I clicked the troubleshoot and then Startup Settings then restart. I press then F8 and then I restarted it again but nothing change.
Method 5: System restore
Method 6: Refresh OS using my license windows 8 Professional
Please help me to fix this issue. Thank you so much.

Si l’Assistant Mise à niveau de Windows est bloqué à 99 % pendant plus de quatre heures, procédez comme suit. Si vous avez ce problème, c'est que votre antivirus (comme
Avast) bloque l’Assistant Mise à niveau de Windows, il lui interdit l'accès à certains fichiers de l'ordinateur. Sur d'autre forums, certains disent de le désinstaller... Mais, pour
Avast, cela est très complexe. Alors voici mon astuce pour désactiver votre antivirus sans le désinstaller, pour réussir cette mise à jour :
1. Faites clic droit en bas à gauche de l'écran, sur l'icône Windows.
2.Cliquer sur Exécuter, et entrez services.msc.
3.Cliquer droit sur le service Avast (en tout cas, votre antivirus) puis cliquer surArrêter.
4.Une fois terminé, regarder les applications en arrière plans en cliquant sur la flèche dans la barre des tâches. Normalement, votre icône d'antivirus vous signale que "vous n'êtes pas protégé". Ne vous inquiétez pas, c'est normal !!!
5.Après cette vérification, lancer la mise à jour.
Et voilà !!! Quand votre ordinateur aura fini la mise à jour (quand il aura redémarrer de lui même), il vous suffit d'ouvrir Avast pour le réactiver.

bonjour, cela fait des moisque mon pc tente le passage en version 1709 de w10 sans y parvenir.
hier soir j'ai desinstalle mon antivirus et en allumant le pc ce matin, il a effectue des mises a jour.
seulement, j'ai le message "bonjour, nous avons mis a jour votre pc" et l'ecran n'evolue pas.
j'ai attendu plus d'une heure et decided'eteindre et rallumer...
il repart en installation et affiche la meme chose sans aller plus loin...
auriez vous une sulution ?

Excel - using helper columns to arrange by date when month / year are not available.
Morning :)
I'm working with some mixed data that includes full dates (e.g. 12/04/2017), months and years (Jul-2017), and years (2017). I need to be able to sort these chronologically.
Example:
I came across the solution below, which involves using a helper column and uses the first month of the year as default when no further information is available, but unfortunately this example doesn't use days:
Is there a way to do this for the entire date (i.e. use 1 January as default when day and month are not given)?

Windows 10 Blue Screen Of Death - "Prøver at genstarte" - Stillestående ved 100 %
Min computer stod desværre med den kendte BSOD da jeg kom tilbage fra middagspause. Den sagde at der var sket en fejl, hvorefter den ville prøve at genstarte computeren, dog stod den stille ved 100 % og genstartede ikke i løbet af det kvarter den stod sådan.
Jeg fik fejlkoden: VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL og søgte straks på internettet og kom ind på en anden microsoft answers side, hvorved der stod jeg skulle uploade mine minidump-filer som ZIP med et link fra min onedrive, her i et nyt opslag.
Efter jeg havde bikset i lidt tid for at få rettigheder til at lave mine DMP-filer om til ZIP, er dette så lykkedes.

Mise à jour W10 1709 KB4074588 Impossible
Bonjour,
Je possède un ordinateur portable Lenovo Ideapad 300 acheté en novembre 2017 avec Windows 10. Depuis le mois de février 2018, il m'est impossible d'achever la mise à jour sécurité 1709 KB4074588 : la MAJ se télécharge normalement, Windows me demande de redémarrer pour finaliser l'installation, et à l'issu du redémarrage, une notification m'indique qu'il est impossible d'achever l'installation.
J'ai désinstallé mon antivirus tiers (Avira) et tenté une manœuvre avec l'assistance de résolution des problèmes Windows Update.
Enfin j'ai essayé d'installer la MAJ manuellement en la téléchargeant directement sur le site de Microsoft : lorsque je l'ai lancé, le programme m'a dit que cette mise à jour était déjà installée... Le problème persiste, que faire à votre avis?

Sinds eind april onmogelijk om in te loggen op mijn mailadres: ik word telkens gevraagd mijn ouders toestemming te vragen. MS heeft datum aanmaak profiel ingevuld als geboortedatum; moet aan mezelf op andere account toestemming vragen. Al 4 maal gemeld
maar de link naar ouders blijft (ben 60). Graag oplossing want er zijn ook officiële mails te beantwoorden.

Buongiorno,
ho predisposto un modulo precompilabile on line, su un pc aziendale nel quale era installato office 2007.
tale modulo era protetto con password da possibili modifiche non intenzionali e di conseguenza abilitato solo alla compilazione (nei campi previsti).
ho salvato tale modulo (a dire il vero il numero di moduli in questa condizione sono circa 20) su una chiavetta e ho poi reinstallato da chiavetta su un altro pc aziendale nel quale è installato office 2010 lo stesso modulo.
purtroppo pur conoscendo la password da me creata, non ho assolutamente la possibilità di modificare tale modulo. nella finestra "limita modifica" non ho la scelta di accedere per modifiche con la password (in sintesi non me la chiede e mi riconosce solo come utente standard).
Segnalo altresì che nel primo pc era installato Windows 7 e nel pc attuale ho windows 10.
tenete conto che non mi è più possibile accedere al primo pc aziendale nel quale ho creato il modulo.
poichè il lavoro sulla modulistica è piuttosto impegnativo e quindi rifare da capo venti moduli sarebbe estremamente complesso, vi chiedo aiuto sperando possiate aiutarmi.

「ブラウザのおすすめ設定」というショートカットアイコン
Windows UpdateでWindows10バージョン1803の機能更新プログラムをインストールした後、デスクトップ上に「ブラウザのおすすめ設定」というアイコンができました。
（不注意で）当該アイコンをダブルクリックしてしまったところ、表面上は何も起こらなかった（UACの注意メッセージ等が表示されることもありませんでした）のですが、当該アイコンは消えてしまいました。
念のため、Windows Defenderおよび導入済みのマカフィーでフル・スキャンしましたが、異常は発見されていません。
この「ブラウザのおすすめ設定」というアイコンは、何だったのか？ もし、何か情報をお持ちの方がいらっしゃれば、ご教示頂ければありがたいです。

OneDrive for Business behaviour when sharing files
I am using Office365 on both my work laptop and personal laptop, connecting to the same work account. OneDrive for Business works like a charm form me, however, when it comes to sharing files with other people, the two laptops behave differently.
On my work laptop, when I open any OneDrive for Business folder in Windows Explorer and right-click on a file, I have an option to select 'OneDrive for Business' from the menu, and then, to select 'Share'. This action opens a new window in my browser, taking me to a page where I can see same files sitting in a folder, and immediately opening a file sharing dialog box, where I can send a message to selected people, or create and copy a link to the file I want to share. All makes sense.
On my personal laptop, when I open any OneDrive for Business folder in Windows Explorer and right-click on a file, I have the same option to select 'OneDrive for Business' from the menu, and then, to select 'Share'. This, however, doesn't open a browser page - instead, a dialog box pops up directly on top of Windows Explorer, offering me to either 'Send a link' to selected people, or to 'Copy link'. Again, all makes sense.
While the end result may appear similar, the latter functionality has more appeal to me -- it seems neater, more user friendly, faster to execute.
Based on the above description, can anyone tell me what may possibly be the factor triggering this different behaviour on my work and personal laptops, respectively?
