Email Retention
I notice that MS Outlook only retains email in my Inbox for 6 weeks, at which time it no longer appears in the Inbox. I have created subfolders, and if I move email from my Inbox to a subfolder, it is retained for longer (hopefully forever). However,
2 questions.....how do I keep Outlook from removing email from my Inbox after six weeks, and (2) is there a way to retrieve the lost email older than six weeks?

Actualizacion de Windows 10
hola que tal, tuve un problema al actualizar a Windows 10 para mi tablet Ghia desde una memoria USB, todo iba perfecto hasta que en un momento me apareció anuncio diciéndome lo siguiente: Parece que iniciaste una actualización y que arrancaste de los medios de actualización. si quieres continuar con la actualización, quita el medio del equipo y as clic en Si. si quieres realizar una instalación limpia en su lugar, haz clic en no.
mi problema es como ya sabrán la instalación es en una tablet y cuando apareció el letrero quise darle en Si pero no reacciona el touch, ya intente ponerle un adaptador con varios puertos USB y utilizar un mouse pero no logra funcionar.
¡por favor ayúdenme.!

J'ai perdu tous mes mails précédent le 30 décembre 2016 sans jamais avoir supprimé aucun message de ma boite, je ne comprend pas pourquoi.. J'ai lu plusieurs posts dans le forum d'aide de microsoft mais toutes les manoeuvres et solutions proposées n'ont pas fonctionnées. Il semblait y avoir une procédure pour récupérer les messages avant la date de l'incident via une discussion par message privée.
Ainsi, pourriez-vous m'indiquer la procédure pour récupérer mes messages d'avant le 30/12/ 2016 par message privée?

Re-installing windows 10 on a free upgraded PC
Hi.
I need help with my PC.
My PC would not boot up the OS with any of my usb dongles pluged in and kept trying to fix the problem with start up repair and always failed.
I could do a force shutdown and remove the devices and it would boot but than i had to plug all devices back in and it was fine till i shutdown again.
I need to re-install windows 10 on my PC that got the free upgrade from windows 7.
Tech told me i can choose to keep all my old apps and files while re-installing?
I was helped with remote desktop help and they downloaded the media creation tool for me.
What option do i use and how do i get my windows 10 product key if it has changed from the windows 7 one?

I have applied the fix to all of the installed and enabled extensions (Invoke handler if request is mapped to: File). However, a re-scan results in the same findings.

MENSAGENS ENVIADAS SUMIRAM COM A IMPLANTAÇÃO DA NOVA INTERFACE OUTLOOK.COM EM SETEMBRO/2016
Prezados,
Utilizo uma conta do MSN desde o ano 2000, e até então nunca tive problemas.
Entretanto, em setembro/2016, após a implantação da nova interface do OUTLOOK.COM, novo layout, todas as minhas mensagens enviadas sumiram. Não ficou nenhuma sequer. Inclusive, sou advogado e há 10 (dez) anos de mensagens enviadas, sendo estas confidenciais, encaminhadas a clientes, envolvendo situações financeiras, que são indispensáveis para consulta.
Já fiz vários contatos com o pessoal do SUPORTE da Microsoft e até então o pessoal do suporte limita-se a informar que elas podem ser recuperadas em recuperar itens excluídos. Entretanto, também já informei que não exclui as mensagens enviadas, elas sumiram do nada.
Consultei a COMUNIDADA DA MICROSOFT e observei em outra reclamação sobre MENSAGENS ENVIADAS QUE DESAPARECERAM e observei a mensagem abaixo:

Assim, de acordo com a mensagem do Sr. HUGO V.B. da Microsoft caso as mensagens enviadas tenham, de fato, desaparecido, NÃO HÁ COMO RECUPERÁ-LAS.
Gostaria de ressaltar que caso seja realmente impossível recuperar as mensagens enviadas que sumiram, os prejuízos que terei junto aos meus clientes serão imensos.
Sendo certo que nesta hipótese, não terei outra alternativa senão adotar medidas judiciais.

Loading DVD to Movie Maker
I have a Movie Maker program and trying to load a DVD with poor quality pictures but ok music. It will only load the music. Is the reason the pictures will not load is because of low light pictures and what can I do to fix it?

先日Visioをインストールしましたが、下記のようなエラーで困っています。
Visioは普通に開ける事はできますが、WordにVisioで張り付けられている場合です。
クライアントでVisio2013で作成された図をWordに貼り付けてあります。その図を編集しようとすると左下画面に
・「ダブルクリックするとMicrosoft Visio図面オブジェクトを編集できます。」と表示されるのに「Visio Viewerで作成された・・・」のダイアログボックスがでます。右クリックからも編集も開けるも表示されず「変換」のみです。
・「ダブルクリックするとUnknowonオブジェクトを編集できます。」で編集できません。
上記2件の図はVisio2013では編集できます。

Internet connection drops after 4 to 5 minutes - Windows 10 Home v. 1607, 64-bit
My desktop PC loses internet connection after four to five minutes of access regardless if connected to the DSL modem through Ethernet or Wi-Fi. I first noticed internet connectivity issues on Thursday, January 19. I placed my first call to the Microsoft Help Desk on Friday, January 20. As of 8:20 p.m. CST on Tuesday, January 31 - this problem still exists.
I have an HP 550-50 Pavilion purchased new from Amazon in June of 2016. It has the Windows 10 Home version 1607, 64-bit operating system. It's connected to the internet through a DSL modem (ZyXEL C1100Z). My DSL service provider has been out and replaced the modem twice. They replaced the network card outside my house. Those replaced the community network card. They ran a direct connection from my modem to the junction box that serves my home. Thus, the DSL service or modem is not the problem.
When my desktop computer loses its internet access, it must send a signal to the DSL modem. The DSL technician said that the modem is losing its authentication. This causes all other devices on the network to lose their internet access. Once I unplug the Ethernet cable going to my desktop, all other devices on the network regain internet access within seconds. If I plug that Ethernet cable for the desktop computer back into the DSL modem, the desktop and other devices get four to five minutes of internet access before going offline.
I talked to four different Level 1 technicians over the past ten days. Here is what we tried:
- Network Reset
- IPCONFIG Release/Renew, DNS Flush through Command Prompt
- Delete and reinstall network driver
None of these things worked. I then did a full reset of my computer (great fun). At that point, the computer had perfect internet access for several hours. I then ran Windows Update and reinstalled my software. Not long after the Windows Update finished, the exact same problem returned. While I suspected this problem was the result of a bad update recently released by Microsoft, this reinforced my belief that a bad update was at fault.
I looked at the update history, and I uninstalled each update one at a time. After uninstalling each one (with restart), I checked internet connectivity. The problem persisted. Finally, there were four updates that I could not uninstall. My theory is that one or a combination of these updates is causing this problem.

I was then advanced to the Level 2 technicians in Windows Tech Support Home Updates & New Release. They did a remote into my computer and messed around for five minutes at a time. I had to unplug the Ethernet connection, wait for the DSL modem to regain its authentication, and plug the Ethernet cable back in. That gave us another four to five minutes of internet service. That was a lot of fun.
In the end, the Level 2 technician advised that I take my computer someplace and replace the network card. I asked why everything worked fine after a full reset (but before updates were applied), and the Level 2 tech admitted it was likely an update issue and not a hardware problem. So, I'll give doing a full reset a try tomorrow (Wednesday, February 1). The Level 2 technician said they could flag and ignore the four suspicious updates so that the computer would not process those updates while doing Windows Update.
That sounds like a addressing the symptom instead of the root of the problem. I don't know what to as the Community, but I know I need help. Any suggestions?

Mail app windows 10 verzend wel mail maar ontvangt ze niet.
Ik werk op een laptop met Windows 10.
Vanaf het begin heb ik de mail app gebruikt, dus niet de app outlook 2016.
De mail app heeft altijd prima gefunctioneerd, tot ruim 1 week geleden.
Het verzend wel email maar ontvangt het niet.
Inmiddels, na even gebruik te hebben gemaakt van outlook 2016, werkt outlook niet meer.
Het liefst werk ik met de mail app van windows 10, dus niet met outlook 2016!!
Hoe kan ik dit oplossen???
Ik ontvang wél mijn mails op mijn IPhone, met hetzelfde hotmailadres.
Als ik een mail stuur vanuit mijn gmail ( deze is niet standaard ingesteld) naar mijn eigen Hotmail, dan kan ik die via omwegen wel ontvangen. Maar dat is dan via de webmail van outlook.
Niet zo handig allemaal dus!!!!!

Wordを開いたら、前回保存したデータと違う
こんにちは。
Word2010（Windows10。wordファイル形式：.docx。画像ファイルの種類：png）
を使用しているのですが、いろいろな画像を重ね合わせて作成したデータを保存し、
もう一度データを開くと一部の画像が入れ替わります。
画像の場所はそのままで、同じファイルの別場所で使用している画像が無理やり縮小された形（元画像のサイズで）入ります。
こんな時データを前の状態に戻すためにはどうすればいいでしょうか？
教えてください。
