Lumia 650 - Problemi audio
Buongiorno. Ho acquistato, 20 giorni fa, un Lumia 650. Ha manifestato un difetto: durante le telefonate il mio interlocutore non mi sente, mentre io sento normalmente. Ho resettato il telefono due volte (ripristino delle condizioni iniziali): tutto normale
per un giorno o due e poi il problema si ripresenta. Mi sono rivolto al negozio (UNIEURO) con il risultato che il centro assistenza ha 40 (dico 40!!!!) giorni per rispondere. Risultato: ora sono senza telefono. Complimenti per la qualità del prodotto!

WIndows 10 en acceptatie andere software
Goededag,
Recent een nieuwe pc gekocht om "met een schone lij" te beginnen. Deze komt standaard met windows 10.
Hierop ervaar ik een aantal problemen:
1. Excel 2007
Bij opstarten krijg ik de melding "STDOLE32.TLB", waarna configuratie gaat draaien.
Geprobeerd: CMD - MSIEXEC ... REGSVR"- geen resultaat
Geprobeerd: opstarten als administrator - geen resultaat
2. Outlook 2007
Outlook werkt prima, maar ik krijg zeer regelmatig een melding dat er geen standaard emailclient is ingesteld.
Dit instellen via outlook werkt niet - windows 10 grijpt in dat dit via de windows 10 instellingen moet. In de windows 10 instellingen wordt outlook 2007 echter niet als keuze geboden.
3. Firefox - openen pdf bestand
Bij openen van een pdf bestand van internet (bv mijn bankafschrift) openen ik deze met acrobat reader. Vinkje bij "automatisch met dit programma openen" staat aan, maar ik krijg telkens weer deze vraag. Vinkje wordt dus niet "onthouden"?
4. NAS verbinden via VPN
Voor werk maar ik gebruik van een VPN verbinding; dit lukt.
Vervolgens via VPN verbinding maken met een NAS service; dit lukt niet.
Alle bovenstaande items waren geen probleem op de oude pc met windows 7...
Alvast bedankt voor advies.

About insider, do I really need to format if I want delete it
My old operative Systme was Windows 7, I upgrade that to Windows 10 when it was free.
I received un survey about Windws Insider, I tried to install to test when I was ready to install I read that if something went wrong I would need to format and reinstall my Operative System and my question is if a restore wouldn't solve that. I've already work with printscreen 3D, I got my bank card pictures and others pictures in instagram and Google+.

Witam,
Mam problem z aplikacją sklep na laptopie. Używam Windows 10 i laptopa HP 250 G3. Otóż nie mogę pobrać nowych aplikacji ani zaktualizować starych. Problem pojawił się kilka dni temu. Do tej pory wszystko aktualizowało się samo. Wyskakuje 0,10kB na x kB i tak zostaje, nie zmienia się ile bym nie czekał. Mam nadzieję na szybką pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu.

Lenovo Yoga 300 bloccato
Ciao,
ho acquistato il lenovo yoga 300 appena dopo Natale con preinstallato w10 e con Mcafee preinstallato con un mese di prova.
Sarebbe scaduto domani e quindi ho deciso di rimuoverlo per sostituirlo .
Dopo il riavvio automatico mi sono trovato con la schermata blu e questa scritta:
RECOVERY

Hallo,
ich habe soeben Office Business Premium 365 abgeschlossen. Ich versuche nun die Funktion "Konto anzeigen" und erhalte folgende Warnmeldung:
Bad Request - Request Too Long
HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.
Dabei klicke ich wohlgemerkt auf den Menübutton "Konto anzeigen" in der Übersicht. Was soll ich jetzt machen um eine Kontoübersicht zu bekommen?

Mouse click problem in Windows 10
I m using an HP laptop. As I feel more comfortable using a mouse I have attached a USB mouse to it and have been using it for long this way and I rarely use laptop's inbuilt mousepad. Lately I'm getting a problem and it is when I click mouse's left button
(primary button), the right click options also show up a lot and its really irritating. A few weeks ago I had this problem and found a solution on the internet and it was over. But now after an update to Windows (which happens periodically), the problem has
started again. I again tried the same solution but it didn't work this time. Is someone else also facing this problem and please tell me how to get rid of this problem permanently as I have tweaked various mouse options in Control Panel but the problem is
still there? Please help and thanks.

Spitze des Surface Stifts funktioniert nicht und Answer Desk funktioniert auch nicht
Hallo,
seit gestern wird die Spitze meines Surface Stifts nicht mehr erkannt. Die Taste am Ende des Stifts funktioniert aber noch. (Mein Stift hat nur eine Taste an der Stelle wo der Radiergummi wäre)
Hab versucht über das Answer Desk einen Chat zu starten/ Anruf zu beantragen, aber leider passiert rein gar nichts wenn ich auf diese Symbole klicke.. auch Rechtsklick und in neuem Fenster öffnen hilft nichts. Die Seite lädt dann einfach neu.
Hat jemand eine Idee was ich machen kann?

OS 10.12.2 zoom doesn't work with Outlook for Mac
In OX 10.12.2 the zoom feature works on all files and applications except Outlook 15.3 for Mac. There are two ways to zoom in using the touchpad on the Macbook Pro, but neither works with Outlook. Even when I open an email to view it in a separate window
I cannot zoom in with Apple zoom. Any thoughts about this?
