Bonjour,

Lorsque j'essaye de créer un dossier (dans un autre dossier, sur le bureau ça ne me le fait pas), j'ai "Nom du dossier ne répond pas", puis écran noir, tous mes dossiers se ferment et mon bureau réapparaît avec uniquement les applications/programmes qui étaient lancées.

Via l'observateur d'événements j'ai "Erreur" :

鉴于C D 盘都还有几十G 空间，显见是升级程序所需的特定空间不够，而又未能处理导致。该问题耳闻过，似乎解决了。最新版有回来了。震惊中！

Windows 7 pro 64

I'm dealing with a similar IE issue. Mine is that I can't find IE! It does not appear on my menu nor can I find reference to it in Program files. A search on another computer shows a file "iexplore" in Program Files which when opened loads IE. No such file exists on the problematic computer. When I have tried to reinstall IE-various versions- I get a message to the effect that "internet explorer did not finish installing and that IE10 is already installed on this computer". Attempts to install 9 or 11 are met with a similar message. I looked for IE in "uninstall or change a program" in case there was a repair option. Nothing showing.

Dobrý den, mám notebook ASUS F555LF-DM074T a po několika dnech jsem zjistil, že při nativním rozlišení 1920x1080 nejdou přesunout ikony na ploše do celého spodního řádku. Dále jsem zpozoroval to, že některá okna (například instalační) jsou taková trochu rozmazaná, jakoby byly v menším rozlišení. Občas dokonce po přihlášení uživatele začne plocha divně "glitchovat" a trvá to třeba 5 minut. Nevíte někdo co s tím?

Ovladače na grafiku atd. jsem přeinstaloval a jsou všechny aktuální.

Přikládám ještě fotku, jak vypadá ten "glitch" po startu. Foto zde

Hello,

I have recently purchased an XBOX One Bluetooth controller. Since I did not want to pay extra for the bundle that comes with the wireless adapter, I just bought the standalone controller to use with my PC while gaming. I use a third-party bluetooth dongle for connectivity, Rocketfish, and I have had no problems with synchronization nor button inputs. Indeed, the controller works absolutely fine with some games, but on licensed, popular games like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided or Metal Gear Solid V, the games do not even recognize that a controller exists. I've double and triple checked that everything was working right (I even re-calibrated the controller), but I pop open just about any game in my library with "full controller support", and I might as well be trying to use the Force to play the game. THE GAMES JUST REFUSE TO RECOGNIZE THE CONTROLLER. Or, they will recognize the controller, but with these absolutely impossible button mappings, such as using the "menu" and "Home" buttons to accelerate and brake a vehicle. I have tried updating the drivers, but my computer assures me they are all up to date, even though they date from 2006, and I figured since that route was blocked to me, I would prostrate myself ask beg for help from people who know more. I spent a lot of money on this controller, and I would like to use it for something other than 8-bit emulator games.

Please help me.

Hej jeg har et office:mac 2011 program, og her i december fik jeg en "indroduktion til Office 2011" hvor jeg skal angive min produktnøgle. Jeg har min produktnøgle men den siger at den ikke virker/er rigtig. Jeg kan ikke få boksen til at forsvinde og kan ikke lukke computeren ned. Jeg kan dog ellers bruge min computer som jeg plejer. 

Jeg kan læse på nettet at jeg kan downloade den nye version fra 2016, men det kan jeg heller ikke fordi "introduktion til Office 2011" står og blokere. 

Hvordan kommer jeg videre herfra?

I updated to 365 Home this week. Install went well but now when using Dropbox to capture screen grabs on documents in Word and PDFs they do not appear in the Dropbox Recently Changes shortcut menu.  Does a 365 Home installation require you reload an app like Dropbox?  Thanks!

Hello.

I've been searching for answers on your site and don't seem to find any answer.

My system's operating on Windows 10, upgraded from original Windows 8.1.

Yesterday my computer's restarted during my lunch break, and when I came back none of my Office programs would work, none of my web browsers, not even VLC player, and instead I got always the same messages about a problem of "side-by-side configuration". So I figured I had a virus and I've started it on safe mode and I've reconfigured it at its automatic back-up point, being the 1/22/17.

Now all the programs I've installed are working again,

but I'm unable to reach almost everything else !

The Start Menu and the Search engine won't open (but the internal search of the windows still works), by Mouse or by Key, the Language bar has disappeared and the language change combinations (Ctrl+Shift or Alt+Shift) are effectless.

When I try to open the Task Manager, I'm getting the message "error system (-1073741515)".

Command Prompt Admin also won't open, "This file does not have a program associated with this is action."

I'd gladly restored the System into its original settings, but the Menu 'Settings' disappears half a secong after I've tried to open it from the Control Panel.

Hi there, I'm having a problem with the wifi connection on my laptop. I've got a Inspiron 15 5000 series and on multiple occasions, it won't let me use the internet. I'm connected to it, but it says the connection isn't secure. I can use the same wifi source on other devices so it is definitely just my laptop that has the issue. It takes an incredible amount of time each time to fix it, trying different links & options. It's just happened again and it's taken a week of playing around to fix it! Anyone ever had this problem and know how to fix it? Thanks!

Bonjour,

Je suis allée sur plusieurs forums mais je n'ai trouvé aucune solution à mes deux problèmes.

1er problème :

Je possède word 2007 - MS Office - Windows 7 Professionnel - Service Pack 1

Word ne détecte aucune faute malgré que la case : langue Français (France) soit bien cochée et que les cases corriger les fautes en cours de frappes soit bien cochées également. Voici le message qui apparaît : "Impossible de trouver des outils de vérifications pour Français (France) Essayez de les installer ou de les réinstaller, ou contacter votre revendeur local pour les obtenir, etc."

En effet, je clique bien sur l'icône Windows en haut à gauche, ensuite je clique sur : Options Word puis sur Vérifications et dans la rubrique : Lors de la correction orthographique et grammaticale dans word, voici ce qui est coché :

- Vérifier l'orthographe au cours de la frappe (coché et actif)

- Utiliser la vérification orthographique contextuelle (uniquement pour l'anglais, l'espagnol et l'allemand) case active mais non cochée

- Vérifier la grammaire au cours de la frappe. Case non cochée et non active, impossible de cocher ou décocher cette case

- Vérifier la grammaire et l'orthographe : case cochée mais pas active, impossible de décocher

- Affiché les statistiques de lisibilité : case non cochée et non active

- Masquer les fautes d'orthographe dans ce document uniquement : case cochée mais impossible de la décocher car pas active

- Masquer les erreurs grammaticales dans ce document uniquement : case cochée mais impossible de la décocher car pas active

2ème problème

A chaque fois que j'ouvre un document word enregistré sur mon ordi, j'ai le message suivant qui apparaît :

"La fonction que vous essayez d'exécuter contient des macros ou un contenu qui exige la prise en charge de macros. Lorsque ce logiciel a été installé, vous ou votre administrateur avez décider de ne pas installer cette prise en charge".

Bonjour, j'ai fait l'acquisition d'un Pc portable Asus série X751L, il était à l'origine sous Windows 8.1 et les touches raccourcis du clavier fonctionnaient (augmenter/baisser le son et augmenter/baisser la luminosité), seulement, depuis la migration vers Windows 10 (version 1607 aujourd'hui) les touches raccourcis ne fonctionnent plus. J'ai déjà réessayé de réinstaller les pilotes, seulement, je ne trouve pas lesquels sont associés à ces touches. Merci par avance

Hey guys,

I have the following problem with my ACER Aspire E17 laptop.

When Windows is left on for more than 2,5 hours then it won't shut down properly.

It seems as if it shuts down but the power LED remains on.

No matter what i do -push the power button, keyboard or mouse- Windows won't turn on.

I need to hold the power button for a few seconds (force shutdown) and then I can turn it on normally.

I can't find anything about this subject on the internet, and I find it a really strange problem.

I also checked what the power LED does when I set Windows in sleepmode or hybernation.

It will then either flash orange (normally it's blue) or it is turned off, but it doesn't remains on as what's the case with this problem.

Windows is fully updated, i also updated the BIOS but this doesn't help either, which is why i think this problem lies with Windows

I also disabled all the power options, but the problem still remains. 

Last thing I can think of is a fresh install, but I prefer to avoid this.

Any idea how to fix this?
