I am talking about the left side. How can I customize in that way?
Have office 2010 installed. Thought I updated to Office 365, and everythings icon changed as well, but now nothing will open directly without the error 'has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution becomes available.'
I can go into my office 2010 and open from there but it is 2010

So i recently put in alot of new files into my OneDrive folder on my primary PC, and today i installed OneDrive on my secondary PC and it just deleted my whole OneDrive folder for some reason. Luckily i could restore most of the files i had on there, but alot is nowhere to be found aswell. Most of it has been replaced with old photos, and some folders are either empty or is just completely missing...
Some help would be REALLY appreciated since it's some really important files...

特定のフォルダ内のファイルに対して削除のみ禁止するアクセス権を設定したく考えています。
下記ようなアクセス許可設定を行ったのですが、TXTファイルやBMPファイルなどでは意図した通り、
ファイルの参照・新規作成・内容編集は行えるがファイルの削除は行えない動作になるのですが、EXCELやWORDのファイルでは、参照・新規作成は行えるのですが内容編集し保存しようとするとアクセス許可のエラーになってしまいます。
Office製品では編集中にTEMPファイルのようなものが作成されるのが関係しているのだと思いますが、
目的の設定どおりの動作にするにはどのようにしたらいいでしょうか。

So I have been receiving this Error for quite some time now, and I even completely reinstalled windows 10 and am still getting this error. When I have been playing video games, they will be running fine and then out of blue the program will just stop responding and crash. Been searching around for a fix, but haven't found anything up-to-date that might help out (maybe you guys have better luck at finding things).

Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 DUAL 8GB

OEM版のWindows10を英語版にしたいのですが、
設定 → 時刻と言語 → 地域と言語 → 言語を追加する
にEnglish(United States)を追加して既定の言語にしても、言語パックのダウンロードボタンが現れません。
そこで、

My Onedrive has been working fine for a year (all updated to latest) but now it does not want to upload e.g PPT or Word docs (also get problem opening from Ondedrive). It just says pending upload. If opening the Upload center, there are NO documents pending. Sometimes it comes through after a while and I am connected to the Onedrive. This is getting really bad since it takes so much time for me. By the way, I am working on a high-speed fiber network.. and I can get into the Onedrive but not uploading..

その後 ・・・回復しています。
その後 ・・・問題発生したため、プログラムが正しく動作しなくなりました。

onedrive自动下载的更新包启动后长时间没有结束，cpu占用维持在30%以上。手工结束后，会被再次调度运行，然后就是目前的死循环状态了，高CPU占用-手工结束-调度启动........

When I start my computer, then on the windows login screen, there comes a dotted loading spinner. It also comes in other applications as well.
