I have used my iphone to connect my laptop to the internet before, and I found it was much faster when I connected via usb and my laptop recognized it as a ethernet. Now with the June update, ethernet connection does not show up as an option, only through
wi-fi. Any suggestions on how to get it to find the ethernet connection? I've tried troubleshooting my ethernet connectivity, but came up with nothing, and my ethernet connection at my home router works fine.

Calendar Sync Delay Between Outlook and Outlook.com - Force?
If I recall this may be a topic of frustration discussed over the years. However, admittedly, I've only been viewing my Outlook.com calendars from Outlook 2016 the past year and only recently took a peek at the Calendars from my Outlook.com account.
So about 12 hours ago I added many appointments to a shared Outlook.com calendar from within Outlook 2016. The appointments still have not shown up. I haven't added appointments for probably a month or two but I can see the ones I did add that long ago.
The problem is this is a shared calendar so I constantly look pretty foolish emailing people the calendar is shared with saying "I updated the calendar!" And then even hours later no one can see the appointments I added.
Is this still an issue with Outlook.com? It would seem to me when I add an event from within Outlook 2016, it should immediately connect to the Outlook.com server and add the appointment?
Trying to determine if something is wrong or if this is not uncommon to happen and if there is any resolution?

Sending e-mails
I can receive e-mails fine.
I cannot send an e-mail or reply to an e-mail without receiving "message cannot be sent at this time. please try again later"
And later never comes even after hours of waiting and trying.

On windows 10, how are attachments secured to an email message. In Windows 7 one just clicked on an image of a clip and on the image to be attached. How is the same done on Windows 10?

I just purchased the new Surface Pro (successor to Surface Pro 4). It has Windows 10 S installed. I heard you can change to Windows 10 Pro for free but I can't find where on Microsoft.com to find that free download. Every where I try wants me to purchase Windows 10. How do I change to Windows 10 Pro?

How to disassociate a file from an app in Windows 10
I have two files ending in .old that originally had no icon and when double clicked to open gave the dialog pick an app. Now the files have the Notepad icon and open in Notepad. I see a way to change the default to some other app but what I want to do is completely remove the association so as to return to Pick the app to open. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

al jaren werk im met Google-chrome en kan daar gemakkelijk iets vanuit mijn computer rechtstreeks of via mijn mobiel op de TV afspelen.
Ik find Google echter geen gooed fotoprogram en bewaar mijn foto's liever in mijn Windows-vestanden. Als ik nu op een foto klik in een afbeeldingen bestand word ik gevraagd of ik het op een ander apparaat wil afspelen met een pijltje aan de linkerkant: en daar verschijnt het typenummer van mijn TV. Dus er schijnt een verbinding te betsaan. Maar hoe moet ik deze actieren? Want als ik op het TB-naam druk gebeurt er niets. Kan iemand mij hierbij helpen?

Help with BSOD issue
Morning all, I have a good friend that is having a issue with BSOD. I was able to grab a mini dump file and was hoping someone might be able to give me a few pointers in trying to getting his computer behaving nicely again. He is out of town at the moment

Folowing Windows 10 pro upgrade to v 1703 my Canon MG5350 is not printing?
Does anyone have any suggestions? Initially it was reporting offline so I set as default a number of times and I got it to print one very 'sad' test page i.e. one blue printer symbol in the top right hand corner.

Office 2013 und 2016: E-Mail-Kontoeinstellungen - "Ordner wechseln" nicht möglich
Hallo Community,
über Hinweise zur Lösung des folgenden Problems würde ich mich freuen:
Nachdem ich den PST-Ordner verschoben habe, wurde von mir unter Kontoeinstellungen>Datendateien der neue Pfad für die PST-Datei angegeben. Nach Neustart von Outlook erscheinen auch alle E-Mails, Kalender und Kontakte ordnungsgemäß.
Problem: E-Mail-Versand und Empfang funktionieren nicht mehr. Unter "Senden/Empfangen" ist der Eintrag "Ordner aktualisieren" dauerhaft ausgegraut und somit nicht mehr anwählbar. Ich führe dies darauf zurück, dass in den Kontoeinstellungen im Reiter "E-MAIL" der Button unten links "Ordner wechseln" nicht mehr einwandfrei funktioniert bzw. neben dem Button auch kein Pfad mehr angegeben ist, der zu der Datendatei führt.
Habe das Problem auf zwei Rechnern mit Windows 10 Pro (einmal Office 2013 und einmal Office 2016). Ein weiterer Rechner, bei dem die PST-Datei aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht verschoben wurde funktioniert weiterhin einwandfrei. Die Einstellungen sind auf allen Rechnern gleich (bis auf den Pfad zur Datendatei natürlich). Die Microsoft Reparaturtools (Offcat sowie Reparatur der PST-Datei) habe ich ohne Erfolg bereits angewendet.
Vielleicht habe ich nur etwas "Dummes" übersehen und wäre für sachdienliche Hinweise sehr dankbar, da ich nach einigem Testen nicht mehr weiter weiß.

Peu avant, j'avais appliqué le logiciel C Cleaner ; y-a-t-il un rapport ??
Lorsque je lis un fichier son, s'affiche « Le Lecteur Windows Media a rencontré un problème lors de la lecture du fichier. »
J’ai essayé d’ouvrir le fichier avec un autre logiciel son, VLC, sans résultat.
J'ai regardé les solutions proposées sur ce forum, sans trouver de solution.
Notamment la séquence suivante

• onglet Lecture
• sélectionner le périphérique
• cliquer sur Par défaut
• cliquer sur Propriétés
• vérifier, en face de 'Utilisation du périphérique', que le périphérique est bien activé
• cliquer sur l'onglet Niveaux et vérifier que le HP est activé (sinon cliquer sur l'icône de HP)
• cliquer sur OK
• cliquer sur Configurer
• Tester"
le bouton "par défaut" était grisé.
