Hello. I got a Turtle Beach P11 headset this week, but I've had trouble getting it to work on Skype. The problem is that audio is only playing on the right side of the headset. I'm not sure why this is happening, as I've used P11s on Skype in the past
without problems. The more confusing thing is that the headset works fine on everything else, so I know it's not broken. Has anyone else had this issue before? If so, how do you fix it? I'm on Windows 10, and I am using the latest version of Skype for Desktop.

Excel Formulas
All of a sudden all my spreadsheet entries are fixed numbers. There are no formulas. There is a green banner along the bottom of the spreadsheet that says "READY". That was note there before this problem. Am I somehow in a different mode? How do I
get my spreadsheet back to its former formatting.

Hallo, habe gestern meinen Laptop auf Grund von Problemen zurückgesetzt. Heute nach dem Hochfahren wollte ich bei Game Twist spielen. Da wurde mir mitgeteilt das der Adobe Flash Player erforderlich ist. Wo finde ich diesen wieder, da er schon installiert ist.

Hola: Tengo el siguiente inconvenienbte: Instale Windows 10 Pro Update Creator sin ningun inconveniente en una Notbook Positivo BGA Z100, luego realice instalaciones Insider Preview (Instalada Hoy 16215) tambien sin problemas, todo funcionando perfecto,
ayer me llego la actualizacion (16226), comenzo a descargarse y a instalarse sin problemas hasta que se reinicio, (Aclaro que habia desinstalado Frame Network 3.5) siempre vuelve a la version (16215), el tema es que al querer volver a esa version desde Configuracion
- Recuperacion, me fue imposible entrar solo en Update y Seguridad, (((TAMPOCO PUEDO ACCEDER A RESTAURAR SISTEMA NI SIQUIERA CON EL COMANDO (%windir%\System32\rstrui) (No Aparece nada, no funciona) no asi en el resto de las
Configuraciones. Luego entre a Panel de control\Todos los elementos de Panel de control\Recuperación - Opcion: Si tienes problemas con tu PC, ve a configuracion e inteneta establecerlo de nuevo, desde alli me permitio entrar en Update y Seguridad pero al ingresar a Recuperacion no me aparece "Volvera a la version anterior de Windows 10", entonces ingrese a "Inicio Avanzado - Reiniciar Ahora" para tratar de salvar el problema desde el Pendrive desde donde instale Windows 10 Pro, pero fue imposible, no encuentro manera de poder Formatear el Disco Rigido y comenzar desde Cero porque me reconoce el Pendrive como UEFI pero no hace el arranque, salta a Boot de Windows 10y asi constantemente. Aclaro que (la Notbook venia preinstalado el Windows 10 Home, luego con la Licencia para Pro realice la Actualizacion). Alguien sabe de una posible Solucion. Muchas Gracias

Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard Malfunctioning
Hello. I purchased a Microsoft Sculpt keyboard, with keypad and mouse in November 2016 from Best Buy online. Everything's been working great, until a few days ago. Now, it's like the number key "2" is locked down. It's not constant, but when it does happen, it's non-stop. I'll start typing and it'll continuously type "2", so I had to switch to a wired keyboard. The only thing that will stop it, is removing the USB or taking out the batteries (so I can continue to use the mouse and number pad). No joke, it did "2" for half a page in Word.
I've tried restarting the computer, changing the USB to a different port, removing the "2" key, blowing canned air into it, turning the keypad over do get anything lodged underneath. I tried everything I can think of; then I took it to the Geek Squad who said that it was a malfunction and I needed to contact Microsoft directly. I got the run-around there, so I gave up.
Is there a way to reset the keyboard? I couldn't find anything online about it. I really don't want to get another keyboard and I love the Sculpt! It's been really helpful since my wrist surgery.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

IE 11 and Ebay won't et you log in.
Why oh why do I have so much grief with IE11.
Log in to ebay and it goes to ebays home page click my ebay and it asks you to log in again so log in again and it just loops to log in log in continuously.
If I try log in on the wifes phone it works first time if I try log in on the wifes laptop using IE 10 it works perfect.
I have loads of trouble with IE11 this being the main one which is making me reconsider Microsoft products as they all fail to do what it says on the tin.
Yes I have spoken to ebay who said it is a browser problem after trying every trick in the book.
I have reset IE11 I have deleted it and reinstalled it nothing works.
So can Microsoft come up with a solution or is it going to be sack off Microsoft and use a different brand?
I don't won't to downgrade to ie10 as I can't find it unless I use some other site I don't trust. I tried Firefox easy to download and as clear as mud when you first come to use it, I tried and clicked on everything available on firefox to just get a homepage to search from it was impossible so I deleted it. Chrome seems to have half the bits I need missing again I can't find half the stuff I use like a simple home page button yak hated chrome. So come on Microsoft sort this IE11 out as it is driving me crazy.
No offence but I will donate money to a charity if I get a reply and a working solution from Microsoft as the other 70+ emails I have sent them over anything have been ignored.

When I try to connect my Surface Pro3 to the tv via hdmi both screens go black
I have tried all the "Project" options including "Duplicate" - no difference. I have changed the tv settings to the hdmi channel. I can't get the pc to do anything once the cable is connected, the screen is entirely black. Any ideas?

Windows 8 laptop, no Product Key. Can I reinstall if a different OS was installed?
So here's the story.
I have a Laptop that originally came with Windows 8. However, it was used in a corporate environment where it was reimaged with Windows 10 enterprise and a Volume License Key. The laptop is out of warranty so we want to reinstall windows back to a non-enterprise edition so the laptop can be used as a personal laptop.
Normally we just reinstall whatever version of Windows is on the Product Key sticker and be done with it but some of the laptops don't have any stickers. The current one I have has a "Windows 8 Pro" sticker on the back but it's not a product key label.
I know that sometimes keys are somehow embedded in BIOS but I don't know if that's affected by us putting Win10 on it and now going back to 8.
Any suggestions on what we can do? Can I just install Windows 8 and will it just work? Is there something else I can do?

Hovering with mouse over email sender DOES not give me the sender's email address
Yes, I have read several posts on threads about others having the problem of Outlook (Hotmail) no longer allowing the mouse to hover over the sender to learn the actual identify of the sender. The odd/interesting/puzzling thing is that my wife using Safari
in her Outlook CAN use the mouse to hover over a sender's name and see the email address before opening the email. I am using Firefox. So I logged in to my Outlook Account using Safari, but I still COULD NOT see the email address when using the mouse to
hover.
Furthermore, using right click over individual/personal senders' names did not give me the last option in the pull-down menu of "View Message Source." That option only shows up for emails such as from a utility company or from a financial company.
I only encountered this problem in the last couple of days. I don't know if the fact that I used Hotmail long before my wife did is connected to the problem; she was converted to Outlook almost immediately, while I waited until Outlook forced me to make the change.
I certainly hope there is a solution to this problem for us Outlook users who are experiencing the problem. It is very easy for phishers to fake a sender's name, so it is paramount that I have some way of checking the email address before opening the email. Thanks.

Can't type in OneNote
I'm experiencing the the following issue:
1. OneNote Version 15.35.1 (170616)
2. MacBook Air OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6 (15G1212)
3. I cannot type in any of my notebooks on OneNote on my Mac.
4. I can type in the online version of OneNote, but not on my Mac.

I encountered this error while installing Microsoft Office Professional 2016 Plus. Already checked the Task Schedule but it doesn't appear. Also changed the folder name to "Microsoft Help. OLD" but still its error while installing. What should I do? I'm using windows 10.
