The setup
We have Skype for Business (Online) Plan 2, users are contained On Premise AD and synced up to O365, I have ensured license provisioning is correct for our test group of users, Skype for Business agent is being pushed via SCCM, have never had lync or S4B on prem in the past.
The issue
Some users are unable to login and get "the server is temporarily unavailable" error message. All KB articles I find point this to a dns issue however other users are able to log in fine. Setting the server manually does not resolve the issue for affected users. DNS seems to be fine.
I was able to get a failure log from one machine pasted below. Issue is I don't really know what I am looking for to figure out what the issue is:
