I've tried everything. It installed fine and I put it as running as admin and tried every compatibility mode there is, but when I run it, it doesn't open. I don't even hear the disc spinning. Please help!

Ho scaricato il file ISO GRATUITAMENTE sul sito Microsoft. Ora, so anche che per utilizzare windows devo disporre di licenze, che si acquistano.
Dunque, siccome vorrei fare ile cose legalmente, vorrei sapere se anche avendo scaricato GRATUITAMEENTE DAL VOSTRO SITO la ISO dell'OS, posso disporne liberamente per installarla su Virtualbox su Mac, e usarlo su VM in modo gratuito e libero.
Sto facendo pirateria oppure sto procedendo legalmente, anche non avendo acquistato la licenza?

Skype landing/mobile calls
Hi guys,
I have couple of question on which I can't find the answer.
1. If am calling from UK to USA (with unlimited option call for landline and mobile), someone on the mobile phone, will they gonna have to pay some fees or not?
2. If I setup number there is some fees, I've seen option for three months and one year. Stated fees are for single payment for three months, or this is monthly payment? After three months, whats gonna happen? Am gonna lose that number, or am gonna be able to use it if I continue with normal monthly payments?
3. Also, let's say I connect UK number, whats gonna happen in case am gonna call USA with it? Fees to someone in USA?
4. What if we do not setup number, what's gonna be shown on the screen of person who's receiving my call? Empty or?
5. Instead of classic number, can we setup just a normal username?
6. Skype calls on this way works only with internet connection? Do we both have to have internet connection, or only me?

Can't remove a Work or School account from Windows 10
This scenario occurs when you sign in with a personal Microsoft Account, and then add a Work or School organisational (Office 365) account.
The aim is to remove a Work or School Account from the PC, so that a different Work or School account can be used.
You should be signing in with a Personal Microsoft Account, and the PC should not be on a domain to reproduce this.
Steps to repro
1. Create a login on the PC using your Personal Microsoft Account
2. Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
3. Click "Connect"
4. Enter the details for your Work or School Organisational Account (NOT another Personal MSA)
This will then pull down the policy etc. and link the account to Windows. Seems to work fine, but then if you want to remove the account it is impossible. Try this:
1. Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school
2. Click on the Organisational account you added previously
3. Click on "Disconnect"
4. A prompt will appear asking if you are sure
5. Click Yes
6. A further prompt will appear asking you to disconnect from the organisation
7. Click Disconnect
8. A yellow error message says "This PC isn't joined to a domain"
This does not appear to be the correct behaviour - It should be possible to remove the account here. The message is technically correct...The device is not on a domain, but this should not stop the account being removed.
What I am trying to do, is disconnect one account and add a different one. Adding two Work or School accounts does not seem to work, so removing the old one first is the only option but this is impossible due to the above mentioned error.
Anybody know how to get around this without wiping the whole device?

Windows 10 does not detect iPad
When I plug in my iPad Windows does not detect it at all - no response. I can plug other devices into the USB ports and they work fine. I have tried 3 different USB ports with no luck. I have tried the cords with different computers and the cords work fine. I have updated the software on both the PC and the iPad to the latest versions. I have rebooted the PC and iPad multiple times. I spent an hour on the phone with Apple support and they have determined that the Apple device driver will not install and claim it is a PC or Windows problem. I spent 45 minutes in a chat session with Dell who only then proceeded to tell me they wouldn't support the product unless I paid a fee.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Alem do KB 2538242, o programa da "Gás Tecnologia" , "Warsaw", para acesso e segurança de contas bancária, no meu caso o BANCO DO BRASIL, não instala completamente. Em computadores do próprio Banco e em outros é instalado com acesso pleno a minha conta bancária, e 2 PC meus não funciona. Gerente de contas do Banco alega que necessito atualizar o Windows.
Atualização de segurança para o Pacote Redistribuível do Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 (KB2538242) já foram feitas dezenas de atualizações COM ÊXITOS dessa atualização! Continua a "oferta" da mesma atualização!

I have a list of potential clients for work. Each individual can be one of three types of clients. I want to be able to count the number of people that are clients, regardless of which type and how many types of clients they are. What formula do I use to count the number of unique people that are clients, with three different columns qualifying as a client? In the picture below the result I should get is 5. P.S. Lumia 640XL lots of BSODs after Creators Update
I have Lumia 640XL LTE Dual Sim, only on production builds. There are a lot of BSODs lately, I can see uploaded reports it in Field Medic application uploaded list.
All of them are Bug Check 0x14B: SOC_SUBSYSTEM_FAILURE. Is possible to get the detailed BSOD report file to analyze it by kd ? The BSOD data points to SOC_SUBSYSTEM_FAILURE_DETAILS that have SOC_SYBSYSTEM_TYPE enumeration which could narrowwhat device (wireless, audio, sensors) the error comes from.
Since these BSOD reports are automatically sent to Microsoft, can I ask to get the detailed information above for particular Microsoft Account or IMEI ? I think is almost impossible to get the BSOD dump file content from a mobile phone (while
it is easy on PC) and analyze myself.
Please do not post clueless precanned "use hard reset" answers. This won't solve the issue since the source is SoC subsystem. Thanks.

Unable to fresh install windows 10 1703 in UEFI secure boot mode
After downloading windows 10 from media creation tool I am unable to boot the installer in UEFI secure boot, so I am unable to fresh install should I get a virus that's not removable, is there a way to fix this without having to tinker the UEFI into legacy
mode?. The Windows 8.1 home installer works fine but I want windows 10 pro with my windows 7 licence attached
