I purchased a surface pro 4 about 3 weeks ago and I love the thing! At the time of purchase I didnt think I needed an extended warranty due to how careful I am with my tech but I recently changed my mind after realizing how much I use and move around with
it. I keep my Surface in an Otterbox case at all times and have had no issues with my device. Not even a scratch. Would it be possable to purchase the insurance 3 weeks in?

Pen drive - Dispositivo não é reconhecido.
Fui numa lan house e conectei o meu pen drive San Disk de 32g. O computador não reconheceu e na hora de tirar percebi que havia enfiado o pen drive com muita força tanto é que foi difícil tirar. Levei para casa e conectei no meu meu notebook e aparece
a mensagem a mensagem: Dispositivo não reconhecido. Fui no gerenciamento do computador no painel de controle e aparece a unidade que é H:, mas não aparece o nome do dispositivo e nem mesmo os arquivos, em vez disso tem uma frase: Nenhuma mídia. O que devo

Teclado com teclas trocadas após limpeza.
Fiz uma limpeza externa no meu notebook,e percebi que alguma teclas estão trocadas e outras não funcionam
Tipo a tecla "a" não responde,a tecla do espaço faz a função do enter,as teclas de f1,f2...,estão na função de números ou de letras,como faço pra corrigir esse problema?

Installed KB4022405 via windows update, can't boot now
Stopping at black screen (could be reseted only). Can boot in safe mode. Can`t uninstall KB4022405. Can`t use restore point (does not exists). Nothing interesting in eventlog. Please help with restore functionality

Zrušení nebo změna nastavení rodičovské kontroly ve Windows 7
Dobrý den, nedaří se mi coby přihlášenému správci počítače zrušit ani změnit nastavení rodičovské kontroly na účtu našeho syna. Postupuju standardně (Ovládací panely / Uživatelské účty a zabezpečení rodiny / Rodičovská kontrola / výběr uživatele). Při jakékoliv
změně nastavení nebo při úplném vypnutí rodičovské kontroly ale systém hlásí
Samozřejmě mě napadlo i zrušení synova účtu a vytvoření nového, ale než to udělám, hledám měkčí nebo chytřejší alternativu, aby se zachovalo ostatní uživatelské nastavení a nemuselo se na novém účtu vytvářet znovu.

Reset Xbox 360 to factory default
My son's xbox 360 cannot connect to xbox live and therefore cannot install updates or allow him to play games. The following is what i know and what ive done. It hs a family security code, which ive tried to turn off, but will only turn off for a minute
or so. When it is turned off, i have tried to delete my profile which shows corrupt and an update which shows as corrupt. Ive done this by going to settings>storage>profile>delete. I jave tried to run initial set-up, and restore to default. Each time the corrupt
files reappear. I would like to restore to factory default. Thanks!

Massive Updates
On 6/15/17 Microsoft did a massive update to win10 and thru this process it remove my adapter 802.11n wireless lan card to Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. I have a private network thru the adapter how can I resolve this situation.

MAIL generate from W10 MAIL not being sent by Outlook 2016
If I choose to email from a webpage by selecting the email address I get switched to the W10 MAIL app. I fill out the email form and press send. It then goes to my MS Outlook 2016 outbox and just stays there. After a day or so it says "no date". If I forward this email Outlook sends the email. If I sync the Outbox it does just stays in the outbox....
What is wrong?

Notebook desconectando sozinho do WiFi
Meu computador ultimamente está desconectando sozinho da rede WiFi e as vezes demora para voltar, não é problema com o roteador por que o celular permanece conectado. Poderia verificar meu problema?

I have issue with my powershell script. It will work for 3-4 loops and then fail with this error.

Skype Echo Call Test Service difficult or unavailable
...I've looked pretty hard to see any documentation or folklore that addresses this.
Until this year, it was a common practice of mine to use the Skype Call Test service before initiating an important call. (I've even written that step into best practice briefers and tutorials about using Skype.)
Today, every shred of documentation I can find leads me to the "Echo / Call Test Service"
But when I search for that account, I find that there are many entries that use the name. It's clear that a lot of them are not authentic and may in fact be phishing accounts that will gather usernames and profile information when they can. (I connected to one of them yesterday, and the operator of that account simply replied to me with cartoon memes.)
Not good Bruno, not good at all...
Here's the thing. In the past, Skype was one of my most efficient and reliable communication tools. At this point (not only because of this issue), it's become difficult and unreliable. New features are great, but we need to be able to count on the platform. So like, can someone tell me how we are REALLY supposed to check out our device connections prior to a call? And can someone include that in the official documentation?

Access 2010 Undefined function "MAXOFLIST" in expression
I am building a new database using information from a current database( both are Access 2010), this particular query will be exactly the same as the current query. I have input the information into the query exact but when I try to open this query I get the above mentioned error. Also, when I try to use this query to build another query the box is empty. I am about to lose my mind, below is what I am trying to use, it is working in the current database.
