Hi, for the second time a file in my Contacts Folder has disappeared. The first was personal/businees account info for one of my supervisors that led me to recreate from scratch. Another file that I designated to keep passwords for various accounts has gone missing. I was into that contact just last week to verify information and now when I look for it , it is gone. Very frustrating! I did not delete it and even so, I could not recover it as for some reason within outlook 2016 recovery is for deleted emails only.
Is there a way to find this folder and reinstate it?
