I cancelled payment however still paying automatically
I have been paying for skype 13.99/month for more than two years. I cancelled the automatic payment through my skype account.
However the automatic payment still shows up in my credoit card every month since January, 2017.

probleme avec flash player
Bonjour,
Impossible d'utiliser photobox, on me demande(pour modifier l'album coommencé sur un autre ordi ) de mettre à jour Flash player. Je suis allée ds l'historique :KB4022730a été installé le 14/06/2017
Et la version 26.0.0.120 est installée.
Dans parametres avancés, Flash player est activé.
Ds "tester Flash player"le symbole "arbre et nuages"me montre que FP est installé.
Mon navigateur est Edge.
Merci à Georges News pour ses conseils, je n'ai pas pu continuer le dialogue sur la même page.

I've been using Windows since I first laid my hands on a PC.
Until today everything was pretty much painless, or I was stronger.
But as we grow more mature as a user and professional, we can't forgive little flaws with that ease anymore.
So here it goes, a reminder for you to work on the basics:
1.

Do you see a Dismiss button anywhere or a red cross? There is none (they think this way you are more likely to install the update finally), and it's awful UX, as I'm sure you already suspect this. Please add one. I don't need your AI Siri or any other shmancy-fancy feature, I just need a good UX on my OS. First, get the basics right then move to AI.
2. The issue above is about the limited space on my PC, so here's my Feedback P.2:
Why in the hell you keep insisting with your updates - up to the point that you restart the system closing all running programs and potentially ruining unsaved work (happened to me)?
Oh, you gave me a warning about a scheduled restart? If you are so helpful and proactive why don't you have a way in the system to free up some space on Drive C: when there is not enough space even to do partitioning (like 30Mb)?
Because this is the reason why I can't install your updates. So please stop bugging people and build into the system a solution that would allow them to release space in such circumstances. But start with the button (see above).
3. Each piece of software has a button to submit feedback, not Windows though. Can you add or point me to one please?
4. Your support is non-existant and online chat doesn't work on your website - is it just for show, not to be behind your competition too much? Please remove it then. Add email support instead (who got this brilliant idea to remove email support
and have only phone and not working chat support?).
5. And one more time - please stop begging people to install your updates, offer a solution instead.

My laptop freezes if left idle
For the past few days my laptop has been freezing whenever I leave it idle. I think this might be because of the Intel Graphic card because it did not used to happen when I had disabled it.

Questions regarding Windows 10 Upgrade
Hello!!
I have made up my mind to upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Ultimate... My laptop is Acer Aspire 5272
Currently I use a wireless Logitech Keyboard (MK 250) and Mouse due to a fault with the laptop keyboard.
I noticed that the wireless keyboard does not work while the computer is booting up and works on the Login Screen. So my question is that if I upgrade and Windows 10 refuses to recognize the USB mouse and keyboard, I would be locked out of my computer. Can such a problem happen?. If this happens, would there be some other solution besides a clean install?
2nd Question:
Would the upgrade ask for the product key? Sometime back I had upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium to Ultimate, and unfortunately I have lost the product key with which I upgraded. Can I find the key written somewhere in the Computer?
Question 3:
I have never been in favor of Windows Updates so I had stopped them. Can I do the same in Windows 10?
Question 4:
Will my camera, and other apps work the same on Windows 10 as on 7?

OneNote Screen Clipping Shortcut not working after latest updates
Hi guys,
After windows updates yesterday, onenote Screen clipping shortcut (Window Key + Shift + S) is clipping but not displaying the clipped screenshot on OneNote.
My environment is:
- Windows 10
- Office 365 ProPlus
- Office latest Version 1705 (Build 8201.2102)
I even tried to reset the screen clipping by changing Always ask where to send restarted one note and tried again, it didn't prompt me!
What do you think is happening here?
